"Saku, could you take care of this one? I don't think Entreri's awake enough yet," Chloe laughed, earning a glare from the Weavile on her shoulder.
Saku nodded (an interesting feat considering she really didn't have a visible head to speak of), hopping forward.
"Alright, use a Zen Headbutt," Chloe instructed first, as Saku darted forward, crashing into the slug, hard shell doing its work. The Shellos splurted out a Water Pulse that really didn't do much other than get Saku wet.

"Kay, counter with a Dragonbreath," Chloe called out next, as Saku released a wave of flame at the Shellos, who spluttered up a Mud Slap at Saku in retaliation.

"Alright, one more Zen Headbutt, and we can get on to breakfast," Chloe grinned, as Saku charged, effectively driving off the Shellos, who slunk back to the canal.
"Thanks," Chloe grinned, recalling Saku, as she clipped the dragon's Pokeball back to her belt. Entreri was still grumbling, but he never really was happy, so Chloe let him be. She instead turned her attention to the morning.

Only this time it was white with gold trim and bearing a white wing insignia on it. Fixing Brayden's hair for him, he went to put it away. While his head was turned, his hair fell aside and the tattoo on his neck became visible.
"Let's get goin'!" he declare excitedly as he pointed towards the Cafe, able to see it a short distance away once he was outside.

No one would be going anywhere at first. It took only a brief moment before a strong wind blew in across the harbor, blowing a strange looking Pokemon into Vhan's path. The Drifloon looked at the Ghost-Trainer-to-be and seemed to laugh at him. A wild has appeared before Vhan! Lv 17 Hp 130 Constrict- 10 Astonish- 20 Gust- 20 Payback- 40 (80 if opponent attacked first) Exp gained if beaten and not caught: +8 From the waves near the bridge, a strangely craggy face appeared, sending waterlogged rocks flying at Chloe and her Pokemon. The Relicanth appeared to be angered by something, though it wasn't clear what had caused the Pokemon's mood. Lv 30 Hp 230 Water Gun - 25 Rock Tomb- 45 Yawn - 5 one turn, then opponent falls asleep Take Down- 80 1/4 recoil Exp gained if beaten and not caught: +11 Brayden seemed to have been approached by the strangest of the trio. A Lapras, rare as they were, approached the young Fisherman. It's alluring song would be sure enough to catch the boys attention. It took Vhan zero time to throw a Pokeball into the air, releasing Shojo from her Pokeball. "Go Shojo, Ominous Wind!!" he declared. The Ghost's body crackled with paranormal energy as she conjured an otherwordly wind to blow, lashing out and striking at the Drifloon with the strangely sentient air.
(SE! -100 to Drifloon. 30 Hp remains)
The Drifloon retaliated with a Gust, swelling up for a brief moment before it's body contracted, forcing out the the strong gale.
(-20 to Shojo. 30 Remains.)
Vhan took his chance and threw a Pokeball at the Ghost type. "Come on! I need this one!" he declared as the ball struck home.

((I never played Pokemon XD, what's their logo look like again? I tried to google it, but apparently I don't have good google skills... o_O))
"Thanks," Brayden grinned to Kaya, in reference to the help getting his hair under control. He offered the prince a quick kiss before Kaya tucked away the comb back into his bag. A flash of something caught his eye, as Brayden took a closer look, spotting the mark along the base of Kaya's neck.
"Hm?" he murmured, trying to get a closer look. He caught the sign of the insignia before Kaya's hair slid back into place.
"What's that?" he inquired to Kaya, curious. However, a haunting song caught his attention as he cast a gaze towards the canal. Quite surprised to find a Lapras, Brayden was distracted a bit from Kaya's mark for a moment.
He reached for his belt, summoning Sutekh before him. He was still a bit nervous around the Raikou, but thankfully Sutekh seemed to have accepted him as a trainer. The storm lord stepped forward, facing off against the Lapras.
"Could you use a Thunderbolt?" Brayden requested of the Raikou, who considered Brayden for a moment before nodding. It didn't even seem like he had to charge up the energy, as suddenly a bolt of lightning flew from the ebony legendary and struck the Lapras, who gave an angered cry.

The Lapras fired an Ice Beam at Sutekh once the electricity died down temporarily freezing the Raikou in his trackes as he growled low, snapping free after a moment as Brayden called for an Iron Tail from his newest partner.

Brayden then took the opportunity to throw a Pokeball at the Lapras. He was definitely not going to let the chance pass by to catch one of his favorite Pokemon. The Pokeball threw true, dragging the Lapras inside. Brayden sent Cye to retrieve the ball from the shallows as he watched it twitch, the Lapras struggling to free itself. There was a faint crackle, and Brayden feared that it would break free, but at the last moment the ball stilled, indicating that the Lapras was successfully captured.
"Awesome!" he couldn't help but grin. He honestly never thought that he'd run into a Lapras at all. Brayden picked up the Pokeball, transporting it to his PC box. He knew he was going to have the Lapras out later.

One of the rocks the Relicanth had hurled struck Entreri on the back of the head from where he sat lounging over Chloe's shoulder lazily. Startled back to alertness by a rock to the noggin, Entreri snarled, whirling to glare at the Relicanth who had dared hit it. Chloe turned as well, as she felt Entreri leap from her shoulder. She looked towards the river to where Entreri was darting, eyes widening slightly as she saw the Relicanth.
"Gah! Entreri wait! I wanna catch that one!" she shouted, chasing after the furious Weavile who charged up and fired off a Focus Blast at the rocky fish, getting a bit of revenge. The Relicanth snapped its rocky jaws shut, diving underwater for a brief moment, as Entreri made it to the water's edge. The Weavile glared at the bubbles coming up to surface, not really wanting to go chasing after the deep sea Pokemon in its own habitat...
Turned out he didn't have to, as a moment later, Entreri's eyes widened, as the Weavile skittered away from the riverbank. Too late, unfortunately, as he suddenly found himself buried under a pile of river rocks as the Relicanth completed its Rock Tomb. Now more than a bit wet, scraped up, and hopping mad, Entreri managed to pull himself from out under the rubble, ready to charge another Focus Blast to finish the impudent fish off. Chloe, however, had other plans, as a Pokeball sailed past Entreri a moment before he released the blast, drawing the ancient fish into the Pokeball not a moment too soon, as the Focus Blast sizzled against the water. Chloe watched as the Pokeball bobbed on the surface, as Entreri turned his fury on Chloe instead. However, a moment later, the Relicanth broke free, splashing back into the river with a spray of riverwater on both Chloe and Entreri (neither of which were too happy about that, Chloe because she lost the fish, Entreri because he had gotten even more wet...).

"Gah!" Chloe squeaked, diving out of the way as another flurry of rocks flew from the water. Entreri sighed. It was way too damn early to be doing this... His ears flattened against his skull as he ducked.
"Weavi-"
*crash* Another pile of river boulders landed on top of the ice type.
"Uh, 'Treri? You okay?" Chloe called. A moment later a Focus Blast managed to dislodge the Weavile from the second Rock Tomb, but he was pretty darn pissed. Chloe tossed another Pokeball at the Relicanth, hoping this time that her luck would be a bit better. Thankfully it was, as the Pokeball rolled onto the shore, wriggling for a moment as the ancient fish tried to free itself. However, it soon settled still as it came to rest in the soft sands of the shallows, as Chloe sighed, reaching down to pick up the ball. Entreri pulled a Potion out of her bag, along with a towel, grumbling all the while as he dried himself off, before downing the Potion with a grimace, always having hated the taste of the liquid.
"Heh, thanks," she offered Entreri a smile, who only grumbled, tossing the spent potion in a trash can alongside the riverbank by a bench, before returning to Chloe's shoulder, towel draping off of him as he continued to brood.

Brayden nodded, "I was hoping to catch a Lapras eventually," he smiled with a nod. "I just never really had the time to go to Union Cave by myself," he admitted with a laugh. It was a place he'd like to visit someday, though. It did seem like an interesting cave.
"Hm... looks like it was a female," he murmured, looking to his Pokedex for his new Lapras' stats. He considered for a moment, before smiling, "I think I'll call her Undine," he settled after a moment's deliberation. He was interested in training her, but knew he had to raise some of his other party first.
"That definitely was interesting. First the Pokemon invading the Pokecenter a couple towns back, then we have rarer Pokemon attacking. Something's definitely up," he muttered, looking to the river for a moment, before turning back to the group.

Speaking of Whispers, Stranger happened upon a small handful of heart shaped scales on the ground. Looking at them, he found that the ghostly, Icy and Shadowy colors reminded him of a few moves he'd seen in the past.

Vhan nodded in agreement as he and his three Pokemon traveled along. "I'm starving to death myself." he agreed.
"Indeed, Master Vhan. Our own system lacks nourishment." Aoi agreed as he carried the trainer along. Stranger and Shojo followed after them, one fading in and out of sight as she played with passersby. Stranger wandered off once but was quickly returned by a disgruntled parent, who'd found him attempting to give his daughter a balloon ride.

"Well let's go then!" Kaya declared as he ran over to Brayden and found himself lifting off the ground again, his new cape billowing out like spread wings as it caught the wind. Picking Brayden up, he flew over to Vhan and waited at his sight for Chloe to catch up. "Alright Lover, I think I like carrying you. It's so much fun to travel in the air." he told his partner.
"Come on Chloe!" he called to their shared friend as he watched her come towards them. She'd have to considering they were between her and the Cafe.
