Our cheerleaders hate us because we mess with their heads.
The cheerleaders all have a certain routine to each of our stand tunes, so to f*** with them we just start playing a song and then half way switch to a different one and then another. We'll just skip around in mid song and it confuses the s**t out of them.....its great

o.o dot dot dot...our band and cheerleaders have an odd relationship then. Or..Maybe its cause our band is the cheerleading section of the stands...>.>; Seriously, we have more cheers than the cheerleaders themselves do. We even have a cheer for the cheerleaders.

Cheerleaders at my school mostly hate us because we can do all their cheers better than them and we're a lot more coordinated. And the Football Team likes us better than them....frankly, my whole school hates the cheerleaders...

gandalf7863 Im wondering why cheerleaders hate the band I mean we never done anything to them but why do they hate us. just cause were not atheltic and wear tight and play foot ball we are still cool in our own way. mrgreen Hope you like its cuz were much more talented and cuter/hotter/prettier than them

The band's decided that cheerleaders hate us because we have more energy than the Dollies (dance team/glorified cheerleaders), Fillies (step below Dollies), First Ladies (pep squad), and varsity cheerleaders put together. That and we add to their cheers and steal their dances.
For example!:
Cheeleaders: Yell out your colors Mavericks! Orange and White!
Band: AND BLUE!
Cheerleaders: Orange and white-
Band: AND BLUE!
Cheerleaders:- win win tonight. We are the Mavericks!-
Band: WHAT WHAT!
Cheerleaders: -The Mavericks!
Band: WHAT WHAT!

Well first off, flags are technically part of the band. Well the cheerleaders hate the flagits. So they hate the band. Not all of our cheerleaders hate the band, we have a cheerleader in band, but she's awesome.

actually my school's cheerleaders love the band! the band just hates them... the cheerleaders try to get way to involved with the band, they have dances and everything for our stand music. i don't like them because whenever it is time for us to go onto the field, they won't move.

our cheerleaders don't hate us, they just don't acknowlege our existance. last year though, we had a senior who dressed in a homemade uniform and was the "band cheerleader". she came to all our games and competitions. plus, she had pom-poms.
