Akura Bashirou Pic:  Name: Rinnengan Backround: The Rinnengan is a rare trait that is somewhat of a genetic mutation, thatks to this mutation ninjutsu are usable
Description: The eye is divided layer upon leyer consisting of 6 diferent one's which represent an element and the 6th one represents summoning.Strengths:The user must have chakra control as one of the types, the user can freely use any element, but if the elemental path is chosen summonings cannot be done by the user, for summoning to be done the weilder must give the person the summoning path, the summoning path is allowed to have up to four summonings but can only do two diferent per battle. Weaknesses: While using more than two paths the the user may lose control if he/she has not mastered up to stage 3, takes +4 posts to lear any non-elemental jutsu, the user is incredebly suceptible to genjutsu and is incable of making any genjutsu that are chunnin or above. Ability: Gives the user the ability to wield more then the normal amount of jutsu/summonings, there is a draw back to this, the more the Rinnengan is used ( If the user uses more then 3 elements in a battle or more than one summining type ) the user's helth starts to degrade, they become even more succeptible to genjutsu and the become slower, but this only occurs after extramly over using the Rinnengan. Also, - 2 just to learn elemental ninjutsu, -1 post to learn elemental Genjutsu Bloodline/Clan Jutsus: Stage 1 ( Accademy )
The user begins to experience the overwelming power of the Rinnengan, their phisical streanth degrades by a amount that the user does not sence, at this point the ninja can already use two elements unlike the usual ninja that can hardly use one
Doton: Rising Fist ( Academy )
Description: The first jutsu that a Rinnengan user learns, what it basicly does is that the user applies a small amount of chakra to the ground and then molds it into a fist which then swiftly rises from the ground.
Raiton: Shock Pulse ( Gennin )
Description: A basic jutsu done by those who wield the Rinnengan, the user concentrates in the eyes to aweaken the power of the Rinnengan and then pushed his/her hand to the front, after this is done a pulse of electricity will follow the thrust of the hand
Katon: Firewall
Description: A jutsu used only by the Rinnengan wielders. The user puts chakra into the mouth and the palm of the hand, the he/she rapidly lets out the air and puts the hands to the fromnt molding the chakra into a wall shape, after this the chakra ignotes in flames for 3 posts.
Fuuton: Soring Gale
Description: The Rinnengan used concentrates wind into his hands or legs for varius uses, from deflecting kunai, to pushing the enemy, from powering up fire jutsu to flying.
Suiton: Water Whip
Description: the users uses his/her elemental control to change chakra into water and the whip the opponent, or use it as a rope.

The potential for Rinnegan is AMAZING lol But I would like to see it created better. When ig et time ill post wha ti think should be changed to make it better and more fair as a uber bloodline.
