What you know about the clan/bl:
This is what I know about it. With this ability you can copy other ninja’s jutsu and you are able to see the chakra color, when looking at the person. Only a selected few can obtain this ability and you obtain it when in a life threatening situation. You can also tell when someone is under the influence of a genjutsu because of the irregular chakra flow. You are able to see fast moving things quicker , and gives you time to think of what the attacker is going to do, but this doesn’t mean you are able to react to their attack quick enough. Some people believe that when you process the sharingan then you are able to see into the future.
Rp Sample (at least 2 paragraphs of at least 10 lines using said BL or Clan):
Sosay ran through the trees, breathing heavily. “Why won’t they just leave me alone!” she screamed in her head. Everything was a blur of green as she passed trees at quite a speed. Off in the distance she could hear then enemy ninja yelling back and forth to each other. “There not going to give up without a fight!” she thought to herself. Sosay swiftly jumped up to a branch far from the ground, making sure to hide herself well. Once she made sure she couldn’t be seen the enemy ninja went by as she had planned. “Sharingan!” she loudly whispered, activating her kenkkai genkai. Sosay then took off after them grabbing four kunai, ready for any attack that came her way. “Gotcha!” she quietly stated as she spotted them not to far up ahead. As she blinked, she deactivated the sharingan, in order to save up her chakra. Slowly she sped up and got above them. A smile spread across her face as she threw the four kunai at each one, making them stop in there tracks. Quickly and swiftly she flipped down in front of them, her long black hair flipping around after her. A smile crossed her face as she looked at her opponents.
“Hmph! Your a hard girl to find!” one of them stated, rather cocky. Sosay let out a short cold laugh. “Good and I want it to stay that way.” she said closing her eyes. From behind her someone attacked her head on, from out of the blue. As she spun around she threw kunai at the others as a diversion. As she managed to block her attacker’s attack, she closed her eye’s and laughed softly to herself. “You’ll have to do better then that.” She plainly told him, opening her eye’s to revel her sharingan. From behind her she could hear the sound of shadow clones disappearing. “So there was only one of you!” she thought to herself. The guy took this opportunity to attack, throwing a kick her way. Acting fast, Sosay jumped back. “I’m going to end this now!” she thought. Before she landed on her feet she began to form hand signs. Once she had completed the full thing she quickly said, “Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu!” As quick as she could she brought her hand to her mouth and exhaled. Red and orange flames erupted from her mouth, flying at her enemy. As they continued on she could hear the faint cry of help coming from her now dying enemy.

What you know about the clan/bl: You only get it after being in a life threatening situation. It was originated from the Byakugan.

Leon stared at his opponent as his eyes began to change to a light red with 3 comas in each eye. He could see much clearer now. The enemy dashed at Leon and attempted a round house kick, but Leon easily dodged, grabbing the enemies leg as he did so. He then threw his leg into the air, causing him to trip and land head first. Suddenly, about 50 clones appeared around Leon and all began attacking at once. Leon dodged one kick aimed for his head and then jumped off the ground, performing a split in the air, causing two clones that jumped at him to get kicked in the face. Two clones below that ran for him before he jumped ran into each other and poofed away. Leon the landed and whipped out his sword. He got a smile on his face. He began rapid slashing and performing twirls and spins, killing tons of clones. One clone kicked at his head from behind, but Leon moved his head to the side and swung his sword straight backwards, stabbing the clone. Suddenly, a brigade of clones came towering from underneath, throwing Leon about 2 feet to the left. Leon ran at the clones with intense speed and appeared on the other side of the tower of clones. Suddenly, the tower poofed away in one slash, leaving the real enemy dazed on the ground. The last thing this guy would see is Leon walking over to him with a serious face, and then Leon's foot crashing down onto his face.

Ok here's how I'm going to be doing this from now on. On fridays and saturdays ill be taking a look at bloodline apps, telling people if they need to improve and giving advice on how to do so. If the app looks good and you seem to have a good understanding of the bloodline then I won't say anything, but you will still have till sunday for me to make my final decision. The reason I'm doing it this way is because I know that many people do not have much time during the week to come up with bloodline applications, and I don't want to approve bloodline apps based off of a first come first serve kind of thing since we have limited spots for the different bloodlines and clans.
Sosay: Your app looks pretty good, but you say that the sharingan allows its user to "see the chakra flow of anyone around you when it is activated" and when you get two tomoe that's pretty close to true. The sharingan doesn't really see the chakra flow of an individual though it can see the chakra color. But keep in mind that all sharingan abilities only apply while their is eye contact, so you can only see the chakra color of a person if you're looking at said person. Same with the ability to read movements and copy jutsus, you must be looking at the person.
Lance Zorochi: I have a similar problem with your app, one part in particular where you say that you block an attack that came from behind, but you didn't say whether it was because of the sharingan or something else, if your character heard the attacker then that's something, but if you're weren't looking at the assailant then there is no way your sharingan could have picked it up. I would also like you to go over some of the weaknesses of the sharingan, tell me how it can be counteracted or even negated.

Rp Sample
Tia and another Chuunin wer running through the forest heading back to Konoha after finishing their latest mission.Suddenly Tia stopped adn her friend did too after noticing she had stopped."What's wrong?"Tia stayed silent and focused her chakra.She sensed somebody nearby."There's someone here."She said softly.She walked forward and into the bushes.She kept walking until she got to a clearing where a genin from Konoha was sitting against a tree.Tia walked over and examined the genin.The genin opened his eyes and spoke weakly,"I-i-i disobeyed the rules and came out here alone."The boy had some cuts nothing too major.The other Chuunin walked into the clearing obviously wanting to get back to the village."What's---What happened?"The chuunin asked jogging over to the boy."Looks as if a bandit or animal attacked him.It's nothing major."She said.She rolled up her arm sleeve and held her arm out to the boy."Bite me."She said.The boy looked questioningly at Tia."Just bite me.It'll heal all your cuts and any wounds I didnt see."She said.The boy looked doubtful but bit her arm.Tia could feel the chakra draining from her.The boy let go and stood up."I feel much better now."He said and bowed."Thank you."He added.Tia smiled."Your welcome.Now let's get back to the village before they notice you're gone."She said and they ran off towards Konoha.

Ok so I think that your rp sample actually looks pretty good, but can you tell me a bit about how you think some of the different abilities that the bloodline has work, the ones that you didn't have in your rp sample

ok.Well the user is able to sense nearby chakra presences like in my rp sample.The user also can detect demon hosts and their chakra.This is a very odd bloodline and to be able to heal somebody,not yourself,they must bite you like Saskue had to do to Karin when they were fighting 8 tails.Which would be pretty helpful to others.Being able to detect demons wouldn't really help my character unless she is fighting an unknown person who had a demon.Like I said the Kagura is able to find hidden enemies and able to sense high chakra.They also have a slightly increased healing factor and excellent chakra control.By getting this bloodline I can also learn medical jutsu easier.

Ayame: ok, I'm not really sure how quickly that "increased healing factor" works, I would talk to Sine Amore about that, but yes everything looks good, APPROVED!!! just send 1000g to blue
