Calypso,calm down.You didn't post the specile skill.For that go to ninja types,and find your tacticle and stealth.(Look for things like these.They are unmder the the title of your ninja type.)
And apparently you haven't got your bloodline accepted yet.Since thier not accepting,due to the chunin exams coming up.And if you haven't got your bloodline accepted and you make your character with said bloodline,so right now your character can't have a bloodline.So there you go.So have a nice day.Oh,I forgot your ninja tool bag thingy.Isn't a link to another demention that has mass amouns of shuriken,so that wont work.Edit that please.

Personality: Although hating the ways his clan was built. He has great pride in being a Hyuuga. He has no doubt in his clans abilities and is proud of them. He just doesn’t like the fact that the main branch can push around the smaller branch families if they feel like it.
Rai is not very sensitive to others and doesn’t understand why people don’t take action. He likes helping people but gets fed up with them quick and usually blows up on them if they don’t even try to help themselves.
He is always looking for the “Right thing” to do and will stop at nothing to do what is right to him, morally.
He is a big thinker and is always trying to find the best ways to solve things. He loves strategy games. But when it comes to fighting he usually just likes to jump on into the action and beat everyone else to a pulp, having to think right there on the spot, rather than taking a half hour to figure out the best way to beat someone. He likes trail and error, because he never gives up until he finds a way to win, even if it kills him.

╫Background Information╫
Rai was born into the Main Family Branch of the Hyuuga clan. He was treated well and always got what he wanted pretty much. Even played with anyone he wanted. At the age of 7 he had a best friend that was not a Main Branch Family member. Rai and the other boy would wrestle and play fight all the time. One day the child disappeared. No one would tell Rai why the boy was gone. This made Rai very sad until he over heard some adults talking about how the boy was actually cast out and killed… Using Byakugan and wrestling with Rai was forbidden. The seal the clan used was used on Rai’s friend until his mind was destroyed.
Overhearing this Rai burst into tears and ran away. He ran and ran and ran until he couldn’t go any further. He would pass out next to a river to drink water and rest. Then get up the next morning and keep running. Rai hated what had happened to his friend. He didn’t hate his clan, he loved his family. He just hated how things were ran, and if they were going to do things like that, then Rai didn’t want to be a part of it.
A week went by and all Rai had put into his system was water, no food. The young boy couldn’t go much further. Finally, passing out from exhaustion, the boy fell. His knees hit the sand and his face landed not far after.
Upon awaking, Rai found he was in a hospital. Trying to get out of bed a nurse stopped him. He was about to ask where he was when he notices the Sand Village’s logo on her Ninja Headband. Rai smiles a little at how far he had made it. He laid back down to recover.
After recovering the boy enrolled in the Ninja academy there. But being know as “that’s they boy who was found in the sand!” No one really asked him where he was from. And Rai never told anyone. He was sure higher Ninja’s would recognize his Hyuuga eyes, but no one ever reported him to the leaf and no one really bothered him about it. He made some friends and graduated the ninja academy becoming a Registered student at the Academy. This is when everyone started noticing him.. for when he registered, he had to sign his full name. He looked down at the paper as he signed his name.

Sergeant, I understand and appreciate what your trying to do, but you are not a crew member. You cannot make the call to say whether someone is denied or accepted, and you cannot tell people what to do with a profile. Please dont do it again.
@Live2skate: I suppose theres no problem with being an uchiha if you dont take the sharingan, but understand that you will not gain any of the other bonuses the Uchiha clan provides, like the fire bonuses, or any of their clan specific jutsu (Which is only the triple sharingan one, since the other three are available on the universal Katon list). That, and you cannot suddenly unlock the sharingan out of the blue. Basically, you will be an Uchiha with no bonuses. Ok?

TAKE OFF THAT SUMMON. I am very strict when it comes to summons, especially since that one doesnt exist. Summons may only be acquired at chuunin, and you must be taught by the original summoner.
First off, any weapon with a custom ability needs to be approved as a custom weapon. Second.........it explodes? Seems like a useless ability, one its used, its gone.
What did you even do to the jutsus? Henge means transformation, Kawarimi means substitution, and bunshin means clone. You cant make them into different ninjutsu. And take off that genjutsu and Taijutsu style while your at it.

and about the shinobi special skills thing, we kind of guessed. she helped me make the profile and neither of us were sure of how to do it so we just used the skills from my ninja type.

@Gaara: We really dont have a main house or branch house, now that I think about it. It just seems like that would give main house people an unfair advantage of being able to turn a branch member's brain to jelly whenever they wanted. But I think we all know wha the Byakugan can and cannot do, so placing "Byakugan" as a shinobi special skill is fine. @Hibana: Konoha is closed. Please choose cloud or rock Please add your shinobi special skills. If you dont know what they are, look at a previously accepted profile/ They'll be on there. Until you are accepted into the Hyuuga clan, please change your chakra level to low. You may change it back once accepted. For simplicity sake, please just put an element down. You dont need to start learning it, but it would avoid confusion. You dont need the curse seal unless you truly want it, but the main house still wont be able to kill you by using it. It would really just function as a decoration, I suppose.
