Bella stopped, and for a moment she paused in the doorway. She watched him, and smiled. Today was a sad day indeed, but she had a feeling it could turn around. Nodding she followed. "Alright, like I said, I know exactly where they are. Her heart raced, and her hand tightened slightly around his hand. "It is fine Iquel, we both seem to be feeling a little different today."
When Iquel was ready Bella led him down the hall, and to her room. She unlocked the door and invited him inside. "They are right down here." Bella said kneeling beside her bed, and removing a box. She held it close to herself, tenderly. The box was clean, it had no traces of dust on it. "Ready to go?" She asked smiling up at him.

Loki watched Ryan exit and resumed his card game, slowly people came over, the game of solitaire turning into Texas Hold 'Em.

"I'm all set. We've just got to grab Jan and then we'll get going." Iquel said with a smile. He looked at the box that contained their old memories. Even before the attack had occured, there were memories of things that couldn't be recovered. Their childhood carelessness, Iquel's brother before he left for the Lunar Prep. School and subsequent relocation to the plants... so many things that he wished he could have had back... things that the war had robbed Iquel of being able to feel about in the same way now. All that was left the memory, as Iquel was no longer innocent. But he still had Bella, and he would allow no one to take it from him. She was the only thing that kept his mind in his body.
Footsteps stopped at Bella's door and Jan grinned broadly. "You don't need to bother." He said. Jan's laptop was slung in a case at his side, and a headset was plugged in and on his ear. "I located you with the surveillance camera's." He said mischievously. "I also have something for you that I spent a few hours last night getting for you Iquel. It will help you a lot, I think." He added secretively.
Iquel raised an eyebrow. "What is it?" He asked. "And did you manage to get us a car with that? It might have solved a few time issues." He said trying to suppress laugh poorly. Jan's demeanor did something to you that made you feel better.
Jan laughed. "Sorry, but I would have been noticed." He said. "Lets get going. I'll tell you what it is while we're on the road." The tone of his voice indicated that this was something that would have to be kept on the down low.
Making his way to the hangars, Ryan noticed oddly that the other crew members seemed to be showing a greater deal of respect to him. True, Ryan had effectively taken control of the entire division, but there was something more genuine to this. He shrugged it off and entered the hanger. The dark lighting gave the mobile suits a more intimidating demeanor, especially the those of the aquatic mobile suits that the Armand specially was designed to deploy. He found the customized DINN and allowed a tech to guide him to the cockpit. Ryan started to access the OS, catalogue specs, and most other information that he could call up on the mobile suits monitors and he poured himself into the machine's capabilities. He stopped for one moment to look up at the tech peering into the cockpit to see if Ryan needed assistance with anything. "Could you get a call out to Loki for me." He said to the tech. "Something I need him here for." He said to the man.
The man smiled. "I'll get right on it." He said. "I figure that I'd tell you myself, but we all really admire what you did. Sorry, to say but the news leaked to the rest of the ship. But I've gotta say, we think your a much better leader than Vierman." The man then turned off to send the call to Loki.
Ryan smiled sadly. "We'll find out the truth when we get back to Gibraltar." He said with a sigh.

Keeping the box protectively close Bella jumped when Jan appeared behind her. "Jan Menovsky!" She exclaimed. "C-cameras. Where are these cameras?" Bella asked a bit unnerved. Her expression changed quickly. The thought was still in her mind, but in addition to that feeling she was curious. "Who will be driving?" Bella asked out of simple curiosity.

Loki was laughing with some of the men, the majority of the money in his pile. His phone went off in his pocket, the ringtone barely audible in the roar. "Hello? Hangar? Sure." Loki closed the phone. "Sorry gents, better luck next time." Loki said gathering up his winnings, tossing some bills to a few people.
Loki made his way to the hangar. "You wanted my presence sir?" Loki called to Ryan.

Jan shrugged as they all started to make their way to main lobby to get the trip underway. "Well, yeah. This is a military base, they have to have security cameras set up in the hallway. Don't worry, I'm going to report the security flaw to base commander... discreetly as it wouldn't be wise to tip my hand that I was the one who exploited." He admitted with sheepish grin and scratching the back of his head.
Iquel chuckled teasingly, but in good nature. "Classic you if there ever was." He commented. "Anyways, I think I'm well enough to drive, if not then I think Jan can do it. Hopefully he wont need to hijack it with his computer." He added jovially. Iquel stopped at a desk and talked to the person on duty. The man slid the keys to Iquel and he pocketed them. "Everyone got what they need. This is the last stop before it's too late." He said, though believed they were all set.
Ryan stepped out of the cockpit and smiled. "Yes. I wanted to deliver the unnecessary news that I'll be assigning you to this machine, at the very least until we're back at Gibraltar and the General there will handle the issue." He smiled at Loki. "Anyways, I do have some bad news. The tech are going to be doing a complete chassis inspection as well as manually removing and reinstalling the OS as well. It seems that however Vierman acquired this custom machine, he laced it with self destruct mechanisms as well as all sorts of remotely triggered devices that would have guaranteed you never returned." He said. "So if something comes up you wont be using that machine for a bit."

Loki whistled. "Self destruct? Nasty little man he is." Loki nodded "At least I'll get to pilot this thing, I don't care if I have to wait. Anything else sir?" Loki asked

"I am all ready to go." Bella said holding the box, and patting her purse which jumped at her side. "Ready for a day of relaxation and fun!" For now she hoped to keep the atmosphere light, and joyful. At least until they were all in a safe place, and not driving. "Are you boys ready to go?"

Ryan thought for a moment and then said. "Not that I can think of..." He admitted. Ryan's com buzzed and he picked it up. "Yes?" He asked.
"News at the bridge, we received a communication from the Magellan. They have intelligence and reconnaissance data about some unknown Alliance installation on an Island in the region. They're hailing us for assistance I think, they're being vague about it." The officer on the other line said.
Ryan sighed and looked out to the hangar entrance. "Alright, I'll be at the bridge shortly. Raise our status to condition yellow." Ryan looked to Loki with a small smile. "On second thought... now that I am stuck managing both the ship and the mobile suit teams, I'll need an XO for the ship and someone to handle the mobile suits if I'm needed on the dridge during an engagement, if this comes to that. Would you mind terribly if I temporarily assign you to handle the Aerial and Terrestrial mobile suits? I'd have on the aquatic suits, but Vaskov is an expert in underwater combat, so I don't need to have someone babysit them, you'll be coordinating with him if worse comes to the worse, but if all goes well, you wont know that the other is there." As he said this he started to walk off to the bridge and gestured for Loki to follow, and over the intercom was the announcement that the ships status had been upgraded to condition yellow.
Jan smiled and gave a thumbs up. "Alright! Lets get going!" He said enthusiastically as the group made their way to where the electric cars were parked at the base.
Iquel selected one, not that there was very much to choose from, as all were the same standard model, except for a few military jeeps and trucks, and were all painted either gray or light blue-gray, the only difference to this one was the fact that it did not have a full roof, he wanted to enjoy the warm tropical air. Iquel also noted that they were all automatics, and threw the door to a gray car open, sliding into the seat. He checked the car to see how charged it was, saw it was fully charged and looked to the others, "I think we're all set. Climb in." He said to the others with a smile.

Bella approached the car with a smile. "This will be a nice, of all the cars here I think you picked the best one Iquel." she laughed, and stood beside the car, waiting for Jan to pick his seat. Bella would take the seat that Jan didn't. She was just ready to go out and have a day of fun.

Jan climbed into the back of the car and set his computer on the seat. "He has good taste I guess. Though you wouldn't know by looking." He said quietly to Bella with a smirk that was impossible to hide.
"I heard that!" Iquel said as he started up the car, waiting for Bella to get settled in before heading off.
Ryan smiled slyly. "Essentially you'll be making sure that they're getting what needs to be done, done." He told him. "And if it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out, and I'll find a way to be in two places at once." He said.

Bella blushed, and laughed at Jan. She climbed in next to Iquel, still hugging the box close to her. "Alright then! Let's get going!" Bella said smiling happily. Today still had a chance to be a wonderful day.

Ryan returned the salute. "I'll call all the pilots to the briefing room, once I get more information on the situation." He said to him, before continuing his way to the bridge.
Iquel started the car up and started his way out of the parking area onto the road. It wasn't the most highly maintained road in the world, but it was up to military standards and the ride was smooth. "So Jan, what was that thing you were talking about earlier? Something you were up so late getting?" He asked him.
Jan blinked. "Oh yeah! I manage to find a few operating systems for your mobile suit." He told Iquel. "I have the Earth Alliance official, non-Natural operating system, though that wasn't hard to get, and I just picked up a disk for it this morning. But the other two were really interesting! The first is the operating system used by ORB mobile suits, supposedly its so good a Natural can operate a G-weapon to its full potential with it. The other one is the basic OS for ZAFT mobile suits. I've been checking your combat data, Iquel. From what I see, you may have the hand-eye coordination to utilize of Coordinator OS with good efficiency." He told him.
