Jade's eyes lit up when he mentioned that he had seen Deity, not even noticing that his face had gone strangely pale for a moment. This was the best lead she had since she arrived, and she wasn't going to lose it. She just hoped that Deity hadn't gone too far. She wondered for a moment about the other demon with him, a female one...but she let it go. Right now, the girl just wanted to find Deity. She would figure out what to say to him when she did find him.

Jade took the locket back and smiled as she put it back around ehr neck, tucking it safely under the scarf around her neck. She put her hand into her pocket, pulling out what meger money she had and sighed, wondering what kind of supplies she could get with that. She didn't have much money on her when she had gotten to Orion, and after exchanging it, didn't have much anyways, especially with the pricing on some things. That's why she had been sleeping outside.

She smiled back up at Angel.

"Thank you very much for your help, a lot more than the guy who got me here...but at least he did get me here...."

She sighed a little, still amazed a little that Taliman had actually brought her here.

Caine looked down at Merena, slightly curiously, then he smiled and kissed her forehead again, rubbing her shoulder still.

"Then you're going to have a long wait...."

<<@Gabe & Merena: When it comes to religion, in RPing, this is how Deity looks at it...there are simply too many 'gods that created everything and your momma, too' characters, or characters who go by a similar backstory. He's run into people who claim their RPing friend is Satan, and Deity has fought people who say they've met God, were cursed by God, or are God. - -; There are simply too many religious 'boo-boos' to take any of it seriously. For instance, if Gabriel dies, he may go to heaven or hell...or...wherever. If User dies, he also goes to hell, but it is probably very different from many RPers' perceptions of hell.

When Deity dies, he'll undergo a similar fate to User's, because that's nifty.

Thus, Deity disregards religion-based powers or statements made about his character, if his character does not believe in said religion. As far as you know, his god will bring him to an alternate dimension, when the universe collapses. If an arrow is 'blessed by God', it is just a normal arrow to someone who doesn't belive in God at all. ::raises hand:: So...yeah. Oh well...
