Kenji slowly woke up, stumbling to his feet as his eyes widened to the crazed sight. The light of a crimson moon shone down upon the area as Kenjji found himself surrounded by countless bodies. All of them hacked apart as blood streamed down from their bodies creating a river of red. Kenji clutched onto his hair tightly, as if he was trying to cling onto sanity as he ran over to one of the bodies to inspect it. The body had a large gash created by a downward sword strike across its chest. The boy suddenly found himself screaming at the sheer horror of the sight, mad with sorrow and rage. "Who could have done this!?" he asked himself, unbeknownst to him that he was trapped within a genjutsu and that all of this was in his mind. Though he saw with his mind, his body was moving normally in reality, so anyone that was walking that was actually awake could hear and see his screaming as if he was completely insane.

"I thought you were supposed to be in Fire Country, Robin." A calm, even lazy voice said. LT walked up slowly behind her with his white/silver hair always defying gravity, his hands stuffed into his pockets, and three mist headbands flowing in the wind. He stepped over a sleeping body while approaching with caution yet not showing it. The Clone knew why she was here, and he understood to an extent, but that didnt mean he liked what she was doing to Za- no, to Kenji. LT made this clone back at the academy for he knew that Zane didnt know his way around Kiri and would most likely get lost. This clone was to make sure nothing bad would happen the boy and to keep an eye on him, clearly he was failing at his duties. LT stopped around seven feet to the black left of the woman, keeping himself in her peripheral vision as to not propose hostility to the woman of shadow. He always knew she was never one for social interactions, so she must be something to her being out in public and casting genjutsu's. "Knew it was only a matter of time before you... interacted with your son."

╔═════ "Well well, Kenji Hajime Nara...who would have thought that I would have found you here at the market place. I knew that if I slaughter all these people I'd get Kiri's attention," a voice echoed throughout the streets as a lone and menacing shinobi stood high atop the building to the right of Kenji. Jumping upwards and flipping his body fluidly, the shinobi landed gracefully in front of Kenji several yards away. "I have to admit, it has been quite a hassle finding you, having to take down the Nara house in Leaf wasn't easy...but I finally found you. It's too bad though, had you stayed in Suna and had your father not defected you wouldn't have to die a worthless rogue. Alas, you and your father are now at the top of Suna's rogues. You Mavericks are going to die by my hand," Zero exclaimed as he unsheathed his blade. As he did so, his blade suddenly sparked alive as it emanated pure lightning chakra, making the blade more deadly than ever before. "I hope you're ready kid, because after your death your father will be easy pickings," Zero told him as he took an offensive stance. He would at least give the boy a chance to prepare himself, not wanting to spoil the fun by just outright killing him.
Meanwhile, in Reality, Robin had her arm outstretched and pointing it towards her son who was moving his body normally, but seeing and feeling the illusion. As LT arrived, memories of the last she saw him in Suna surfaced, for it was LT who had named her son Kenji. "I'm not interacting with him...he doesn't even know who I am. I am simply teaching him a lesson through genjutsu. He is Zane's son, so obviously he must have Zane's bloodline since he doesn't have the capacity to cast shadow jutsu. I will awaken that bloodline here and now and then be on my way to Leaf. Once I do so, I will break him free of the genjutsu and heal any mental scars I may have inflicted upon him...really, is it any different from the way you were trained LT?" she asked him, knowing full well that both herself and LT came from the same history of Bloody Mist. Robin's entire body is full of the scars inflicted upon her through training, or better yet the hell she was put through. LT would understand that sort of training and though it wasn't the way things were done in this day and age, sometimes it did get the job done.

"Oh?" LT said very asian like, he knew that she would bring up the way he taught his students compared to the way she was teaching her son now. "You very well know i am not one to strike from the shadows, nor develop a cunning plan. So i figured there must have been a reason for you to be doing this. Activating his bloodline eh?" The man withdrew his hands from his pockets and folded his arms understandingly. He tilted his head back to watch the clouds roll by and from deep with in he let out a small sigh as if remembering something. "I just thought that your first meeting with you son in so long would be a little more.... hugs, and a little less jutsu. But I guess you have your reasons for not introducing yourself to him... yet." He made the 'yet' sound definite, because he wanted them to meet and be a family again, he didnt understand why Robin worked the way he did, and it wasn't his place to ask. It was probably some plan between Robin and Luo. LT held no quarrel and wanted no fight or argument to take place, he just want to do his job right, who was he to say a woman couldn't train her son to become a better man. So the man dropped his gaze silently to watch as the mother trained her son. A shinobi was without emotion, he as ANBU captain knew that most of all, but he couldn't help but have a pain in his heart for how their first meeting took place.

"So...I have been classified a rogue," Kenji stated, a tear rolling down his eye as he silently cursed the hunter nin for the massacre. Luo was probably busy giving out genin exams, and his Uncle was still at the academy training all the new students. This meant that the hunter really did perform his job well. "So be it then...but I won't let you hurt any more innocent people!" Kenji cried out as he unsheathed his own sword given to him by his father. The blade was strapped to his back and much roughly several inches longer than he was. However...this didn't mean he couldn't wield it effectively. As he took a defensive stance, Kenji decided to see just what this hunter could do before going out on the attack. If he attacked blindly, he could leave himself open to an attack and could make a mistake that would cost him his life.

"You know what...as a matter of fact," Zero stated as the sparks of lightning exploding out of his blade dissipated almost instantly the moment he cut off his flow of chakra. "This place is not very well suited for a fight, and kid I'm looking for a good one. I hear that there is a place nearby just east of here, a prairie inside of the mountains of Kirigakure where a bloody battle between Mist and Konoha took place long ago. That would indeed be a better spot for our little fight," Zero told him as he unsheathed his blade. "I'm sure you'll follow me there since I can feel the hunger for revenge seeping out of every pore. Don't bother calling on anyone, or straying away. I will find you...and I will kill anyone who tries to get in my way. Prove that you're a big boy, a ninja and fight me one on one, or be forever branded a coward," the nin stated simply as he turned his back towards the boy. He knew that the boy would take the bait cleverly crafted by his tauntings. The boy was only seven of course and this was all a genjutsu created by Robin. None of it was real and the suggestions that she placed inside his mind were too powerful for Kenji to deny. He would no doubt think that it was he himself making the decision out of free will. Zero began splashing through the pools of blood that littered the streets from the commoners he had killed, a smile on his face as he headed towards his new destination.
"LT...despite me being his mother, I am not his family. I left, several years ago, left him and Zane. If I face him, my motherly feelings and emotions shall surface, I will baby him, prevent him from becoming a ninja, protect him will all my being...he wouldn't grow into the man he wants to be. It is only this way that I can make him stronger, by making illusion into reality. That is the art of a true genjutsu specialist. Remember that LT...for a mediocrity uses genjutsu to make reality into an illusion, but a master crafts the illusion to make it the reality. This way, you truly control everything..." Robin told him as she took the sleeping body of Kenji in her arms, holding him tight as she began walking towards the Bloody Prairie. "I might as well tell you what I am planning since I can't have you follow. Kenji will soon awaken from the genjutsu I have placed upon him. You can't be there, for if he sees you the entire illusion will be broken. Once he awakens I shall make his illusion reality and train him properly before he...'kills'...me," she stated, adding a hint of sarcasm when she said the word kill. This implied to LT that she was going to fake death. "Once he does so the illusion shall be locked in place, becoming his reality and therefore making him stronger for it. Now if you'll excuse me...I have his training to tend to," she told him as her shadow dissapeared into the Mist.

(I'm trying I'm trying!!!! Please don't kill me crying )
Kenji watched him turn his back towards him, enranging him even further as he saw a perfect oppurtinity to strike. However, he was above such dirty tactics. His father wouldn't have approved of such an underhanded attack...and who knows, maybe the shinobi was prepared for an attack and made himself look off guard when he actuall wasn't. With his sword in hand, Kenji simply walked forward, careful not to step over the bodies that were laid out before him. He still had no idea that this was just an illusion crafted by his own mother. Although he wanted to call someone, anyone, his uncle, his guard, his godfather...for some reason beyond his own understanding, he felt as if he couldn't turn down this fight. Maybe it was the guilt that these people died because he was being hunted? Maybe he needed to take revenge for them? Regardless of what it was, Kenji followed closely while watching the hunter for any sudden movements. He was going to take him down, and make his Godfather and Uncle proud. It would be his own way of proving to himself that he could be a shinobi of the Mist despite his age.

"Oh?" LT said very asian like, as she walked off into the distance. He hope she wasn't too far away not to hear what he would say next. "You should know that your Love is what would make him even more powerful than what your trying to do to him now. But as always, its your call. Be strong Kenji." But he only mutter it. She most likely was gone by then. Since he was no longer needed sine the boy was being looked after by his mother, the clone deactivated itself, splashing into a puddle of water.

Luo Ushio Pride Of The Mist テキスト翻訳 Suiton| Ina Hassei Ryouken No Jutsu l Fire l Mizukage l Wind l Shark Summoner Walking into the marketplace, Luo already knew what was to come. A few people brushed by him without even noticing who he was, the crowded streets allowing for him to hide for a moment. However, it was then that a little girl ran up to him and planted a hug around his knees. As his eyes widened in surprise, he sighed with a light smile. He didn't like to be touched, but for small children Luo often made an exception. Rummaging through her pockets, she produced a laminated photo of Luo taken with his old squad only two years ago, the most recent photo in fact of the young kage.
As her mother seemed to rush behind yelling in fury, she halted wide-eyed as the girl pointed to him. She seemed to attempt to mutter 'Mizukage-sama,' but that much was unclear through stammering of letters and the fact that she bowed so quickly. It wasn't long before Luo found himself standing amongst dozens of bowing people of Kirigakure, and dozens more as the crowd began to realize who was there. Waving it off as the crowd grew almost uncomfortably silent Luo muttered, "You may all rise. I'm happy enough to see my people good and well." As people slowly rose, Luo continued his stride hoping that Masaki was not too far behind. Their eyes seemed to follow him down the first road as no one moved, waiting to see what he was there for. But as Luo knew as well as they, no one had time to simply watch Luo shop, they were all pretty busy.
Patting the small girl on the head Luo walked on. He bought a bit of dehydrated food, enough to only last for about three days. He then bought some shuriken.....however it wasn't a normal amount. The man had literally bought a duffel bag full of them, and another full of Kunai. He then bought hundreds of feet of steel wire on a spool. Feeling satisfied, Luo wondered what Masaki must have thought would happen. Turning to him he muttered, "Anything you think you'll need to training while I'm here Masaki?"

Masaki followed the Mizukage up into the marketplace, and for a while nothing happened. He had to dodge his way through the marketplace traffic as he would have to any other day. His mind temporarilly drifted back to his pre-academy days when a busy crowd like this was a goldmine for Masaki's sticky fingers. Part of him was tempted to slip off with someone's coin purse, but he managed to restrain himself. He was a ninja now, not only would he have an actual income, but he would be protecting these people. Some more than others though... he mused as someone off to his right shouted obscenities that would make a sailor blush. Eventually however, the mosh turned into a serene crowd of bowed heads. Masaki took the chance to weave around the people and catch back up with the Mizukage, who he met hanging with a little girl hanging on his leg waving around a picture of what appeared to be the Mizukage. "Isn't she a little young for you?" Masaki teased. Eventually the crowd was forced to get off of their faces and return to their business, though they kept a clear path for the Mizukage (and by extension Masaki) to walk through. That was handy. They stopped in a couple places, the Mizukage got some really crappy looking food, and enough shuriken and kunai to supply the whole village, at least for a little while. His mouth fell shut, as his mind started wondering what he had planned. Had he summoned his wrath by his earlier comment? wouldnt that be fun! "It would be awesome if we could get some edible food..." Masaki said when the KAge asked if he needed anything.

Luo Ushio Pride Of The Mist テキスト翻訳 Suiton| Ina Hassei Ryouken No Jutsu l Fire l Mizukage l Wind l Shark Summoner As the boy answered Luo's question, his brow furrowed. He stuffed the bag into Masaki's chest with enough calculated force to push him back a little and shut his mouth as he muttered, "If you want something better, you will kill it and cook it yourself." He then handed Masaki one of the duffel bags full of metal weapons. If Masaki was smart, he would wear it as a sort of backpack with the bag horizontal, and the straps as shoulder straps. This was the first part of his training, weight lifting. From here until where Luo was taking him was a forty mile trek at the least as he muttered, "If you drop that bag before we reach our destination, I'll see to it that the food I gave you disappears.
Luo ignored the first comment, not caring to even touch on the jest. It seemed the boy didn't take the request seriously, and Luo almost felt sorry for him....Almost. If he were smart, he would have asked for something he really needed, even something he couldn't afford. But alas, it seemed the request was in vain. Walking towards the village gates, an ANBU appeared with a scroll Luo needed. Thanking him, the man disappeared. When Luo was done with Masaki, he gathered he wouldn't be so quick to back-talk anymore.

Masaki grabbed the bags as they were forced on him and struggled to get a grip on them without putting them down. It took a couple moments, and a couple of the sharp ninja tools poked him through the bag but he eventually followed Luo with one bag in each hand and blood trailing from a couple cuts along his arms. He was thankful in every way possible for the people clearing a path for Luo, because carrying the bags through a crowd would be impossible. He could already feel his arms screaming at him. His earlier grin spread into a smile so wide it seemed a miracle his face didn't rip in two. This, is going to be good! [exit to gates]

They were almost white and look like feathers, but when he felt them, he found them to be made entirely of the unique silver only found in Kiri. They had the four line engraved into them.
