It wasn't 664 he took, the symbols in his name and the project number didn't match. But I think I'm right saying it was in the first ten projects on file.

I was trying to come up with something but I came up with something funny with the two topics that he posted in at the bottom of the archives. It is, So, I bet Vince thought your a nobody. But what is so special about those two titles. I can't find anything that could be like a message.

I have created a decent mugshot of Docta PH34R. Using what I have found on his upper body. I saw we should try to get someone to contact him. Problem is that I can't figure out a way. But here is what I think he looks like. Zi, does he or did he look like this?  Or close to?

It wasn't a weapon. That would be filed under weapons. It's a project--an invention.
Stop assuming the worse.
Also, please don't order me around, dears. For the most part I'm higer ranking than most of you. You could ask me nicely to check on something but for orders there are few people I fall under. <3
