Aquila15 [King_Chaos] I think that part of it has to do with greed. Almost anyone on gaia these days that haven't been on since 03, 04, or early 05 are mainly only thinking about getting gold and expensive items. It's as if they've lost their passion for a great community and have traded it in for more items and cooler stuff. I joined in January 06 and the main reason I use Gaia is for the metal forum and this guild. I met two of my best friends over it, one of whom I met in real life. So I'd say that the main reason I use Gaia is because of the community. Also, I can send PM's to the few friends I have on Gaia who I also know in real life, which helps alot because one of them doesn't use MSN but is on Gaia all the time. You're one of the few Aquila. xd @Shadow: Usally I just post to get gold but most of the time durring the summer I go exchanging, or gamble on the slots with free tokens. sweatdrop xd

I admit I pollwhore... for lack of better things to do though, not necessarily for the bonus gold. And of course spam is fun, but in the appropriate forum. Again lack of anything better to do. My Gaia life is boring to be honest... sweatdrop

I'm to lazy to poll whore, that and I find it gets boring fast. And spamming can be fun, as long as you don't do it a lot because then people just start getting annoyed. sweatdrop

I do puzzles. If you do a puzzle more than once and figure out what pieces go where, you can learn to do them pretty quickly.

I used to be a poll whore, but then I went to the Word Game sub forum. It's a shallow part of Gaia, but some of the people there are really nice and fun to chat with. And you earn gold quickly enough because you just thread hop all the time. xD
