haha in real life, hrmm. Actually, I would have to say my sense of smell, but only because I have never been able to. Therefore, I would realize that first of all. I have never been fond of the stuff that messes with senses, but that's just because I would rather fight fair. Killing a sense wouyld give you an advantage, so the fight would become more boring. That's just my opinion, though.
As to the shiaki thing, I wasn't saying i wanted it. personally, I don't care if I have it, or not. Bullene is either too busy to give it to me, or he thinks I don't deserve it yet, so I am not going to care anymore. I was just clarifying that Foust now seems like Hisagi in a way, since Hisagi never really showed his shikai. When he did though, it was awesome.

Ah, really? Well yes that'd be true. Although I would have said the sense of touch, especially in a fighting situation. I'll tell ya now though, anyone who would reply with sight as the first one they'd notice would be in seriously deep crap with this zanpakuto. biggrin
I've decided not to have Kaisho use Shikai much, since he's sticking firmly to what Squad Seven's main purpose is.

If Foust ever learns shikai, he will use it in a way his martial arts can be amplified. Plus, I like the fire thing he has, so whenever he gets it, I have a few ideas of how to use it.
Yeap, I can't smell at all, and come to think of it, I never was able to. No sense of touch would suck, and no sight would be a bummer. Still, losing touch would be worse. Think about the fight with Tousen and Kenpachi. Kenpachi lost all senses except touch, and he used thnat to win.

I'd say long as you have either sight, hearing or touch, it isn't impossible to win if you lose the rest of your senses.
The reason I asked that stuff was because (without giving too much away) whatever sense you would notice missing first has a directly link to the zanpakuto's ability.
I was going to save it for if/when I make the Zanpakuto, but I so so soooo want to spill the beans.
