Ichi fell to her knees, tears out of fear finally flowing down her cheeks. She leaned forward, her hands coming up and covering her face, her elbows slammed against the floor. She sobbed slowly, quietly, little whining noises was all she could hear.

Carls eyes darted left and right as they changed locations. He didn't know Keno knew any techniques such as that. Perhaps it had been too long since they fought, or perhaps it was something else...
As his eyes refixated on Keno, he let out a short grunt. He raised one hand up and gently drew his glasses to the end of his nose. There seemed to be a blue shroud around the edge of his eyes, sparkling in the light of the arena. He wanted to send Keno a message. To tell him that he was not the only one with new techniques.
In one sudden motion, he jerked his glasses buck up on his face and his body glew white. As the glow resided, the small kitten that had been crouched on his shoulder had disappeared, along with his shoes and gloves. His power level had returned and his usual faint opaque aura surrounded him once more.
Drawing his right foot back and setting both of his arms in front of him, Carl readied for combat. His biceps tensed and the android part of his mind kicked into full gear. If Keno wanted a battle, a battle he would get.

Over at the edge of the main room, a small black cat made its way to Ichi. Plopping itself on the ground in front of her, it tilted its head and flinched its ears"Mew?"

Ichi heard the soft meow of a cat and she lifted her head up, seeing it. She lifted herself up so she was now in a kneeling position. She smiled softly and wiped her tears away with her gloves. She gently ran a hand over the cats back.
"I thought you were Edward at first, little kitty."

Keno wasn't impressed in the slightest. As soon as Carl assumed a combat ready stance, the long haired warrior launched at him. He first decided to make sure Carl did not take this lightly. He moved into what looked like a tackle, but was gone and immediately had hold of Carl's left arm with his left hand, his right hand on the back of the android's head. Not holding back at all, he slammed Carl's head directly into the tiled ring floor, so swiftly that Carl's face was imbedded in the tile rather than causing a crater from the force of it. He then lept back and waited for Carl to readjust himself for a serious fight and not just a simple match.

Carl wasn't actually injured by Kenos attack, just taken a bit by surprise. He snarled again, this time talking only to the tile around him. What could cause such a drastic change in Kenos persona? Carl thought about it for a moment,then decided that it really didn't matter.
After drawing in one, sharp breath that seemed to lift his body from the ground, Carl let out a deafening scream. The tile around him cratered like a stone snow angel. He'd expected a larger crater, but the Orinion tiles were extremely resilient. His hair shot up around him and in an instant he was gone.
"Saoudo Kiwami HA!"
A large black ball shot forward from behind Keno. Its darkness drew in the light from the room like a black hole as it grew ever closer to its target. Yet as if no attack had been launched, Carl was back in front of(or behind if he turns to block) Keno and thrust his tensed fist at Kenos head.

The Black kitten purred softly as it walked forward under her hand. His's tail flicked her sides as he wandered around her, rubbing his cheek against her strongly as he roamed.

Ichi giggled softly.
"You're a very friendly cat, you can probably smell the cat on me can't you?"
Ichi placed her hand under the belly of the cat and lifted him onto her lap, stroking the fur softly.
"You're so cute..."

The attack hit Keno dead on, erupting with a bit of violence, leaving Carl to hit a smoking body that flew in the same direction the black ball had just come from. The body hit the ground but a puff of white smoke erupted immediately as the body vanished, being replaced by what seemed to be Keno's coat, burned to a crisp with a hole in the center of it from where Carl's fist had hit it, the material flaking off easily. Keno had actually moved directly behind Carl last moment, creating a technique he was only barely familiar with. Apparently it worked though, so it was without consequence. As soon as the white smoke erupted, so did Keno, a dome of ki shooting out violently, aiming to force Carl to stumble forward. This he followed up with a Tiger Wave from his left hand, the attack a lot faster than usual, which made it more dangerous were it to connect, but didn't require any more ki than normal. However, he wasn't gonna stop with this, hit or miss, he moved to interupt Carl's direction of travel and kicked up a whirlwind laced with ki to hold the man in place. Keno was clearly holding back nothing, but rage often blinded the ruthless killer, so maybe Carl would survive anyway.

Carl did not stumble forward, but flew, using the ki wave as starting momentum. He did a flip in the air to regain his balance and landed on one knee. Waisting no time, Carl turned only to find himself face to face with a wave of Ki. He through his left arm up to block but was still overwhelmed by the force of the attack.
The attack knocked him into the air a few feet as he continued backward. Seemingly out of nowhere, he stopped, suspended in mid air. He didn't even take time to collect himself before sending out an attack of his own. Four yellow beams shot out from Carls lower shin at Kenos chest. Carl readied more energy to send out more beams from whatever angle Keno would come from next.

The small black cat continued to purr as it was pampered by Ichi. He knew that she was scared. He knew that she needed somone to make her feal better. He knew alot... for a cat.

Keno was irritated even more. Though he intended to capture Carl just like this, he wasn't expecting him to get caught so easily. It seemed that he wasn't able to toss around a SSJ4 for nothing. No one seemed to be a match for him just yet, though he knew that Tali was still a threat. Aaron too for that matter, but Aaron wasn't as experience with Keno, so maybe even he would find himself with a cut here or there. The four beams connected with his chest, but he wasn't even appearing to let it bother him. His bare chest showed only dust from where the attackes connected. From there, he veiled is body using Tiger Strike. This would practically nullify any further ki blasts since Carl could fire from any part of his body. His left and right arms however developed an odd aura that Carl would remember, being the only person Keno had ever used the attack on. However it had a waiting period on it, which was why he caught Carl in that whirlwind.

Ichi smiled and giggled, pulling the cat up to her cheek to snuggle with it.
"I should name you! You're name shall be...."
Ichi paused to think, and Edward came up behind her leaping onto her head.
"Edward!"
Edward dropped down into her lap and looked up at her as she held the other cat against her cheek.
"Oh! Edward, meet.... Alphonse!!"

Keno wasn't acting like himself. It partially confused Carl, but that thought wasn't the most potent on his mind. This attack hadn't been used in quite sometime, and Carl was sure he didn't want to be the next person it was used on.
It took a moment to gather the energy needed; but a few seconds after getting stuck inside this whirlwind, multiple black beams shot up into the sky and blasted through each of the ceiling lights. The room went dark as the shattered glass fell to the arena floor like snowflakes and the fighter once trapped within the raging whirlwind disappeared.
~~~~~~~ " Mreow?"
The ears of Ichis new companion perked as he looked around the room. He wiggled for a moment and jumped from her lap. Looking back to her with kind of a 'follow me' look on his face, he scampered off towards the arenas hallway.

A moment later, Carl shifted back into this reality. His power had jumped to its peak and his hand glew a blue shade of white in the black room. He was across the arena from the whirlwind, making sure to be as far from it as he could for the moment.
Drawing his arms back, the glass shards in the air were drawn to his fists like magnets as the white aura grew and his red eye glew brighter. This was an attack Carl had never had the chance to use on a live target... he was anxious to see the results.

So he was able to escape. Upsetting. Keno rechanneled the gathering ki to his torso, where he concentrated more of his ki into the veil around his body, though he didn't really need to. This particular technique was a native one, so Keno tried something a little new. Rather than wait to see what would happen, he conjured seven more whirlwinds. He then four of them in each corner of the ring. The other four he set up in a small diamond, its four corners facing the center of each of the four sides. The then stood in the center of the diamond and waited.
