Hi! I'm ping_of_death but you can call me Ana Cassandra (or Cassie). And no I'm not Priam's daughter. I'm a Media Arts major but I'm interested in a lot of things. I read everything from pre-history to anthropology to physics. I've always found mythology interesting (not just Greek myths) so when my mother gave me Edith Hamilton's book on my 13th birthday I fell in love with Greek mythology. I also read plays by ancient playwrights related to that subject.

hello all I'm Suru, I'm a 21 year old Texan. I've been in love with Greek mythology since I was 10. My favorite Olympian is Hermes, ^^ I wanted to marry him when I was 11, aah the crazy. my other favorite gods are Apollo, Dionysus, and Enyo. I like to roleplay as well, so when I find a really good Greek god based rp, that's when I'm most happy. I've even submitted five avatars to the arena based on Greek goddesses, thus far it's been Demeter, Artemis, Hera, Hecate, and Hestia. If anyone has any other suggestions for goddesses I could do please tell me I'd love to give it a try ^^.

Places the name tag sticker on her chest with 'Elysia' written in Blue marker and looks up with a bright smile as she brushes her long hair out of her face. "Hello." Waves for a moment. "Everyone can call me Elysia." Twirls the staff in her hand. "Mythology is such a far fetched word to describe what it is I like about Greek history..."Thinks for a moment. "I'll let you all find out by talking with me." Smiles happily once again.

Greek mythology is my escape.
I'm a sucker for stories of epic heroism.
I absolutely love Percy Jackson and The Olympians.
The Odyssey is a great story.

Why hello there. I am known as Bard of Lore. I have been a great fan of Greek mythology since I was a young lad at the age of eight. My love for Greek mythology has carried me through my life and into my Freshman year of college. I'm a great fan of Percy Jackson and The Olympians, but I despised the movie. I eagerly await the next book series. I'm also an avid roleplayer and if anybody could point me to good Greek mythology or Percy Jackson and The Olympians roleplays I would be greatly appreciative. We have a pretty awesome RP going now. We still need gods and Heroes. It's called S.C.I.O.N and my friend Sindavra crated it. My friend Herry and I have talked about starting another RP up but we haven't decided if we will yet.

Hello, my name is Varda! Although I was kind of familiar with Greek mythology in my early years, I don't think I really enjoyed it until we read The Odyssey in school. Since then I've kind of studied it here and there when the mood struck me. Although lately I think I'd like to examine it more extensively.

Hello. I'm Mira. I'm 22 years old and I live in Ontario, Canada. I was exposed to Greek Mythology at preteens by borrowing a basic book of the Greek gods and The Odyssey. I later recovered my interest during high school by going through art history and doodling pictures of a goddess. Then I wanted to know more about other gods/goddesses - It still carries on to this day.
I'm not really an expert about the mythology but I somehow develop a good interest of it that I would like to further research about them, even in names.
Favourite gods/goddesses: Persephone (main research atm), Artemis, Hestia, Athena, Hera, Hermes, Hades, Eros... and that's all for now. xD

Hello everybody! smile . My name is Chloe. I am 19 years old. I live in North Carolina. When I was little my dad use to talk about mythology a lot and we watched a lot of old movies about it. When "Hercules" came out he took my brother and I to see it. As I got older I started reading more about Greek mythology.

I'm not quite sure how the guild thing works or if I'm allowed to post here before acceptance into it, but it's just an introduction right? Hiya! I'm Not7Jack, but you can call me NotJack if u want to....
I'm twenty and an avid reader. I've been interested in Greek Mythology since I watched Hercules when I was little. I discovered how many falsehoods it consisted of in my Freshman year of high school after reading Edith Hamilton's Mythology book. My brother gave it to me.
I was considered to be very stupid by most of my teachers at that point, and having that knowledge base gave me a great deal of confidence. That could be why I'm so addicted to the stories. There is no chocalate better than being smarter than your enemies! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!! twisted pirate ninja
