in━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ They decided to move forward. They could see the entrance. "Is it over already?" Cosmo seemed sad. Before Veronica could give any response, a Cubone appeared. Cosmo already knew the routine. Well I guess this turned out really well for training. With a Night Daze and then another, the Cubone was knocked out. "The fight is never over, even when the battle is done." Veronica said, trying to get some wise bits in here and there. It seemed that Cosmo would need it. "YEA!" However, it only hyped him up even more. He started to run in circles and make his way forward more slowly.
in━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Just as they were about to leave the area, one last Hoothoot from the previous family showed up. Cosmo took his time by using Nasty Plot then gave it his best Night Daze, a move he had started to improve on using. With his stats raised, it got knocked out right away. "Well, that's four of them right? That should be all." Veronica said. "Yep. Time to go have dinner!" he snickered. "All right." Veronica smiled. "What's that?" He suddenly asked. "What?" she looked around, expecting it to be a pokemon. Cosmo noticed she didn't understand and so he went to get it, grabbing it with his mouth. Cosmo then jumped on her shoulder to hand over the item. It was a Nugget. "How shiny, it's been a while since I've found these. They're worth a few pretty pennys." she said and put it away in her pouch. It wasn't too long ago since they were fighting over that pouch and it seemed really funny now. "This will put me closer to one of my goals..." "What goal?" he asked. "That's a secret!" she chuckled. They left.
Freth and Tyrogue with at least a mutual agreement for now made their way off through the flooded reactor to find something to be battled. Freth having to be the stern mother, for a lack of a better term, is apparently hitting pay dirt in getting Tyrogue under control...at least for now. It kind of reminded her just how she had to get Cryoganal under control. Though to its excuse, it had a rather p.o.s. trainer from an enemy team in Unova in its background and not a loner. Worse, to Tyrogue's credit, compared to Cryoganal, Tyrogue can take a hit. Somewhat.
As they traveled along, the two ended up noticing a Finneon in the waters, minding its own business.
"Rogue."
"What...hang on, you going to swim after it? Are you serious?"
"......" A frustrated growl came from Tyrogue,
"Patience, alright. You got to be smart about this. Now come on. We'll find something else."

Tyrogue at this point was getting kind of bored. After being denied going after a wild Pokemon, albeit justifiably so, Tyrogue couldn't help but to mutter in a bit of irritation. "Relax, we'll find something. Besides, this is also supposed to be training; last thing we want is for you to drown trying to chase a fish that'd swim circles around you."
Something then graced the corner of Freth's eye and she quickly snapped around. "The hell was that?"
"Rogue?"
"Don't...know..." She then started to sense something; something drastically different than the electricity lofting softly in the air. ".......?" It felt...rather ominous. Waaay different than what she was expecting. "Uhhhhh..."
"Un-noooown."
She perked up, turning around, seeing an Unown, shaped as a 'Y' it seemed. "An Unown? Here? What is that thing doing here?" But then a sudden realization of dread.
"Rogue." Tyrogue started to step forward, only for Freth to quickly jerk the fighting Pokemon back.
"No, look. You might not know this, but those things might be weak on their own, but chances are there is a whole swarm of them very close by. They don't stray far from others. You do. Not. Screw. With. Unown. Things get......real weird around them...just...leave it alone, and not give it excuses. Back away...slowly..." Freth said, carrying Tyrogue off, much to the Fighter Pokemon's chargrin.
"Rogue ty-rogue!" The Tyrogue started to complain, feeling betrayed suddenly after having the agreement earlier.
"Look, that there wasn't like those Finneon or that Grimer earlier. That...was...a catastrophe waiting to happen. Why the hell are Unown here is beyond me but rest assured we're not going to fight that lest we want to dare question the universe or something. Those things are not to be messed with."
"Ty-rooogue!"
"Now, look I'm..." The two stopped arguing suddenly, feeling like they're being watched. The two turn their heads, noticing a Pichu there, staring curiously.
"Ty-ROGUE ROGUE!" Tyrogue shouted at the Pichu.
The Pichu stared now irritated at Tyrogue, cheeks sparking, challenging Tyrogue.
"...you did that deliberately." Freth said, unamused. "Ugh, fine, whatever. But we're still playing this my way, got it?"
"Rogue." Freth shrugged walking back. "Now you got some moves on you Tyrogue, but unless you know time and place, they're not going to do you any good."
"Rogue..." Tyrogue could only help but to roll its eyes.
"I'm serious. You want to have the best chance to win a fight? Then listen to what I say, got it?"
"Tyrogue." It reluctantly replied.
The Pichu before Freth could get an attack off charged in, sparking up electricity and squeezing out a hard Thundershock attack, Tyrogue taking the full brunt off. Tyrogue yelped out, falling back. "Pragmatic little...alright, Tyrogue, shake it off. Use Low Kick!"
The Tyrogue hopped back onto its feet and charged in retaliation, tripping the Pichu off its feet then giving it one hard boot to send it away. "See! There you go! Now! Use Rock Smash!" she shouted.
The Tyrogue went onto capitalize on its staggered opponent. As the Pichu went to stand back up, the Tyrogue smashed a rock-hard fist right into Pichu's head, sending it off once, skidding along the ground near the edge of the waters close by. Pichu shook its head, now severely irritated. "PICHU!" It sparked up. This seemed stronger than Thundershock, Freth noticed. Was it that fiercely trained somehow? The shocks, however, wasn't going towards Tyrogue, but instead along the water's edge. Before Freth could ask what was the point of that, she would soon get her answer as the water started to pull back and curl. Pichu then rushed forwards, snatching up a piece of metal and started to ride the wave as if it was on a surf board.
"THAT THING KNOWS HOW TO USE SURF!?" A development even more out of the blue and ordinary than the Unown prior. "Just what the hell is this place!? Tyrogue! Run for it! Don't get caught up in that!"
"ROOOGUE!" Tyrogue actually had to agree for once as it tried to run as far as it could from the attack. Unfortunately, the wave crashed down and smashed right into Tyrogue and washed him away. Freth had to jump for her own safety, still left in shock that this Pichu was packing a lot more force than what it was letting on at first.
The wave pulled back and Pichu hopped off its makeshift surfboard, both Freth and Pichu seeing Tyrogue flat on its face. "Tyrogue, are you alright!?"
" -cough- Rooogue..." Tyrogue gargled out at first, spitting out rather foul tasting water immediately after wards. Tyrogue picked himself back up, looking back at the Pichu. Just as the Frillish before the electric type, Pichu was starting to laugh at Tyrogue for its misfortune. Tyrogue started to get infuriated.
"Tyrogue! Calm down! That's what Pichu wants!" Freth shouted. "Think about it! He thinks that he actually has the upper hand on you!"
"Chuuu?" Pichu stared in confusion at Freth.
"A big flashy out of the blue attack like that and yet you're still standing! That Pichu got nothing!"
"Rogue?"
"That's right! Nothing! And now that its trump card was shown, it won't even be an issue anymore! You got this!"
The revelation made Tyrogue stare at Pichu for a moment, and for once, Tyrogue let out a couple of laughs. That was...actually pretty funny. "Chuuuu!" Pichu however didn't like such the notion, having its Surf attack being downplayed like that. "PIII!!!" The Pichu started to charge electricty once more, this time looking like it was going to be one of its normal attacks. More than likely a Thundershock again. "Tyrogue! Tackle Attack!"
Tyrogue rushed after the small rodent Pokemon, giving a full body shoulder charge and rammed right into the Pichu. Pichu tumbled hard and retaliated, flinging itself forward head first. A Headbutt attack. "Tyrogue! Here he comes! Hold your ground!" Tyrogue braced itself, the attack making full on contact with Tyrogue. But with Pichu committing itself so hard like that, it left the electric rodent wide open. "Rock Smash!"
"ROOOOGUE!" Tyrogue shoves Pichu right back up and lands another hard haymaker with its Rock Smash attack, sending it back, but this time, it was reeling. Cringing even. It can't seem to get its guard up all that well.
"Well well, looks who's lacking in defense now." Freth said. Pichu frustrated, getting desperate, focused its electricity back into the waters, snatching up another piece of stray metal and summoning another wave. "Gotcha...Tyrogue! High Jump Kick!" The Tyrogue looked back at Freth as if she's gone mad, but then didn't bother to question it. This was working just fine, he realized. Tyrogue rushed for the attack head on and with a mighty leap went after the Pichu on the wave. The Pichu was wide open, no where to go other into its own attack, a realization of horror overcame on the Pichu's face...which was driven into Tyrogue's foot. The two of them drills through the wave and out the other side. Tyrogue lands on solid ground, albeit covered in what remained of the tidal wave...Pichu landing in the deep waters that it tried to weaponize.
"And that's how it's done." Freth said, one hand around her waist, looking at Tyrogue with a 'I told you so' posture.
"Rogue..." Tyrogue was...actually a little amazed himself at this point.

"Now see, what did I tell you? Its not to bad to listen to someone else other than yourself every now and then. And you...really gave that Pichu something to think about while you were at it."
"....."
"What?"
"Tyrogue."
"Really?" Freth said flatly. "Is that really the thanks I get? That's for as all I know your first fight won ever." Tyrogue looks back at Freth rather playfully, breaking a rather sly smile. "You're screwing with me, aren't you? Come here, you." She said, snatching the Tyrogue up and playfully rubbing her knuckles on the kid fighter's head for a couple of seconds before putting him back down. "Now, want to keep going? I'm pretty sure that it'll take more than that to take the wind out of you."
"Tyrogue!"
"Alright then, let's get moving then." As the two went off, a Finneon, possibly one spotted earlier finally swims up closer to shore, noticing the Pichu drifting in the water in its concussed state, unable to help but to poke at Pichu with its fin which got a nervous twitch out of the electric rodent. The Finneon then just went back about its business.
As Freth and Tyrogue went on to find more competition, Freth started to make her way around a couple of paths, but suddenly ended up losing her footing. Rocks that formed in the area gave way and Freth slipped, getting down onto all fours. "OOMPH! GAH! OW! SON OF A-...." She stopped her self, seeing Tyrogue. "...I'm stopping there. Don't need you repeating a few choice words; you'd probably do it, too."
"Rogue?"
"Nothing." As she picked herself back up, she took notice where she was stepping then something caught her eye. "Hang on a second..." Freth leaned down and picked up a rock, dusted it off a bit. This...looked odd... "...is...this a fossil?" Freth asked. Freth looked around for a second, then back at the rock, looking rather intrigued then stashed it. If she found something, maybe it would be worthwhile later. "Come on Tyrogue...let's...see what else this place has."
As the two started to continue on, Freth started to get a feel for the electricity in the air once again. Actually, it was more than normal, which started to get her on edge. Usually meant large groups of electric Pokemon, Pokemon which were by no means kosher to her. Case in point, while alone, there was a tiny little fish hovering about the machinery. "...a Tynamo...I kind of wonder how Tristen never picked one up yet. Then again, considering he already had Galvantula treat him like a milk shake at one time, probably not the best thing to get for him." Though a solitary Tynamo like that? No...those things traveled in schools, and she doubted that this one strayed.
"Rooogue?"
"Nuh-uh...let's leave that one alone. Like the Unown earlier, things like that got a swarm mentality to make up for their solitary weakness. I'd rather not have a lightning storm fall on us...not unless you want to hear me complaining about paralysis the rest of the day."
"Rooogue."
"What is that supposed to mean?" Freth asked, irritated now.

Hoping to avoid incuring the wrath of a whole school of electric fish, Freth and Tyrogue made their way back to the waters, away from the machinery, hoping to find another path around. Though Freth had to admit if she wanted to explore this place to the fullest, she may have to just suck it up and take the risk, especially if she was to make finds like that fossil she found earlier, they found another walkway which spanned over the waters of the Flooded Reactor, making a suitable bridge. The two walked up on the bridge and started to make their way across.
As the two moved their way down the path, Freth was caught off guard as she all of a sudden heard a gush of water, only to knock over Tyrogue flat on his face. "The hell?" Freth looked over, finding a Wooper trying to be playful.
"Ty-ROOOGUE!"
"Calm down. Not much you can do to it, let's just hurry up off this walkway."
The two continued on, up until Tyrogue gets blasted again. "Ty-rogue!"
"Wooper apparently thinks its a sniper." Freth said. "You know what? Hang on." She closed her hands together, focusing a bit, then pulled them back apart, forming a watery ring between her hands. She unleashed the Water Pulse attack, having it land around the Wooper. Before the Wooper knew it, it was launched out of the water and it landed on the platform.
"There we go. Have at it, Tyrogue." Freth said. This prompted Tyrogue to give a grin and crack its knuckles.
"Woopa?" The wooper spoke up, confused as to what just happened.
"Fake Out!" Freth shouted. The Tyrogue rushed in, charging full speed and when it looked like it was going to land a powerful blow, it feinted then subsequently smacked the Wooper, leaving it reeling back as it flinched.
"Now, Rock Smash!" Freth then shouted. The Tyrogue then moved around, socking the Wooper and bashing it away from him, trying to be careful not to knock the Wooper back into the water. Otherwise as either of them figured, there would be problems to be hand.
The Wooper slinked its way back up then launched a large ball of sticky mud, pelting the Tyrogue. "Rogue!?"
"A Mud Shot. Calm down, you still got this." Freth re-assured Tyrogue. "Use Low Kick!" She then shouted. The Tyrogue forced its way out of the mud clod then charged after the Wooper, aiming low and driving its foot right into the water Pokemon. The water Pokemon tumbled a bit, but it wasn't quite done. It pushed itself back up and then fired a Water Gun, much more forcefully than what it was playing with earlier, blasting Tyrogue back.
"Hang in there, Tyrogue, you almost got it! Get in there!" The Tyrogue hopped back up and charged right in. The Wooper unleashed another Mud Shot. "It's aiming high, go low! Another Low Kick!" Freth commanded. The Tyrogue slid under the shot barely averting the sticky mud then drove its foot right back into the Wooper once again. The Wooper wasn't getting up this time.
"That's better." Freth said.
"Tyrogue."
"Kind of reminds you of a certain someone, huh?" Freth said.
"Rogue?"
"....." she sighed then started walking down the path again. "Never mind." Freth couldn't help but to roll her own eyes now.
Once the two were across, Freth took a look at their surroundings once more. "Hmm...hey Tyrogue, let's take a breather while we still got a moment. It won't do you any good if you just keep fighting.
"Ty-rogue."
"But look, you see what I have been getting at this entire time, right?"
".....rogue." Tyrogue had to reluctantly agree. It was still a awful concept to come to terms with, but he couldn't deny what it was going for.
"When we get back, you got a team to apologize to."
"TY-ROGUE!?"
"No buts."
"...rogue." It was also to mention it was one hell of a blow to pride.

As the two of them sat around for the moment, Freth decided to try again. "So...mind sharing?"
"Rogue?"
"Why you had your massive chip on your shoulder."
"...ty-rogue." The Tyrogue spoke.
"What, think I'm going to tell anyone? Well, you're probably right, I would. But for as all I know, it could probably be the reason I could get the team to lay off a bit and give a bit of sympathy, at least."
"...rrrrr."
"Tyrogue, look, you're prideful, I get that. You want to do things on your own. But as I learned at one time, you can't honestly do that all the time. And as you were showing earlier; you didn't even have the remotest clue as to how to do so yourself. Haphazardly attacking and not really giving any mind as to what your opponent is capable of. Honestly."
"Ty-rogue rooogue tyrogue!"
"Only cowards-...tch, well, only fools would jump so calliously." Freth said. The notion did not settle well with Tyrogue. "Besides, I have my doubts that you do this just because you want to show your brave. You're dancing around the issue."
Tyrogue just curled up, resting his head on his knees and looked out towards the waters. ".....hm. Alright. Suit yourself. I'll figure it out eventually. Though I do have a few ideas in mind, already." she said. "Regardless, so as long as you still hold on to your end of the deal while we are out here. Got it?"
"Rogue..." Tyrogue said as he watched another Finneon swim about in the waters nearby.
Freth checked her SNAG for a moment then stood back up. "Alright, let's see what we can find while we still got time out here." Tyrogue followed suit and started to follow Freth once more, but before they managed to make any distance, something caught Tyrogue's attention. Another Frillish made its way out of the waters and started to float about. It was blue, Freth noticed, so another male. Though she didn't think this was the one that made short work of Tyrogue earlier.
"So what do you think?" Freth asked. "Feeling confident? If this one has a Brine attack on it, this might be quite painful. You did take a couple of good hits during the last couple of fights. And considering that you need to take a least a moment to use your Foresight, that would probably be all the opening he needs."
Tyrogue remembered the last Frillish, the male one, that actually did just that. Tyrogue wanted to show that he could take these things on just as any Pokemon; at the same time, as much as Tyrogue hated to admit it, pride was getting in his way and the reason why he got beat up more often than not. Regardless if the two of them had some sort of accord and allowed Freth to give the orders, it would probably take that one screw up before Frillish had its way with Tyrogue. Really it came down to the question of if Tyrogue could trust Freth enough to guide him through it.
".....Tyrogue." Tyrogue spoke up.
"Hm?"
"Tyrogue rogue."
"So you're going to do it, huh? Alright, then, I'll help you through it." She said.
Tyrogue marched forward. "TYROGUE! ROGUE TYROGUE!" Tyrogue shouted to the Frillish, challenging the ghostly jellyfish. The Frillish got ready to battle.
"Alright Tyrogue, Foresight!" Freth shouted. The Tyrogue watched and focused intently on the Frillish, now confident that it can lay a beating on this Frillish. The Frillish immediately fired a Bubblebeam, pelting Tyrogue with the barrage. Tyrogue held its ground for the time being.
"Tyrogue! Use Rock Smash!" Freth then shouted. Tyrogue pushed himself away from the attack then started to run around, jumping up and coming down with its fist, smashing the Frillish into the ground. The Frillish looked a little stunned as to what just happened, but quickly went on the rebound, reaching up and latching onto Tyrogue.
Freth thought it was a Constrict attack, but as soon as the Frillish started to glow a emerald color, it started to occur to her. It was actually worse. "Tyrogue! It's an Absorb attack! You need to break out of that!"
"ROGUE!"
"Headbutt it!" Tyrogue struggled, then managed to get its arms free, quickly grabbed the Frillish's head then smashed heads with each other. The attack stunned the Frillish, loosening its grip with the rest of its appendages. "Rock Smash!" She then shouted. Tyrogue pushed the Frillish off of him finally, then once again drove its fist right into the face of the Frillish.
The jellyfish's head dribbled on the ground a short ways but managed to get back up. It wasn't looking too thrilled at that point. The Frillish then unfurled all its tentacles, summoning a wind which howled seemingly throughout the flooded reactor area which swept up Tyrogue and blew him away. "Ominous wind! So this thing got some power to it; that's not good." Freth said. That said, this wasn't the worst case scenario. Not yet. "Tyrogue, you still good?"
"Rogue...Rogue!" Tyrogue said, pushing itself up off the ground. He was still willing to fight, but he was losing steam now. Freth figured that something decisive needed to be done. A High Jump Kick would probably do it, but this Frillish didn't seem to be anyone's fool. Worse, Tyrogue didn't have much in the way to close any gaps on his opponents. Those wouldn't come more than likely until he evolved into one of the three evolutions he could become. "Tyrogue, hang back a second! Just stand your ground!"
"Rogue!?"
"Patience, Tyrogue!" The Frillish wasn't interested in playing a staring contest, however. The Frillish then made the attack. Freth noticed it was going really direct, appendages out, but hurting in the process as it moved about. It was probably another Absorb attack. That's what she needed. "Now, Tyrogue! High Jump Kick!" Tyrogue rushed in and met the Frillish mid way, driving its foot right into the jellyfish and driving it into the ground. Tyrogue then lept off then looked back. The Frillish was severely in pain now. Instead of continuing this fight, the Frillish ran for it, wanting nothing more of the Tyrogue.
"Well that got him." Freth said. Tyrogue could only give a sigh of relief. Well, it was fortunate that the Frillish didn't seem to have Brine. She felt that it could have done so at any time before this point. A victory all the same. Still though, that...was a lot more taxing than Freth expected for Tyrogue. "Let's take another break, make sure you're still good to go for whatever one comes our way again. Hopefully not too soon..."
"Ty-rogue..."

Freth started to check over Tyrogue for a moment, staring at him with a fair amount of concern. Hopefully the damage wasn't severe; she didn't bring a lot of medications for this endeavor. She probably should have bought more with her. Though this was kind of her fault figuring she could coax Tyrogue into listening to her sooner than needing the Hyper Potion from earlier.
As she continued to check over Tyrogue, Tyrogue was the first to notice something. A small fish that swam to the water's edge looking on at those two. Freth then eventually took notice, staring in confusion. "Well aren't you a cute looking thing..." She didn't know what that fish was, taking out her SNAG and pulling its entry up on the SNAG. "Wishiwashi..." She said. "Funny name too. Doesn't seem so bad..."
Before she knew it, another one showed up. Then another one. Then yet another one. Then a whole school came up, forming up and before she knew it, it formed what made it look like one gigantic threatening fish. While she knew that couldn't be the case, what made her go completely wide-eyed was how they were working together, and by extension charging a really powerful Water Gun, forming together by the collective. "That. Is not. RUN!" She said, snatching up Tyrogue and rushing off before the massive watery blast, rivaling perhaps some Blastoise's water cannons, laid both her and Tyrogue to waste.
Freth dashed off as fast as she could, making sure she got distance. Before she knew it, she looked back and then gave a sigh of relief, putting down Tyrogue. "...I never imagined...that such a thing could actually happen." Freth said, staring at Tyrogue.
"Ty-Rogue."
Before they knew it, the two of them heard a familiar laugh. A pink Frillish from the waters was laughing at them. "That's...the female Frillish from earlier, isn't it?"
"Rrrrr."
"I got this one." Freth said, firing a couple of Ice Beam shots, making the Frillish panic and dive back under water. "Yea, not taking any of that crap. That Wishiwashi thing was a legit threat."
"Rogue." Tyrogue said, looking up at Freth in confusion.
"What? It was. Did you see what it did with that Water Gun. That thing could have leveled even ME. Nuh-uh. Not even going to try fighting that unless its with one of my tougher Pokemon."
"Tyrogue!" Tyrogue spoke up, offended it seemed like.
"Not yet you're not. It's why we're out here. Well, one of the reasons."

"I think the coast is clear now. Let me finish looking you over." Freth said, taking Tyrogue away from the waters again, then started to give Tyrogue a look over. "Take a breather while you are at it. More time you got to recover, better for you for your next battle." She said.
Occasionally she looked over her shoulder, making sure she wasn't going to get an unexpected surprise out of something like a Wishiwashi. At one moment though, during one of her period checks over the shoulder, she took notice to a different kind of jellyfish this time...something more closer to home. "A Tentacool...but those things aren't really going to come out of the water like Frillish are...probably just as well."
"Ty-rogue?"
"Yea, like the Finneon." She said. "Wish I could say the same about those Wishiwashi though...god, that face they made looked like the stuff of nightmares."
Wren wasn't making it very far between encounters by now, having climbed up a few floors in the building by now. This time, however, he found himself faced with a peculiar rodent. "Why do you look like the president?!" He demanded of the rodent. The Unovan "leader" was most certainly infamous for a terrible combover and mouthful of gnashing teeth that spoke mostly gibberish but why did this Pokemon look like his doppleganger?
"Goos!" The Yungoos squeaked as Wren looked at it. "Goos goos yungoos!" Looking at the Combee flying around Wren's head, it barked at her and lunged with teeth glowing white, aiming to use Hyper Fang to feast on the insect.
"Swift!" Wren called as he jumped away from Yungoos' lunge. "I am not food!" He told the Loitering Pokemon as Anemone shot a few beams of energy at it in the form of stars.
Yungoos bit down on the first one and shattered it through sheer bite force. "Holy..." It was clear this thing was dangerous if it got it's mouth on you.
"Goos!" It exclaimed as it spit the remnants of the Swift back at the remaining beams coming at it. Following after the pseudo attack, it attempted to lunge once more and use Crunch on Anemone, a large set of teeth forged from darkness appearing in front of it as it did.
"Air Cutter!" Wren called out, watching as Anemone flew up into the air to avoid Yungoos' attack without even needing his direction. This Pokemon seemed far too dependent on it's teeth for battle already. The bladed air flying at it wasn't going to be enough to stop it, though. Not yet.
Yungoos' tail glowed silver as it used Iron Tail and flung the appendange over it's head from behind to block the incoming wind blades.
"Bug Buzz!" Wren directed, already formulating a plan to escape from this rodent. As Anemone initiated her buzzing blast, Yungoos unleashed a loud shriek of it's own via Round.
Trying his best to not let his eardrums explode from the sounds mingling together, Wren sent a small flurry of flower petals from his artifact to confound Yungoos and, the moment it was distracted, he used Brambleguard to pin it down. The vicious rodent just kept thrashing around, gnashing at the empty air like a starved man at a banquet.
"Ew... I don't think we should stick around here... That thing looks like it wants to eat us both..." Wren decided aloud, taking a step away when something caught his eye. Once Ungoos was incapacitated, at least temporarily, Anemone had started after him when she had been distracted by something. He couldn't tell what it was at first but, when it became apparent that she was chewing something, he started looking around somewhat frantically, fearing that she had gotten into something poisonous in here. All he found, however, was a candy wrapper that appeared to have been opened only just recently. Picking it up and looking at it, he could faintly read the words "Rare Candy" and just below it "Now Sugar Free!".
"Is this what you're eating?" He asked his Tiny Bee Pokemon. Anemone nodded as she chewed up the candy and swallowed it. "Never heard of a sugar free Rare Candy before but... I guess it can't really hurt you?" He finally acquiesced, the sounds of Yungoos' thrashing and snarling nearby reminding him that they were supposed to be escaping.
