"Okay!" Lorina squeaked, giving him a slight wave. She took a couple of deep breath, glancing under Erol at the dog all the while. Then, when she thought she'd be able to do it, she took in one last large breath, and held it, reminding herself not to breath it out, and going over the high the high note in her mind. It bubbled up inside of her until she couldn't hold it any longer, and she blasted it, as shrill and as loud as she could manage at her small size. It went on for more than a few seconds, before she fell to the ground, gasping for air, but still she kept her green eyes focused on the dog, hoping it would come running.

"He IS peaceful!" Raleigh instantly defendded his creation. Susan was nice and doing her best to make them trust her but it really just wasn't working. The young boy saw her as a threat and he damn well wanted her to move away as soon as possible. "Yes, I am his creator." Well that was one way to get past his defences; flatter him. Raleigh turned to smile at his beast yet it seemed to be focusing on something else.
Yasuo's head tilted up slightly, gaze looking directly at the post Erol and Lorina were currently in. The sound was so high-pitched no one else around heard it. His ears perked up slightly, one large paw scuffling the ground while he stared in emotionless silence.
"What's wrong Yasuo?"
The dog swung its great head around to Raleigh, who patted his head and then mock glared at Susan. "You're making him anxious. I think you should leave." He told her, a smirk on his lips. "What do you think Rach?" Raleigh then turned and asked the girl beside him. "Should she leave?"
Ooc: You're gonna have to be a little less subtle I'm afraid. xP Yasuo isn't like a normal dog. He doesn't have emotions like curiosity. He will only respond to a command from Raleigh or a direct attack on Raleigh or himself. As much as I'd love to send him over there... it just doesn't fit. Hehe. You'll have to try harder.)

During the entire confrontation, Rachel had been averting her gaze. She disliked arguing and disliked picking sides even more. Susan seemed like a very nice person, but she didn't want to make Raleigh dislike her.
Nonetheless, at his question, she shrugged and shyly looked up. "I don't mind." she muttered softly.
Yeah, Rachel definitly was going to lay low. She didn't want to see a repeat of that incident again.

Susan was still smiling. "Well, you can say whatever you want, but I'm afraid I have to stay here. Just in case, you know." She stood up and stretched and went to sit on one of the benches nearby, keeping a watchful eye on the trio.

Erol frowned wondering if Lorina had did her thing or not, he was about to kneel back down and ask her to do it again but he noticed the dog look their way. Of course he didn't come-a-callin'. "Figures..." He breathed turning away from the creature. He knelt down again this time sitting Indian style arms crossed over his chest. "That didn't work." He said, looking at the tiny form of Lorina. "Well you might as well return to normal." He informed putting on a thoughtful expression.
"Guess subtly won't work eh?" He chuckled liking the idea that maybe he'd have to raise a little hell to get some attention. "My turn." He smiled but waited for Lorina to turn to normal before he would start. For now he was deep in though on what he could possibly do to get the dogs attention without aggrivating it too much.
[[I figured being a creation of that sort it wouldn't have the normal aspects of a dog but wanted to see what you'd do nonetheless.. I like challenges in roleplay makes me work harder.]]

Lorina nodded her head, more angry than disappointed. "I hate it when things do work." she grumbled squeakily. She concentrated on getting larger, eyes growing faintly, and she sprung up like a bean, slightly larger than she was before. "Oops..." she said, quietly. Looking over at the peope, she sighed slightly, pulling her knees under her chin. "So, what are you going to try? Are your shockwaves, like, invisable or something?" Lorina was confused about his powers, wondering how exactly they worked. He had seen hers, now she felt it only right that she see what he does, even if they don't get to play with the dog.

Erol smirked, after his training with Akila, he'd been doing a lot of research on shock waves. From all the books and search results it seemed his powers centered around vibrations, sounds, seismic waves, and possibly sonic boom effects. So many different forms of vibrations that Erol wasn't entirely sure himself. "Well there' only invisible to the eye cause there's no real ..." he thought for a moment remember a word used in one of his search results. "Output." He shrugged, whatever that meant. "I'll show you."
Sighing he eyed Akila sitting on the bench her attention was divereted but if he could do this without sending one of his waves toward her maybe things would go well. Concentrating his thoughts he focused on the dog, invisioning it within his mind. His mind's eye was targeted for the things stomach but Raleigh was in the way in reality so that wouldn't do. Perhaps his head, opening his eyes Erol smiled. "Perfect." He'd have to aim this right or risk hitting Rachel or Raliegh in the process. Just like in training, he focused his runaway emotions using them to direct a vibrating current which shot from his hands and slipped past Raliegh with a gust of wind to attack the dog. Erol took in a breath willing himself to be invisible. "Here's hoping..." Course at this point he was having second thoughts.
[Okay attempted number two...lol. rofl ]

Erol blinked fumbling in his steps as the beast came bounding their way. He quickly turned scooping Lorina close to him growing instinctively protective in this situation. He fumbled in his steps again falling to the ground and taking Lorina with him. "You okay?" He asked making sure he hadn't caused her any harm.
It would have to wait as he looked up to find the beast hovering over them glaring madly. He turned to Lorina with a lopsided grin, "Looks like we got its attention, eh." He said a bit nervous, he turned from her to look the beast over rather curious he was. He had to admit this Raleigh boy had talent, but his talent only made Erol more jealous. He wanted to get ride of the beast to prove he was stronger... easier said then done.

Yasuo's growl deepened, muscles bulging along its arms and legs, yet it relaxed as a livid Raleigh reached its side and put a hand upon its back. It was only with a great amount of control that Raleigh kept Yasuo is place and his own anger in check. Nearby Ruri was watching carefully, looking unruffled and calm despite the situation.
Raleigh's eyes narrowed. Not only had this stupid girl called his creature cute she then yelled at him, as if this was his fault! "He's not on you, stupid idiot! You're the ones who attacked him in the first place! I should let him rip you apart!" His fists bunched and the dog snarled louder. "How dare you attack him!!"
Raleigh's gaze moved from the girl to the boy. Which one had attacked him and Yasuo? Either way, he hated them both at the moment.

As the dog bounded forwards, so did Susan, armour activating and covering her entire body. But the boy was faster and managed to gain control over the beast. She halted between the children and the creature and frowned against the blonde boy and girl.
"That was completely uncalled for." Her voice sounded stern. "You had no reason to provoke this creature."
She turned to Raleigh. "And there will be no such thing as ripping others apart, if your creature gets any closer to them, I must stop it. So keep it in check."
She didn't move back, instead she remained there, ready to intervene when things would really get out of hand.

"Megan? Megan, are you ok?" AriyaLauna went closer to touch Megan, but the girl jumped back, nearly falling from her perch in the tree and AriyaLauna stopped in surprise, "Megan, what is wrong?" She was pale, and that scared AriyaLauna, and in fear her voice grew stern and demanding.
"Can we go home now?"
"Tell me what's wrong first."
Megan turned to look at AriyaLauna, eyes blazing in anger, "You gonna force me to stay here all day 'till I say something?" she demanded. That's what Thomas had said, and Thomas had made her really sick.
But AriyaLauna didn't understand that, Megan had never gotten past the point of asserting that she hated Thomas. She didn't really know what had gone on, "If I don't know why you want to go, I can't just demand to leave. I have to let Charles know."
"You're a liar!" Megan shouted, "I want Daddy!"
AriyaLauna paused in surprise. She couldn't follow whatever logic Megan had, if any, and didn't know how to defend herself against that, "I'm not lying. I just need to know. He's going to demand an explanation. What is it? Are you not feeling well? Scared? Just bored? Threatened?" AriyaLauna took a breath and a dare, "I bet there's nothing to really be afraid of. The one little boy just made a mistake, because he doesn't know his powers very well. That's why we're here, to learn. You are too. And the others got mad is all. Darebone---Susan---won't let anything happen." she smiled encouragingly to Megan, seeing that she was paying close attention to AriyaLauna's words, "They'll probably stop arguing really soon. Everything'll be ok, you'll see. Maybe you can even go see---"
"No! I don't wanna! I don't want nothing to do with them freaks!"
There was a pause. AriyaLauna closed her eyes and took a breath, quickly running through how to answer that, willing herself to be calm and patient, "Ok. You don't have to be friends with them. But you have to be nice if they come near. You don't have to go near them, unless one of the adults ask you to, but you probably will today. It's just for a little while. Ple--Well...We have to listen to them," She caught herself from asking if Megan would.
"They tried'a kill me."
"Well...No...No they didn't. It was just...They--they didn't realize. Sometimes people have a really hard time seeing from other people's point of view, and sometimes that makes things LOOK like something they didn't mean."
"They hate me."
"You make it really hard for anyone to like you." AriyaLauna didn't realize that her words came out all the wrong way at first, but Megan visibly jerked back as if AriyaLauna had swung a punch at her face, "Oh...uh---No, that's not...Shoot, Megan." Before AriyaLauna could fix what was said, Megan had jumped out of the tree and found an unoccupied bench to curl herself up under. It didn't provide the best security, no, but she only had so much room to run in, and if she closed her eyes really tightly and put her hands really tightly over her head and ears, it at least SEEMED like no one was around.
AriyaLauna was far slower in coming out of the tree, trying to remain modest and pulling twigs away from her clothing as she did so.
OOC: Giving people a chance to reply, but once again I don't need one. ^-^ I'm not trying to beg attention, really.. Much rather would blend in with the rest of the crowd, but Megan! Eee.. wink

Erol jumped in front of Lorina again not at all happy at anyone yelling at his new friend. He looked at this Susan lady with suspicion her reprimand doing nothing to him but making his own anger rise. "You stay the hell outta this!" He barked loudly and turned anger filled eyes to Raleigh and the dog.
"I attacked him, you got a problem with that?" Erol spoke up then trying to take focus off of Lorina, he didn't want her to be in trouble for an idea he came up with...even if she was all gung-ho about participating. He smiled turning his head slightly to wink at her.
The tension between Erol and Raleigh would definately escalate if one of them didn't back down. Akila noted this more scared of Erol's outburst then anything. Sure the dog could probably rip him to shreds but then again, couldn't Erol's shockwave rip the dog to shreds and possibly others.
"Erol stand down!" she called walking over calmly. "You were in the wrong this time, so stand down."
Erol snarled, "Shut up! I don't have to listen to you. Or you..." He spat toward Susan, a sudden jolt in the earth was warranted from his outburst. The hell with authority, this was a challenge. He in a twisted way was enjoying the event though it he might be getting a little over his head. So be it.

Finally giving up on finding the time, no one had answered him anyway, Malcolm turned around and checked out who wasn't busy at the moment. Besides Lonny, who he saw all the time, their was one other girl who wasn't talking to anybody. She was just...hiding under a bench, for some reason or another. Malcolm seized the opportunity (he hadn't met this one yet!), running over to where Megan hid. He ducked his head under the bench and looked at her. "Hey! Whatcha doin' down there?"
