So, when can I expect clan information to be up? I'd really like the chance to be a Kaguya, or since Kiri is closed maybe a member of Darui's clan that allows the use of Storm release. Would my character need to be dark skinned to be a member of that clan or is anything cool?

Lol trust me, I've been in the real world for a long time. I may not know it all, but some stuff I've seen, most adults haven't. Granted I'd rather not talk about it so you don't think me to be crazy. But to each their own mate.

For the most part, clans that are considered to be overpowering have a limit to members and some even require applications specifically for the clan(such as kaguya, which I used to manage previously) as far as I know. If you want to be a part of a canon clan, head over to narutopedia or leafninja, write down your information for the clan in your profile while you are creating your character, and when a mod looks it over they will talk to you about anything in particular that needs to be changed.
If you are looking for a specific clan, apply for it and the mods will tell you beforehand if you can be in that clan or not.

I think I'll hold off on making a Kaguya until some spots open up in Kirigakure. I dislike making clan based characters outside of their home village.

Would any one be interested in making a group of bad guys with me? I asked the Captain if I could create a Missing Nin and he pretty much said I could but at my own risk. I would run the group just like the villages to be fair. So people could apply for different ranks within the group as if they were applying for ranks in the village subforum.
So... Who wants to be a baddie?

P R O J E C T Jinx Would any one be interested in making a group of bad guys with me? I asked the Captain if I could create a Missing Nin and he pretty much said I could but at my own risk. I would run the group just like the villages to be fair. So people could apply for different ranks within the group as if they were applying for ranks in the village subforum. So... Who wants to be a baddie? I'm pretty sure in the rules it says only jounin can become missing nin.

I'm all up for the thought of making a new character to be a part of a Missing Nin group. Only concern would be what the goal of the group would to be. There really aren't enough Jinchuriki for the group to hunt and with the villages in the current state they're in it wouldn't be the best idea to start attacking villages. Maybe you could start with the members still in their respective villages and your character can go to each of the villages, convince the jonin to join, and help them commit whatever crime they need to in order to become a Missing Nin.

There really aren't enough Jinchuriki for the group to hunt and with the villages in the current state they're in it wouldn't be the best idea to start attacking villages. Maybe you could start with the members still in their respective villages and your character can go to each of the villages, convince the jonin to join, and help them commit whatever crime they need to in order to become a Missing Nin. That was pretty much what I was thinking. Also that why I don't killed before it even starts.

I've lived by myself and provided for myself for years. Worked while in school. Been to both jail and psychiatric hospitals and dormed with people going through withdrawls. as I said, I may not have seen as much as some, but I've seen more than what a baby does. And the comment that you are referring to, which is nothing more than a supposed stereo-type, is only in place assuming I was treated like a baby through my entire life which would require to be taken care of, provided for, ect ect. And in this case, as it is with more than one might think in this day and age, stereo-types are not always accurate, and in this case the stereo-type could not be more wrong.
