((Shouyin, I hope you realize that I'm not Kat. This is a shared account. This is Sky. So don't use Josh trademarks on me, they don't work. xd ))
Kira yawned slightly and swam in a semi-circle, her snakelike expanse now heading along in the other direction. Such a game does not seem like much fun for the participants. Especially if your own life depends upon your winning, she huffed telepathically. Even with the being out of her mouth, she refused to speak aloud. For once, she was slightly shocked at that kind of obviously human... sport. If it could even be called such.
Seeing him turn his gaze skyward, she snaked her long neck up so that she looked down upon him with her shockingly green eyes. Drops of water occasionally dripped from her gargantuan nose as she wondered what was going on in his head. She kept her mental distance, out of some strange kind of respect.

Petals of Chaos ((Shouyin, I hope you realize that I'm not Kat. This is a shared account. This is Sky. So don't use Josh trademarks on me, they don't work. xd )) OOC: Huh? Naw, I just didn't feel right using a meanface without giving the appropriate credit.
NOW STOP GETTING FRESH WITH ME, GRR.
IC: Shouyin's head was shook awake as Myst's head banged against the window of the car. Stifling a laugh he hurried around and opened the door for her, smiling apologetically. He flicked the collar of his suit jacket briefly and held out his right hand to help her out of the car.
"Sorry about that, you alright?"

"So you would know nothing of it...? This game of neccesity, played upon ignorant humans."
The question was asked in a low tone, even as his eyes remained fixated on what was underneath him.
He had to be sure of something...

"I'm hungry." Myst was fine. She did accept Shouyin's help, though, and as soon as she was out of the car, she also proceeded to throw all her clothes into Shou's arms and make a beeline for the water. The water was just cool enough, just refreshing enough, just salty enough, just clear enough, just blissfull enough, just--
"Heeeeey! What's that huge thing over there?"
Just big sea creature enough, too.

I know much more than you could imagine, Little One, but I have never heard of such a barbaric thing. Kira narrowed her eyes at the being, blowing twin jets of hot air through her nostrils in his direction.
All I know of this place is what you see before you now. Burrowing in my own territory, the rock around me suddenly changed. I do not know why I have been sent here, but I do know that I will make this new place my own, whether beings like you enjoy it or not, she growled.

If he'd been at the beach longer than like ten minutes, and if the last few rays of sunlight weren't now waning, then that beet red blush of his could have been passed off as a simple sunburn. But noooo, she was naked, and he was stuck holding her clothes as his eyes went out of his focus and his jaw hung somewhat loosely.
Sighing something fierce he rolled down the passenger side window, letting the door jut out as he straightened out the clothing items of hers he was willing to touch more than a subtly less perverted corner of and hung them over the top of the door. Eyes regaining some focus he leaned inside the doorway to inspect the damage done to the seat. He yawned and went to the trunk to grab a towel, pulling off his shoes and socks and heading to the beach to wet it down a little.
'Twas then she posed her question.
"I'm not sure really."
Legs were bent and an edge of the towel was dipped into the water. He made sure to focus on the droplets of water falling off the blue fabric, and not the droplets of water falling off, -other- things. The heavy clothes didn't show much, but Myst had lots to show off.
... God hated Shouyin, deeply and sincerely.

There was a distinct rise in temperature as Vahn's right hand seemed to suddenly lunge downward, taking on the likeness of a spear. The seemingly harmless wristlet that had been worn on his right wrist, had actually seemed to melt.
"Born from chaos..."
Spreading across his forearm and a good poriton of his hand, a bloodred gauntlet, complete with black fingered gloves was born. A distinct red orb seemed to be set in it's center; in which a deep conflaguration could be seen.
Efreet's Hand.
"Ironic I guess."
His right hand had taken the formation of a knifelike position and using pure muscle contraction to fortify or harden it momentarily, along with heat (at around 2500 degrees give or take) to add peircing damage-- it should have enabled Vahn to pierce through most surfaces, even steel at most. The damage incurred by this mainly depends on the speed and accuracy of the attack, but it would hardly be enough to finish off something this large.
This would be the opening he needed however.

"Whatev--" But before she could finish her sentence, a wave had swallowed Myst, and she was gone into the depths.

Kira watched the being's swift movement in a mixture of vague amusement, and vague annoyance. The strange weapon began to burn a mark into the hardened scale that served as her chestplate, but she was otherwise unaffected. Little One, you are quite rash in your actions, I have noticed, she chuckled. Suddenly, she turned more serious. I have my weaknesses, yes, but I am no spirit of the sea or air, to be burned thusly. I have swum in the rivers of fire that lie beneath the rock. Do not plague me with your trifles, she spat, becoming more annoyed.
"What do you believe that I contain, that you desire so fiercely?!" Kira roared aloud. Moving her nose to touch the arch of her neck, Kira let the weight of her own head serve as a kind of wrecking ball. Aiming for the being on her chest, she meant to send him skittering across her armored stomach, most of which was exposed.
((I'm out for the night, folks. Pick this up tomorrow. Byesa!))

"... Fuuuuuck." Shouyin was wringing the towel out before he went back to wash the seat, and she was just, swept away. He was quite distressed, but could only express it by gripping the towel more tightly, the faintest of water droplets plinking away uncomfortably. If he'd been less terrified of the water, and more lacking the feeling that she'd turn out fine, he most certainly would've made chase, but the luck that all of Gaia's heroes possessed was unimaginable.
She'd probably jump on the hood of his car the next day, naked as ever, screaming for her shiny.
Laughing pathetically he went back to the car and started scrubbing the seat half-mindedly, those far-off flames playing a lightshow across his irises. He'd almost finished wiping down the leather when he saw the dragon shift its head and send it colliding after Vahn. His eyes went wide with another flare of helpless worry, his heartbeat drumming a rapid tune. Trying to pace himself he simply kept up with wiping the seat, making sure it was clean before flapping the towel in the wind and folding Myst's clothes into it before stuffing the pack back in the trunk. If he could find a laundromat he'd have her things cleaned, along with the now filthy towel, but for now he was stuck watching this fight out of a personal duty, despite the lack of help he could offer.
Don't go and die while I'm watching you, that'd be pathetic.

Sonuva---!
"Oof!"
He could feel the explosive loss of breath from his lungs, followed by the crushing pain of his muscles, and lastly the sting of his back as he went crashing down again.
Of all the dragons in the world he could have possibly ended up with... it had to be a heat resistant one.
This wasn't going to end exactly how he wanted.
"Hah....hah... if I wasn't rash... then I'd be a sorry excuse for a man." Straightening out his buckled knees, his right hand clasped around the hilt of the rapier sheathed at the back of his waist.
"You say you had no recollection of being brought here... brought here out of a place you belonged and displaced into waters you know nothing of. If what you say is true... then your as much a part of this chaos as any dancing penguin or talking watermelon. And I think a bit of that chaos is inside you."
Yellowed eyes kept the dragon in gaze. He was already weighing his options; one of which included the fact that the beast could simply roll over and send him into the water... a serious disadvantage for himself.

He was fighting. He wasn't going to let himself die. Talking to him now would only distract him.
...there was nothing else Owle could do for him. Her allies were busy...and those who were not had little reason to go rushing off to save Vahn. Considering he had attacked them earlier.
So Owle withdrew from his mind with a silent prayer to any powers higher than the gods who sought to destroy her.

Impossible! Kira roared mentally. The only reason that I would contain such an item would be that I had mistakenly eaten it. Even so, I have yet to begin digesting the few fish I have found, and whatever might be there would be unharmed. The spot on her chest was still smoking slightly; she snarled her annoyance. With a bit of effort, she began pulling one of her wings out of the water, along with a few tons of water cupped in its folds. She promptly brought this crashing down upon her chest and stomach, trying to wash the bit of soot away.

Bloody hell. He had been right there, she could have done something. Why on earth had she paniced and frozen like that? It wasn't in her nature to do that. What on earth was wrong with her? 'Calm down. Think.' That calm clear voice in the back of her mind, that voice of reason that every person had. 'All is not lost yet. He could still be alive.'
That was when she noticed the strangers on the beach. A young girl and a man from before, the very man that Daemon had seen talking to Sejai. Alexiel clambered off the back of the bike as she stared out at the moving form. It was travelling parallel to the shore, so didn't that mean that it would soon be out of sight?

"Well I'm not going to wait for to rummage through your stool for anything--- I don't have that kind of time!"
He right hand eased and loosened it's grip on the handle of his Fang, but he wasn't letting his guard down; it was so he could unsheath and twist it downwards at a moment's notice, instead of a straight horizontal pull.
"I can't exactly just let you go free... and I doubt you'd let me go either. You have to understand... the weird position I'm in. Normaly I would not have thought twice about killing you in defence of myself... but you caught me on a sort of off day."
He grinned slightly as with each passing moment he could feel bits and shards of his former self coming back together.
