I would like a time limit to be imposed as well. That way, we could cut down on the number of people on that list who don't really care enough about joining the guild to make an effort to form a post.

I think we might also want to add that we're not looking for opinions so much as the ability to support them. That seems to have gone over the heads of quite a few people. hough, we could always just say that, if they won't give reasons, then they typically wouldn't so we just shouldn't allow them in the guild.

Ruby Hayashi Our list of new recruits is growing again. I was thinking maybe we should rethink our approach to sorting out new members. Maybe each mod could take a couple possible new members and interview and test them out. That way we don't need everyone to answer a yay or nay. How picky should we be? I haven't interviewed anyone yet, because I'm worried about accidently letting in someone who "shouldn't be in the guild". whee *doesn't want to piss any of the other mods off*

I've been stuck without internet unless I'm at my boyfriend's house for now because my job is over for the rest of the summer. It's annoying, but I am happy because I can be online when possible, and when I'm not..well, let's just say that I love you guys/gals and I love being on Gaia, but reality is great too.

Alright, got someone that wanted the inverview option...but i think i know why... thedarkmistress666 hello i would like an intervew instaed of wrieting an easy cuse i am not good at easys and i was hopeing for an itervew fro the guild Who wants to take this one? If i don't get a responce by tommorrow, I'll do it. I somehow sense she'll fail, though...

I don't have anything I can interview people through.
Just out of curiousity, can we combine some of the stickies/announcements into one thing? The number of stickies seems to have gotten a bit out of hand, and I think some of them could be combined instead of having more than one thread.
