Espyn jumped over puddles of melted ice and drew them all behind him, so by time he had reached Julian he had several sprites recently formed from the warming liquid.
"Where shall we go.. the robot went that way," he pointed to the all but unnoticable gap in the solid wall "and that is.. east I believe, so where should we go? Up perhaps?" Espyn threw questions out in a rather disorganized fashion.
"We need a plan.. perhaps just go in and out of areas searched for a bot.." he suggested, merged the faeries into one and then drawing the water into his body through his fingertips.

"The less I have to deal with this place, the better. If we go northward, we could head east from the next station. Maybe head him off at the pass."
Gabriel pivoted, finding the action rather difficult on the ice, even with the added traction his boots gave him. Forcing his weight on the balls of his feet, Gabriel entered the subway tunnel, following Julian northward.
"Besides, the staircase is blocked by a humvee."

There seemed to be a certain air of tension when it came to magic around Julian. Though his control over it seemed well enough. With his axes still held in both hands, somehow managing to stick with him, he gave a snort and nodded to Espyn. "We head North. Coming?" And with that he moved off to follow the subway system further. Not an easy trek with the snow covered ground. But he made reasonable speed. He was quite determined afterall. ---------------------

"Alright... Mort will catch up with us, I know he is alright, and when Morta decides to awaken, he will as well, however he doesn't have a weapon." Espyn noticed this and drew one of his daggers, burying it into the ice the incased the fellow, and it pulsed once and then not again.
"My blade will guard him and he can use it as a weapon. It's a special thing it is." he smiled, running after Gabriel through the subway, going as fast as his legs would allow.
"So we gotta head north, correct?"

Finally, thought young adventurer and newly paramilitary vehicle driver/confederate general, finally this is starting to be like it is in the movies. He heard captain Wienberg call out suggestion/orders to the tream, he proudly and quickly followed, ordering the troops of his own.
TROOPS, FALL BACK AND REPORT TO TUNNEL, DOUBLE-TIME GUNG HO GUNG HO GUNG HO WHAT MAKES THE GRASS GROW?!
The troops all side-faced, and began marching, chanting in tiny unison.
BLOOD BLOOD BLOOD!
I DUN KNOW WHUT I BEEN TOLD!
PERMAFROST IS REALLY COLD!

Gabe was rather impatient at this point. Not only had he missed out on all the best fighting, but now there was a possibility of losing the fight altogether.
"That's right. Let's go."
Reaching a patch of melted ice, Gabriel proceeded to jog into the subway tunnel, fading into the darkness.

*Ryoko suddenly came to, moaning as she became aware of the burning pain all up and down her body. Pulling herself up against the wall, she unstrapped her sheath and put her blade away. Holding her gun in her left hand, she propped herself up and used the sword as a cane. She looked up contemplatively, before staggering over to Daniel and checking him over.*

*Finding Daniel to be quite dead, she turned and headed towards the inside exit- and it was blocked. By moss. Her anger overriding her pain, she thrust her hand into the substance.*
Higakari!
*She nearly toppled over, but the result was the entire thing going up in flame- and exploding, which did cause her to topple over. For several moments she lay there, trying to stave off shock.*

*Shaking off the surprise, Ryoko climbed back to her feet, brushing moss the moss off her shoulders and face. Gritting her teeth, she began to climb back up to Manabu Seido Building.*

Whether Daniel was dead or not, Flare didn't know. She had come in, and then found the exit to the outside...
Daniel had helped save her, once. She would do the same for him.
Painfully lifting him both arms, she clung tightly to him and flew to the surface.
