Anjafey made sure to keep a fair amount of distance between herself and everyone else. She'd spoken to Ari about her unmating and the fights she'd had a long time ago, and he made it clear he didn't trust her at all. It had hurt, at first, that blatant distrust, but she eventually had come to accept it, edging away from the others to keep from losing their trust as well.
She sighed and laid down at the extreme edge of the gathering, wondering if anyone would notice her, and yet not caring.

Thea was about to respond to the young male, but her attention was drawn by the familiar purple on the other edge of the field.
"I'll be back," She called over her shoulder before bounding to her friend. "Hey. I heardabout you and Rendo. I'm glad you seperated from him," Thea told Anja fervently, then moved to sit next to her.

"Thanks," Anjafey murmured, still staring despondently down at her paws. It was nice to know someone besides Kazuki supported the break, at least.
Still, she wasn't sure she should put too much trust into Thea; she was on friendly terms with her, but how would her fellow carer react when she heard that Anjafey had almost attacked a kit before? It had been some time ago, long before she even knew Thea, but marks like that tended to stay on your record. As far as she knew, not even Nato and Amira, her oldest friends in the Tribe, were aware of it.
What was she supposed to do?

Nako had been wandering around looking for the elders. He blinked in confusion when he saw no sign of them. Sighing in complete defeat Nako shook his head, taking another turn and padding off he spotted Anjafey. She was talking with Thea, who was also a carer. Maybe when Hoshi hatched out of her BCR Anjafey or Thea could take care of her while he usually did his routines of hunting.
Calmly he walked over to them, he didn't sit yet, since he wasn't really ready to intrude in the conversation. After Anjafey was finished he spoke, "Hello Thea, Anjafey." he waited for them to offer in the conversation, rather then be rude and keep talking. The BCR was on his front leg still calmly sat, no making much movement then before it had been. Nako was unaware of what had happened between Rendo and Anjafey.

Thea looked up at Nako and smiled. "Hello, Nako," Her eyes went to the BCR on his front paw, and she stared at it. "Y-You had kits! Congratulations!" Thea grinned wider; maybe now she would have something within her boundaries as carer to do!

((For the record: any talks with either of the elders will have to wait, as they are both currently busy with multiple things. Hopefully things will be wrapped up soon, but we cannot guarantee anything. Thank you for your patience.))

Sieg, seeing as both Elders were busy, moved back to where a couple of Tribe members were. He didn't want to bother the two nor get on their bad side... Not when he was asking for permission to be with his mate.
He just sat down a bit away from everyone, unknowing of what to do. Thea was the only one who had introduced herself... He didn't know the others, though he saw two with BCRs, and smiled to himself. A little envious, but happy for them nonetheless.

Anjafey merely turned her head away to look towards the left as she spotted the BCR on Nako's leg; if Ari didn't want her watching over his own children, what right did she have to look after others'? As a Carer, the thought stung, so much that just thinking about the BCR adorning Nako's leg was painful; she had no idea the BCR wasn't his biological child, and even then it wouldn't have mattered.
"Hello, Nako," she said quietly. "Congratulations."

Thea, having always been observant, did notice the look of...well, whatever it was that passed over Anja's face. And Thea, having always been caring and soft and sweet, said, "Hey, Anja, could I talk to you for a minute?"
She stood and waited for the vixen to follow her, implying that it was not optional.

Anjafey didn't bother protesting, didn't even have the willpower to; instead, she picked herself up from the ground, shook stray bits of dirt out of her, fand stared at Thea expectantly, wondering where the younger would want to go. She knew perfectly well what the other wished to speak about, and already, Anjafey dreaded it. If the other wished to find out what was wrong, she would likely see the holes in Anja's story that led to attacking her former niece, and she would keep pressing until Anja had no choice but to relate the entire story.
This was going to a lovely night, she was certain. Where were Ollure and Kazuki, though?

Thea led Anja a few yards into the forest and sat down, raising her brow.
"You don't have to be ashamed of whatever happened, you know," She said softly, acting on instinct. Something had happened to Anja, probably a long time ago, and this was just an old wound being torn open.
"I don't know what you did, and if you don't want to tell me, you don't have to. But, know this: Everyone has a past. Everyone has something they're not proud of, or even ashamed of. Everyone has one or two things they wish they had never done. I know I do. So...whatever this thing is, Anja...You need to put it behind you and live your life. Do you think Ollure would want to see you this way? Do you think the rest of the Tribe needs to see you this way? No, because as Carers, we do more than tend wounds and help children. We help the Tribe stay the way it's supposed to stay. If it weren't for the Carers, everyone would be sad, all the time. So, if a Carer is sad, who cheers her up? Why, another Carer, of course." She smiled lightly. "If you are intent to be depressed and are intent to sink into memories, then so be it. I'll do it to,"
With the end of her speech, she lay down and rested her head on her paws, closing her eyes. That was probably the most Thea had ever spoken, not counting to Ari or Marina.

Anjafey gave Thea a weak, tired smile as she finished her speech. She understood that the other cared, for she didn't often speak for long periods of time. It touched her that Thea cared, but then it was their job, after all.
"Thank you for offering to suffer along with me, Thea, but my current problem stems form a consequence of my past, not of my past itself." With a sigh, she sat down, subconsciously clawing abstract designs into the dirt. "It is hard to explain, Thea, but I am supposed to be stayig away from the newest BCRs in the Tribe, and I imagine that should probably include Nako's. Can't say I didn't deserve it, but there it is."

Thea smiled softly. "Do you wish to tell me?" She asked, half opening one eye. "Maybe it would do some good to let out this secret that's been eating at you," She offered, stretching the sore muscles in her body.
If Anja wasn't allowed near the kits, that meant that Thea would be taking care of all of them...
Pushing back the well of anxiousness that suddenly came upon her, the relaxed and waited for whichever answer she would get.

Finding a spot to lay nearby, Sieg watched over the foxes that he could see. Thea and Anjafey were talking, so he'd leave them alone... Though they were the only two he really knew.
Since he didn't offically have a spot yet... Sieg would be glad to help watch after the new arrivals to Lunarie. He did love kits anyway, and didn't think it would be a big issue to help.

(('Kay, people, if you need to talk to the elders, go form a line, or something. First come, first serve, whoever defeats whom in rock paper scissors, or however you want to do this thing. I take no part of it.
((Form a separate line if you only need to deal with one elder. I can't think of any situations where that would be the case, but...whatever. My brain is mush, anyway.))
It felt as if it had been forever since he had been with the tribe, but it couldn't have been that long, really. The confrontations with first Rendo, and then Anjafey of just a night before hadn't really lasted that long.
Still, with the way the latter had gone, he felt mentally drained. As if he had spent a week trying to deal with the temporarily suspended carer.
And Yudoku had somehow managed to convince him to have an 'important talk' later on, and then there was everything that had been going on before he had gone off to deal with...well, everything with the whole Rendo/Anjafey/Ollure situation.
He hoped that all of that had gotten itself sorted out. Somehow.
He also hoped that Sigal would decide that she liked the Lunarie tribe better than the one she had joined.
Both were about as equally likely to happen.
