Im wondering why cheerleaders hate the band I mean we never done anything to them but why do they hate us. just cause were not atheltic and wear tight and play foot ball we are still cool in our own way. mrgreen Hope you like

it's cause no matter how loud they cheer a single trumpet player can drown them out....
also they are jealous of the lip and tounge control that band people have...cept the drummers...and they have fast hands....

At my school they're mad because band members get laid before they do half of the time

hm...the cheerleaders at our school have a wide range of reasons to hate the band members....like the fact that I taught my piccolo/flute section rather...ahem...crude alternitave lyrics to their cheers....and the whole band has a a dance that the cheerleaders do that we screw up really bad and perform every game...oh, that and we tp'ed the captain'c car. xp

hahaha! *falls out of chair* Our cheerleaders are asses. But they don't really hate us. Its funny because half of the preps aare cheerleaders, but half of them are in band too!

not a single cheerleader is in our band, a fact of which I am extremely proud....hehe..if fact, if I could sum up why the cheerleaders hate the band members in one word it would be: Me. I take great pride in pitting them against each other

Our cheerleaders never really hated us matter of fact while i was in band my sister was a cheerleader and they got along fine with us.
We did use to play pranks on them since they have moves to our songs. One time we took all of them and made a nice medly that confused them. We'd play a song and right when they got into the moves for it we'd switch tunes it was hillarious.
As for the cheerleaders in the college band i'm in they're a part of the band pretty much. Although some of us dont treat em very nicely specially my section. I never want to share a bus with us and the cheerleaders again...

When we recorded the "standard" songs for the cheerleaders to practice to (ie, the fight song, Rock 'n Roll Pt. 2, etc...), we'd always play them at about 20 beats under tempo. Then we'd play at tempo at the games. ninja

most of the cheerleaders hate us...but one of our frech horns is in cheer and our DM was going out with one....but why they broke up is a long story...which includes me... crying

Generally I've found that cheerleaders or any 'pep squad' that are overly attractive, have big breasts that match their egos. Generally and more often than not, we don't get along.

we are louder than the cheerleaders in their chants and sometimes start them on our own. i dislike them because in parades they always start cheers when we are ready to play the fight son. blech. but a couple of them are really really nice but i think most of them hate our guts.
