i meant to say look at the jutsu learning thread but the chakra system is very simple....
Jutsu - Point Costs: ( *refer to 'Modifiers' sections for added detail)
Academy Level (E-ranked Techniques) - 2 points
Genin Level (D-ranked Techniques) - 3 points
Chuunin Level (C-ranked Techniques) - 5 points
Special Jounin Level (B-ranked Techniques) - 7 points
Jounin Level (A-ranked Techniques) - 9 points
Sannin/Kage Level (S-ranked Techniques) - 15 points
>.> then you have a set amount of chakra points... example..
Chuunin without a bloodline or clan has.. 40 chakra points
chuunin with a bloodline or clan has 3/10 more chakra (30%) making it 52 chakra points
Chuunin with head of bloodline or clan has 5/10 more chakra (50%) making it 60 chakra points

Think of it as game mana. your character is casting( Preforming ) Spells ( Jutsu ) and uses Mana ( Chakra ). it is simple game mechs. ;p

Come on... you know a Shark and shadow group would be evil xD or just one of them... Prefferably not abure though >.> He is too smart, he knows the risk would be too high. Ingou though... well, he never considers anywhere to be his home xD so he would be perfect for the job. ;p

Mana is something that was off of FF,I think, that showed how much magic you could perform. I forgot which one it was though. >.<
