Gregar828 iAkura-kun Alright a few quick questions about the jutsu: - Do these stair have to be aligned like that? Can you make it into a hall or alter the distance? - Can the steps stop any type of tool or jutsu? - What happens if a jutsu hits them? - How many posts does it last. Into a hall? I don't understand what that means. As for altering the length, no. Stop a tool or jutsu? The stairs are each flat planes, not an entire staircase. If you're asking if something would get stuck in the staircase part of it, no, because that doesn't exist. If a jutsu hits them? I guess if its powerful enough, the stairs would dissipate. One. Thats how the jutsu is designed. Alright then; approved.

Description: Effect:seeing all their jutsu has to do with the soul, they themselves must become one with their own soul. How they do this is that they go to the world, find their soul and spar with them. If they defeat their soul they have become one with it, it not they will have to wait a week before they have train again to give them to rest from their first fight. It takes 3 posts to enter and find their soul, then 4 more to spar with it. Someone else will have to play the soul in this jutsu

Description: Effect:This justu is used for secrets that have been kept to the grave, the user draws four symbols: heart ,soul ,spirit ,and truth, then says “reveal the secret“ after that the user gets a vision of the person and in this vision they talk till the user finds out or discovers the secret. Then stops the jutsu; But if the deceased still has something to say then the jutsu will continue till the deceased is finished with what they have to say then it will stop. Someone else will have to play the soul in this jutsu

For the record, there is no " Academy Student " rank in the guild anymore, just saying.
Soul Training: Approved, but keep in mind, that someone else has to play the soul, it wouldn't make much sense to play the soul yourself.
Soul Shards: how many shards are made? how big are they? How far can they go? Will they vanish ? What happens if/when they hit a person? Do they explode? Do they feel like a mosquito bite?
Soul Sensing: " The person's rank and if the person has a bloodline " Does that mean that with that jutsu if say I'm an uchiha jounin using the transformation jutsu to look like a clanless genin you'll be able to tell that I'm a jounin, not a genin and that I have a bloodline? Or will you be able to tell which is my bloodline? If it's the first of the two, then it's approved, if it's the second one, denied.
Soul Connect: Same as Soul training. Someone else has to play the soul.
Soul Blade: Same as Soul Shards.
Soul Control: Uh....no.

Shards: What's the range of the explosion? and you do realize that was just an example right? Blade: Pure chakra weapons are not allowed on the guild, so unless this is something like a Getsuga Tensho I don't see it being allowed.
