Yes, even if you make a mistake you can roll it again correctly. It should be fine as long as you don't delete any posts even if you did make a mistake, otherwise that could disqualify you from partaking in the event. Also, just a note for future reference, because your Groudon is technically still an egg currently, I don't think it counts as a potential candidate when rolling for Pokerus. Not that it really matters at this point since you rolled Aipom anyways, but just something to keep in mind.
Edit: I realized that the rules of the egg event state that you don't have to claim the eggs as eggs, so disregard that last part. Sorry for any confusion!
