I HATE that move!
Over the many years Carl had fought against these fighters, that move was used far too often. His sensors felt the energy spike and made him aware of the Shudiko before any movement occurred. Though it took a moment to figure out where he was going, Carl turned mid air and crossed his arms to block just in time. The blast shot him down to the arena with extreme force, throwing him into the arena floor almost an inch before he was able to shift into his own realm.

Damn! He let Carl get too far away. He was gone now. What a disappointment. He was proving rather resilient. Much more so than was expected. Oh well. He probably got the idea anyway. If he decided to take Keno up on a rematch, he'd be even worse off. These fights only made him stronger to a substantial degree. He now rested easily at four times his normal power. At this rate he'd be full berserk in only a few more fights. Who knows how that might effect things. He seemed to grow even darker still, but took no personal notice of it. His tornadoes disspated and then he left. He didn't want to bother with Ichi again. Chances are, either way it went, she was punished well more than enough as it was. The creature emitted a cautioning growl and then vanished from Orion...probably to go find something else to slaughter.
