Well see Ivy is still human enough for a bullet to hurt like a son of a b***h. Don't forget that bullets also have "fire-like properties"? You know what I mean. The reaction that causes a bullet to shoot out of a gun extremely fast. Bullets definitely can't kill Ivy at this stage but they can slow her down, a lot.
I think that wouldn't be a fair fight. Ivy could easily pull the plant crap and just go jungle crazy on her but what's the fun in that. I think she'd be too angry and upset to think properly and would resort to cat fighting instead of tactical fighting.
I personally think it would be hilarious if Ivy was writhing in pain while Gilda was sobbing her eyes out.

Damn it! If Green Arrow and Ivy had gotten some romance back when they'd met, there could be a 4 way love drama!

At the museum, Gilda couldn't stop sneezing... which caused her to drop a bust she sculpted of Harvey, breaking half of its face. "Well, that's ironic..."
