The first week of classes had been a success, especially that first day. There was still one memory of that day that burned brighter than any of the others. One that still made his heart race. He found himself thinking back on it more often than he would like to admit. Every time the scene crept make into his mind he couldn't help the smile that followed suit. That big, cheesy grin that always got him caught. It truly made his heart happy and would always and forever be one of his most cherished moments between them, despite the chaos that broke out afterwards. What with the zap Eli gave himself and the incident with the little owl faunus that had followed. Eli hadn't seen what had happened, but with the help of Cali he had managed to drag himself off his butt to peer over the plethora of of desks and view the gruesome tragedy laid out before them. For a moment all that followed was was a heavy silence and a penetrating chill was quick to follow. It seemed to weigh on his very heart, looking at her battered form lying in a puddle of red. It was a horrific sight. All he could do was wrap his arms around Cali's shivering form and do his best to comfort her while stuck in a wide-eyed stare. It wasn't until another boy stepped forward and healed her that he realized the cold had been caused by a semblance and not simply the biting edge of such a horrible situation.

The boy that healed the feathered girl had to be rushed to the nurse's office due his depleted aura. There were a couple others that had to seek out medical attention, and their peers and teammates that followed to be sure they got the treatment they needed, to be sure all was well. Cali had suggested he check in with the nurse, just in case. She didn't like his answer, but he knew she had much more important matters at hand. Other than some singed arm hair, he was okay. All he really wanted was a nap, just as he had promised Cali. It was something she couldn't have really argued, even if she had wanted too. After all, they were both exhausted from such a draining lesson and he knew Cali was a little shaken from what they had seen. He knew a long nap would do them both well, and that it did. Sleeping in each other's always left them feeling better. It was the only time they didn't have to worry about their extended moments of contact putting Eli in a hospital... again. Even though Cali couldn't be awake for it, he knew she loved it just the same. He himself took full advantage of it, often staying awake long after she had fallen asleep to just gold her. To watch the steady rise and fall of her chest, to take in her sent, to listen to the gentle whisper of her breath sounding in sync with the steady thrum of her heart. That was the bliss that he fell asleep to.

The next day they had other things to worry about. There was the matters of informing Professor Schuer of Cali's success and the strange way they had proven such things. The went back to her office, knowing the revealing of such an initiate truth would be better down in private. It was a bit of an awkward conversation and seeing as Kail was blind, it did require the help of her aid, Yui. The signs of Cali's decay were written all over Eli's body, both in the form of scars and new rashes and rough patches, the occasional scab. Even his cheek held the faintest of discoloration from the way her fingers had caressed it. The only place that remained untouched was his lips. Chapped, but by nothing more than natural causes. It showed just how careless Eli could be, at least when it came to this. Though, it wasn't so much that he was careless, but rather that he just didn't care. Being near Cali was far more important than the integrity of his skin. In the end, the received a small lecture for their PDA, but Cali was given credit for her assignment. That's what really mattered.

The excitement didn't end there. Just the day prior they had received their team assignment. While Eli was excited, Cali was nervous. They had mostly stuck to themselves during their first few weeks at Beacon and they didn't have that choice anymore. He knew she had known it was coming, but he also knew that nothing could truly prepare her for it. The fear of judgement was too much for her. There were too many dark thoughts and memories clouding her mind, but Eli would be there, holding her hand every step of the way, like always. Gloved fingers entangled together, he tugged her along to the cafeteria. He had already sent a message to the other two members of his team, requesting that they meet them there. It was time for breakfast anyway. He figured they could share a a meal together before finding some sort of adventure to occupy themselves with for the weekend. Reaching out with his freehand, he handed her a tray before taking one for himself. Making his way through the line, he glanced down at her with those electric hues of his. "Don't fret too much, Cali. I'm sure they will love you. There's no reason not to." He assured the small girl at his side, giving her hand a gentle squeeze. "If they're mean, I'll just zap them. Remember?" He teased, winking at her and flashing her a wide smirk. That was Eli for you, always there to squash out the bullies. He might sound like he was joking, but he would not hesitate to take down anyone who harmed her in anyway.

                                                          out. of. control.

XXX ... All in all, the first week hasn't been nearly as terrible as Cali had anticipated for herself. In fact, the classes went off without a hitch. Even though she was an anxious mess for every moment of transitioning, she would keep by Eli's side as his attachment and eventually find comfort in every class that they had gone to. ... It usually came with them distancing themselves and getting settled in their own business, though. Hey, whatever worked. Right? ... Though, the thing that made it all worth it was still that very first day. Their lesson in the aura class, where she had overcome the impossible with Eli right by her side. He was there, just as he had always been... That's what led up to their moment. The pride, the joy, the overwhelming sense of accomplishment, and the love that seemed radiate so brightly from the medley of emotions. It all resonated together for a most heartwarming moment that the two would surely remember in fondness for the rest of their lives, no matter how long or short they were. In some way, it felt that it was the first day of her life once again. Just as the day they met, it was a step towards something new and far more amazing.

It was only unfortunate that such an amazing moment could follow with such a tragic circumstance. Everything had happened so fast. First with a flash, and her beloved electrocuting himself in a powerful zap. She had never seen it happened before, and she was ready to touch a well live electrical wire to make sure he was okay. Fortunately, it hadn't come to that, but the series of unfortunate events seemed to follow in suit. Even if Cali had issues trusting people, that didn't mean she couldn't worry about them. She was quite empathetic, actually, and was left in horror at the gruesome events that unfolded with the poor owl girl. Whether it was her trembling from the cold, or merely the sight of a wound that could have most certainly been fatal. Whatever it was, Eli's comfort was something she couldn't do without. As he wrapped his arms around her, she would tear her wide eyes from the horrors below and bury herself against his chest. It was nothing she hadn't seen before, it wasn't anything she hadn't experienced... Seeing someone else though, it sent shivers down her spine.

The class came to an end, and a multitude of students seemed to have gotten hurt or exhausted during their session. ... Maybe it wasn't just Cali's semblance that could hurt others, after witnessing what a medley of semblances could do. ... Eli's as well. She was used to it hurting her, but never him. The first thought that came to her mind was to have him get checked on by the nurse, just like everyone else. The electrocution was never fun, she knew that from personal experience... Yet, just like when he did it to her, he seemed to just shrug it off like it wasn't a big deal. ... Maybe he was right, after all, she had done the same thing. While she was reluctant and displeased with his answer... She couldn't be mad, no way. What he instead wanted to do was a nap, and she had been longing for that from the moment they woke up. Melatonin wasn't even necessary this time around. The class had been so exciting, so traumatic and eventful that the two of them were beyond exhausted. By the time they made it to their dorm, and to the bed they often shared... Cali would curl up against Eli, as she was always the little spoon in their naps and slumber. As a tradition, unless they were both wearing a layer of pajamas, there would instead be a thin sheet between them. Why? Because it was a small hindrance that would certainly decay by the time she fell asleep so that she could rest against his natural warmth unhindered and unharming. Her eyes would lazily travel to meet Eli's as she turned her head towards him, a soft but tired smile on her lips. All she wanted to see was those beautiful electric hues and his charming smile... That would be her sleep aid. As she settled in place, her face would begin to nuzzle against his chest softly with her ear placed so perfectly over his heart. Tu-tum. Tu-tum. Tu-tum. The rhythmic beat would resonate softly on tired ears, and her breath would soften in a matter of moments. The sound that she cherished most of all, only behind his voice, was mixed with the warm and comforting embrace of his arms... All while his chest would softly rise and fall. Every moment was bliss. Consciousness began to slip as she nestled her face once last time against him, her lips softly pressed against his chest in the adjustment as muffled words came out. "Goodnight... my.. itsy.. bitsy... spider..." That was that.

Everything went well after that, and Cali hadn't drawn too much attention to herself. ... Well, at least for her semblance. In the past, it was the first thing that would paint a target on her back for fear and ridicule. That's just how it was. Not here, though. No, in actuality, the only thing that brought unwanted attention to the girl was the fact that she had already run out of school uniforms to wear over her shame. So now, unless they were in their own time, she could only wear the skinsuit that made her quite literally feel like she was streaking. So many gazes were thrown her way that either admired in envy or hazed with lust. ... At least, that's what it felt like. In actuality, that was just Eli getting in her head before. Something he had meant to be a positive ended up causing her to think the opposite. When in fact, many of the looks were simply wondering why a student was wearing something that stood out so much from the rest. The colors didn't even match the school uniforms!

Though, the embarrassment didn't end with her assigned fashion choice. There was still the matter of explaining to Professor Schuer that while Eli had been able to physically display pushing him past his normal limits, they had to do a very careful process of explaining to her how Cali had passed. The chair she was supposed to stop from breaking didn't, unfortunately... It was all due to being whisked away in the passion of a most cherishable moment, and... Well, that's what needed to be explained. What made matters worse was that Yui had to be there was well, because otherwise, she wouldn't be able to see the damage Cali had done! It was a very visual process unless the teacher wanted to get handsy with Eli's muscles to feel the scars and rashes. Fortunately, with Yui, they could cut that all out. The pestilence had truly been a savage beast to conquer, and it seemed to surprise the doll who tried her best to show no emotion. However, what this did show was... There was hope. Even if it wasn't the chair, the one thing that hadn't been tarnished by her touch was his smile, his lips. ... Such information didn't come without its consequences, and fortunately enough it was just a lecture about getting too affectionate in public... Which, normally, was held behind the boundary of her semblance. So, unfortunately, they were able to comply quite easily... After all, her semblance wouldn't allow such a moment again any time soon. Bonus, she got credit. That was pretty neat.

Where there was excitement radiating from her partner, Cali had become once again an anxious mess as this day was a day that she had loathed the coming of. It was the meeting of her team. The two had managed to very carefully avoid any extensive interaction with anyone aside from their professor and her assistant. Both were wonderful individuals, and she truly didn't regret meeting them. It was just that... The act of meeting people was the worst part for her. She didn't know what they'd be like, she didn't know what they'd think of her. All growing up, as Eli was quite familiar with, the two had been bullied and judged without ever getting to know them. Her more so, and it was what truly ruined any form of excitement she could experience meeting anyone. The thoughts had thundered in her mind as the worst of storms, only to occasionally meet the eye whenever Eli had squeezed her hand. That was and continued to be her anchor to her stressed reality. Fingers so neatly intertwined, she would be effortlessly tugged and pulled through the cafeteria as they went to receive their food. Aside from her clouded thoughts, her mind had solely been focused on following Eli's every step. When a tray was handed to her, she would look up with a small smile. "T-thank you..." She whispered softly, clutching the tray tightly in her gloved fingers he began to tug the two of them through the line to begin selecting food. ... [Insert maybe delicious maybe gross food here that I don't really know?] Eli had been trying to pep talk her the entire time, to find a way to ease her out of such a stage of anxiety for meeting theirs knew team. Though, it was always met with deaf ears. "I mean..." Cali couldn't quite find a way to voice her objection to him. There was plenty to not love about her, after all... She was a living ball of anxiety that eventually destroyed everything she touched. What else was there not to love? ... Not that she could voice it. It was too painfully obvious, and she knew he wouldn't have it. It was the squeeze of her hand that reminded her to breathe again. It was always a matter of stress, and she'd just shut down. A soft sigh escaped her lips, before returning his wink and gaze with an uneasy smile. Though, a hint of playfulness. "I mean... Just remember to not zap yourself, okay? .. How can my prince protect me if he's stiff on the ground." It was a friendly poke back to what happened in the aura class, and would always act as some fuel for the flame now. He had always been so perfect and dazzling with his semblance, it made it all the more outstanding to now have some ammo against his charm. The two had continued through the line, getting bits and pieces of what seemed to be surprisingly outstanding food. By the end though, Cali's own tray seemed to be getting a bit heavy to hold with her single hand. It had begun to wobble in her grasp, and it was quite clear that she was straining to try and keep it all from crashing down. ... That's when she'd wonder. "Do-do we even know w-what they look like...? How.. How are we going to find them?" She unfortunately didn't have quite the same leisure of messaging with a scroll, her semblance would never allow such a thing. .. So, Eli had always been talking for two. ... When were they suppose to meet them, though? The members of... "... What was out name..?" .. She couldn't remember if she had been told or not. Maybe they hadn't even found out, though she had heard some interesting names in passing. Like SCAM and OHKY. They were so silly.

As the finished their way through the line, trays filled with a variety of different foods, he noticed her wobbly grip on her own tray. She didn't have nest the upper body strength as he did. Chuckling softly he gave her hand a last gentle squeeze before untangling his fingers from hers and reaching out to take her tray from her. Efore there could be a catastrophe. As if today wasn't going to be hard enough for her, he didn't need her spilling her long tray and dealing with the embarrassment of that on top of everything else. Where she struggled under the weight, Eli carried them both with ease. "This must be the real reason you keep me around, huh?" He teased, raising a dark brow at her as they walked across the cafeteria. "You just like me for my muscles." He continued, sending a playful smirk her way. He knew that was far from the truth. The feelings the two shared went far beyond that of words. Their connection ran to their very core, never one without the other.

At her light joke referring back to his little fumble back in aura class, he let out a soft laugh. It wasn't after that she found suitable ammo against him, she she was milking this for all it was worth. Not that Eli really minded, it was all worth it when he saw the smile on her lips, the light twinkle in thos sandy hues. What an adorable expression that it was. "Right, right... you asked for a valiant prince, not Dr. Frankenstein." He shot back, that sly smirk of his never leaving his lips. "I'll do my best to keep it in check. Wouldn't want such a fair maiden as you left to fight her own battles." It seemed nothing could hold the boy down for long. Just when she thought she was about to come out on top with a winning remark, he shot one right back at her, that signature grin of his sure to follow. It was a co start back and forth with them the light-heartedteasing, the playful banter. It was a game Eli cherished but he also didn'tplan to lose. The unfair advantage was that Cali was much easier to fluster than he was.

Finding an empty table, he set both of their trays down and waited for her. The metal stool would last longer against her semblance than other materials, but Eli had come prepared all the same. Pulling out a small cushion from the shell he always carried over his shoulder, he placed it down on her seat before she could sit. It would provide s bit of a buffer, even if it was slight. He didn'tneed it to last, he just needed it to help get her through this meal and the first meeting with their team. The boy didn't hesitste to dig into his breakfast. Mouth full of toast he dug through his bag in response to his question, pulling out his scroll and setting it on the table between them so that she could see it without touching it. The fragile dive was sure to crumble beneath her touch. He opened a message that included two faces paired with two names. "Yennefer Oxheart and Nox De Luca." He read allowed once he had chewed and swallowed. "Together we'll make Team Deco."

                                                          out. of. control.

XXXWell... That didn't go according to plan in the slightest. Cali had tried so valiantly to maintain the balance in her tray, which wobbled so recklessly and threatened to knock the precious contents it contained to the floor. The only reason she tried so hard to do it as she was now is simply... Well, she didn't want to let go of his hand. This poor girl was just so stubborn and felt that her lifeline connected to Eli was far more important than the sanctity that was her food. Disappointment and a smidge of embarrassment would pang her heart as he squeezed her hand one last time, for she knew what it meant. Despite all of her efforts, she just couldn't do it, and Eli knew it. It was almost painful, feeling his fingers untwine from hers so that he could do what he did best and be her hero. It was a brilliant display of strength, something that she could never dream to match on her own. "Oh absolutely~ Your height, too. Or else I'd never be able to find shade." It wasn't her best effort in retaliation, but she was always satisfied with anything she could manage to throw back in his field. After all... He had been the master of it all, and she was still learning to fight back his outstanding skill in the way of a tease. She was but a young padawan still. "Besides... you wouldn't have those without me, who else would let you carry their trays and bags for them? I'm doing you a service, Eli. A service." No, no... It was true, she needed him. But not for anything so trivial. Their want and their need for one another was far bigger than anything they could do physically. It was a piece of them that connected right down to their very core. A connection that though unseen, was just as necessary as oxygen was. If one of them were to go away, the other would certainly be left empty, and follow soon behind.

Cali was still radiating in confidence by the poke she could make about his semblance. Proud and really felt she could use it. Too bad it was quickly derailed by the master of the tease himself, who oh so naturally debunked her own and came back far stronger than before. His remark... It held so much power, it was something that left her struggling to hang on.. To find something to come back with. She knew it was coming... A turn in her direction, with that grin that always followed with his tease. In anticipation, she would lean on her tiptoes while holding her hand up with her finger outstretched, just waiting. " A fair maiden you say? Well, I'd hate to burst your bubble, but Dr. Frankenstein was here not long ago... He left his creation behind. I wouldn't be so worried about protecting the maiden, but protecting yourself from his monster." At least, following their remarks and the turn of his head for his signature grin... He instead would be met with a boop from Frankenstein's monster, a most tragic end. Her own grin would curl on her lips in delight at the outcome, overly excited that she managed such a tactical boop on him

Moving away from the line, it didn't take the two too terribly long to find an empty table. Perhaps it was just that time of the morning, where students either weren't up yet, or had already passed through and done their business. Not that it bothered Cali. In fact, it was quite the opposite. The less she had to bump into others, especially in her custom uniform, the better it was for her mentality. Too many people made the day far too exhausting for her, just as it had done the other day. Socializing... It just wasn't one of her strengths. Her strengths consisted of getting stressed, anxious, afraid, and becoming a blubbering mess whenever Eli picked on her too much. That was it, that was all there was to her. Socializing wasn't on that list, it only made one of those options worse. Cali was ready to eat herself and went to sit down. For a moment though, Eli had stopped her in her tracks before he could slip on an adorable cushion that was meant to act as a seat. "Eli... You shouldn't have.." Cali knew exactly what the method behind the madness was. While of course, an initial thought would be: "Oh how sweet, he wanted her to sit comfortably." It was much more than that. Sitting comfortably was just an added bonus. The true benefit of placing the pillow there was to prolong how long she could sit in that seat before she landed on her rear, just as she almost did in the aura class. A soft smile curled upon her lips as she gently placed her blue rump on the cushion, settling contently before looking up at him. "My butt thanks you. It's pretty comfy, and it doesn't want to be on the floor any time soon." Oh such a smile was adorable, truly appreciating every effort that Eli had always put forth for her ... She just only wished she could try to do the same for him.

Now that she was seated comfortably next to Eli, she'd begin to gaze down at her food... Wondering just where exactly she should start. Carefully, she began to poke at a few things here and there with her fork... Bacon, hash browns, toast... Oh, it was all so tasty looking. Though there was one thing, in particular, she was interested in eating. The hard-boiled egg. Placing her fork down, she'd lift the egg up with her gloved finger, only to realize that it still had its shell on. "... Hmm..." She pondered softly, trying to think of the best way to try and get the eggshell off without taking her gloves off. ... A few times, she tapped the egg against her tray to crack it, but her fingertips just couldn't work their ways under the shell. As desperately as she tried, the shell just wouldn't give. So, what else could she do? Pondering for a moment, she got an idea, though it was a weird one. Her eyes would shift over to Eli for a moment, noting that he was much too distracted stuffing toast in his mouth to look directly at her. So... With him distracted, she'd slowly raise the shelled egg up to her cheek and lightly tap it against her skin. Why? Well, to let her pestilence eat away at the shell. Sure, she could have done it to her arm or something, but... Well, she wasn't quite use to the suit NOT stopping her aura, so she didn't exactly think that way. No, instead, she held this shelled hardboiled egg up to her cheek for a few moments, while slowly rotating it as she moved. It didn't take long since she wasn't trying to decay the egg as a whole. As moments passed, she eventually felt the wet inside of the egg against her skin instead of the shell. That was her moment. Pulling the egg from her cheek, she'd go to hesitantly bite into it. Minus a piece here and there, her plan had worked remarkably well. The shell had crumbled off of it, leaving a tasty egg for her to enjoy. She just hoped that Eli hadn't watched it all, or else... Well, she thought she had ammo, but she knew he wouldn't let it go. Both to tease her, and to have yet 'another good thing about your semblance' moment! No no, maybe they could just avoid that...

While she was satisfied with her work, and began to chew on her egg happily, she'd notice Eli flipping through his scroll for a moment. Once he got to a list of icons that he was looking for, the wondrous device would be set on the table between the two. On the screen, she saw two images of other women that had been assigned to their team. On one of them, she could clearly see the ears of a rabbit that indicated she was a faunus, just as Eli was. Just of different natures. Both of the names were certainly unique, not ones that would be heard in every day passing. ... Though, once he had finished chewing and swallowing, something hit her much harder than it should of. The name of the team. Hearing the name, she stopped chewing on her egg and placed the remainder on the table. "Team... DECO...?" In that moment, she lost her appetite altogether. Something she had known about the academy is that most of the team names generally had some sort of meaning behind the word. Whether it was a color, an action... Or something silly, like OHKY or SCAM. They more often or not had meant something, and... For several moments, she tried to mull over what DECO could have meant. For the life of her, she couldn't think of any shortened words that it could have meant.. So... The next thought was that it was the start of a word. And... What word had deco in front of it, and hit way to close to home? That's right. "... Team.. Decompose...?" Any happiness or inkling of excitement she may have had for the day was instantly gone when her mind jumped to its first conclusion. It was certainly sensible, and an unfortunate shot at the girl, even if it wasn't actually the team name. It was settling in, and she would begin to curl up against the table, resting her head next to her try while her gloved hands tried to cover her head. She couldn't believe it.... How could that happen. That name, of all things, just happen to be an option for them? Why?

__They rate me at (4) Level 0. ______My aura is.. inactive, and my semblance is.. down.
______I fight with team DECO. ________My status is.. hungry
___I am at.. Beacon Cafeteria_______Currently I'm in the company of.. Yennefer, Calista, and Eli

___ ”Nothing so dark actually. A vibrant purple actually. Not that the name has anything to do with a color per say, but it makes a good choice to brighten up a room. DECO actually stands for Décoratif, for we are a decoration for this world. Or something like that.” The voice that jumped in was firm, confident, and a little commanding but not particularly loud. It carried fine despite that. Following the sound up from the table where the scroll displayed a pair of portraits along with relevant naming information the pair at the table would find themselves looking at the real life counterpart to the the dark haired girl in the picture. On the real thing the scales along her jaw and cheeks were much more noticeable than they were in the picture the scroll displayed. She had just walked up after her own breakfast of choice had been picked out to over hear Eli mention them and what Calista said. She set the tray onto table before she sat down.

___ The tray she brought was dominated by a large plate. The right side covered by a pile of bacon that must of measured at least six inches tall. The mound of meat didn't end there though. The edges of the bacon hill were covered with sausage links which encircled the it like a palisade. The other side was dominated by a much shorter mound of scrambled eggs. The eggs were an unusual departure from the normal diet of the girl in question but a closer look would reveal the deceptive nature of the eggs. Mixed into them were crumbled bits of ground sausage. Doubtlessly the real reason she picked it out for her plate. The true oddity was the two slices of toast with jam on them to satisfy the lingering sweet tooth she had thanks to the boy that gave her some cake the other day. Above the small plate bearing the toast was a steaming mug of coffee. Nox sat behind her tray and pushed it towards the center of the table. Rather than eating right away she took the coffee and sipped on it for a moment. ” Since you two were looking at that introductions might not be absolutely necessary but I might as well start there. I'm Nox De Luca, and I will be serving as team DECO's team leader.”

___ She studied the pair of them from over the rim of her mug as she took another sip of the hot coffee. A soft sound of contentment resonating in her throat as she enjoyed the warmth in her belly from the hot drink. She loved that warm feeling. Well She liked heat in general but hot beverages were second only to sprawling out on a nice hot rock and relaxing in the sun. ”You two seem to be rather close. I suppose that means it is a given that you two should be partners and my partner will be Yennefer. We actually met by coincidence yesterday at lunch so we already are at least a little familiar with each other. More so than you two are with me at least. As for Yennefer herself she should be getting here in a moment.” Nox set her mug of coffee down on her tray and pointed in the general direction of the food line when she said that Yennefer was on her way. Even if the others looked for her Nox wasn't sure they would see her. That picture on the scroll didn't reveal how small the other girl was. With all the students over there and the filling tables between here and there it would be a matter of luck to actually see her before she got much closer.

Late as usual it would appear. Yenna had managed to be let two days in a row for the most important date in her schooling history! She moved along towards the cafeteria while wondering just how her new team mates would be? She had met one of them from the previous day, the black haired girl who was known as Nox. Not very talkative but thankfully she would fill in where talking was needed. With a mighty kick of her combat heels, the small rabbit faunus announced her entrance to the world of the cafeteria. Making a dramatic pose, she was soon knocked onto the floor by another student coming in. Landing with a thud, the crusader dusted herself off and quickly got in line for food. A mighty warrior of light must have all three meals of the day after all! Maybe some fruity-Os as well.

Easily the most eye catching student because of her height, it probably wasn't long until her team had caught wind of her arrival. Just like yesterday, she got two helpings of eggs and bacon, a bowl of cereal and some nice OJ to crush all this down with. Being so small but also the daughter of a larger faunus had its benefits. She was a mean, lean, grim butt kicking machine! After pissing off a few people by snatching the last of the milk cartons she took her haul of breakfast goodies and hurried to find her team and wandered around for a few minutes or so while balancing her plats and bowl on the crowded tray. Nothing here nor there. There was a pretty cute looking guy there...Aha! Three girls one one tall boy!

"Good morrow, friends!" Yennefer said as she set down her tray, smiling widely at each of them. Her accent was what could be described as "harshly old timey". She spoke like some kind of knight, though if they knew her true upbringing, they wouldn't be too surprised! Or would they? Everyone always reacted so strange to her background. She managed to not spill her food all over the table this time and would gaze upon the three students who were to be her allies. "It is a wonderful morning to meet you all. As you know by the message, I am Yenner Oxheart, but many call me Yenna. I am excited to see the capabilities of us all." Without further ado, Yenna began to go to town on her breakfast. She barely had time to chew what was stuffed into her hungering maw, pausing every so often to answer question or something as if this were normal behavior.

Eli couldn'thelo but notice the disappointment flash across her face when he wriggled his hand free of hers. It wasn'tlike he was any happier to be free of their hand handing. He enjoyed it just as much as she did and it had become such a constant thing for the pair. Especially in the hallways of Beacon where she was often so nervous and afraid. In some ways the hand holding in was a necessity, the only way he could actually get her to leave the form and follow him into the massive halls that brought her so much anxiety. In this singular case, he figured it was better to relinquish her hand then to let her dump the contents of her tray over the floor, and quite possibly herself. He didn'teven have to be worried she'd run away. It was a long walk to the dorm room all by herself. "Right, a top-shelf reaching packmile. That's what I am to you. Glad we cleared that up." He teased lightly, smirking over at the sandy-haired girl. "A service, truly. How grateful I am you let me dote in you and hone in these skills of mine." He went on on with a dramatic flourish that was so normal of Eli. Surely she wouldn'thave expected anything less.

So often the Dr. Frankensteinjokes were passed between the two of them. Some of his favorites and the spider boy was prepared, as always. He blinked, feigning surprise. He peered around her, almost as if he were looking for someone or something hidden behind her... not that her small store could really hide much, but it was all part of the joke. "A monster you say? You look much to cute and squishy to be a monster." There was one word in that sentence that should have been all the warning she needed. Whether she actually caught onto it or not, it was inevitably coming all the same. Reaching forward he placed a hand on either side of her face, squishing her cheeks gently between his palms. Smirking at her, he kept the pose in place for just a moment before letting out a soft chuckle. "See, utterly adorable." It would be worth whatever punishment he received in return, whether it come in the form of more teasing or in the mire agressive form of a punch. It wasn't an uncommon occurrence, not that it actually ever hurt. Though, it could he a detrimental thing if she really wanted to.

At first he had been to preoccupiedeith his own food to notice the egg she had brought up to her cheek. However, as the shell crumbled, falling victim to her decay, he happened to glance in her direction. He chortled, nearly snorting at the humorous sight before smirking at her. "Hey, Eli... do you think you could help me with this egg? I can't peel it with these gloves." He teased in a mocking falsetto tone. "Oh sure, Cali. I'd love too." Looking content with himself and rather pleased with his own joking, he let out a soft breath before a more serious smile touched his lips. "See, I told you your semblance good be good and useful. Just have to go about it the right way." Once again, she would have seen such a remark coming. After all, a long with his constant reassurance that she could learn to control it, he was always added to the list of how her semblance could be used for good or practical purposes.

It was soon made evident that he should have been more cautious in exactly how he informed her of their team name, but honestly it had been the last thing from his mind so it hadn'teven occurred to him that it might effect her. "Oh, Cali." He murmured softly, electric orbs softening as they fell upon her crumpled form. He reached forward, slowly stroking her back all while watching her with a very tender expression. "That's not at all what it stands for." As if right on clue another member of their team approached. Their leader no less. It was Nox that explained the true meaning of their odd little name. Grinning at the d as to haired girl for just a moment he then nudged Cali gently in the side. "See! I couldn'thave said it better myself." Hoping that would do something to cheer the fragile girl up, he returned his gaze to Nox as she continued to speak. Surely it must have been confusing as to why such a simple thing had taken such a toll on Cali, but it would all make sense in time. After all, the girl seemed to be rather perspective. After all. She picked up on their closeness in just the first few moments of meeting them. "Cali and I have been friends since were were young... we'vebeen through a lot together, so that would probably be best. I appreciate it."

There was a sudden ruckus as the cafeteria doors burst open. He couldn't quite see the cause of it through all the people, but he could see the disgruntled students shuffling and stumbling out of the way. It wasn'tlong before the commotion joined their table in the form of a tiny bunny rabbit. She had an odd pattern of speach, old sounding, but Eli kind of liked it. It was uunique.once both Nox and Yenna had introduced themselves he offered them both a friendly smile. "I'm Elias Quinn, Eli if you'd rather." He then looked to Cali, who may or may not have pulled herself out of her dopey stupor. Either way, he knew all to well her struggle with social situations, so he took the task on himself. Whether that was going to please her or embarrass her further was hard to say. "And this cute little thing beside me is Callista Kirchner... but I usually just call her Cali." He very nearly added 'or monster' to the end of it, just for some added teasing, but he knew that would have taken it a step too far. It was one thing to tease her about it when they were alone, entirely different in front of strangers.

XXXNo matter what she threw at him, he would always manage to turn it around and flourish in it all. It was truly remarkable and always brought a smile to her face. Especially seeing that own smirk of his own. It really was only Eli that such touchy jokes could be passed back and forth. Surely there was no one else who could so carelessly refer to her as a monster, and in turn, she would never reference herself to be such a thing. That was one of the many things that Eli had managed to do by weaseling into her heart. Even the most sensitive subjects could be brought to light, teased and played with without her shutting down from her own anxiety. Her head would tilt in an uncertain manner, curiosity glistening in her eye as the boy began to look for something. It was something she couldn't quite wrap her head around until his comment followed. Unable to object in time, her once excited grin would falter. She could see it coming, some sort of despicable plan that once she caught the gist of the situation, it was far too late. Her mouth hung open, words at the tip of her tongue before feeling both his hands ever so gently squish her cheeks together. Lips puckered, she froze in place. She just couldn't believe it, the humiliation. At the first sign of freedom, Cali's head would snap quickly towards his right hand. With an open jaw, she'd fasten to n** on the side of his hand, tugging and pulling with a faint growl that matched her flustered expression so well. She did so for only a moment, before releasing and flashing her canines. "I'm not adorable, I'm terror in human form!" Surely her bite wouldn't have actually hurt. The n** was more playful, and with the gloves in the mix... It couldn't have been more than a minor inconvenience.

It honestly worked way better than she could have ever imagined. Sure, there were still a few tiny bits of shell here and there. Yet she rotated it with such perfect consistency against her semblance that it had mostly been an even peel. Better yet, it retained most of its' shape so barely any of the actual egg was lost. All in all, it was pretty simple victory, but a victory nonetheless. ... Such a victory, unfortunately, was noticed by the man she knew would bring it to light. It began with that voice, oh that wretched voice... It was always used to taunt and tease her, that raised pitch to horribly mock her own feminine voice. Pale cheeks lit up with a rosy tint, embarrassment quickly taking hold before annoyance with such a mock. A scowl would instantly cross her lips hearing such a tone, and she'd glare daggers in his direction. "S-shut up..! Y-you were b-b-busy and I was t-trying n-n-new!" The embarrassment was excruciating, just because she blew it so far out of proportion by trying to do it secretively. Sure, she could've asked, but she didn't. Instead, she chose to do something that clearly looked on, and couldn't stand being called out... Oh how it flustered her, yet... Nothing he followed with was wrong. It was such a simple task, but it showed a factor that it could be used with so freely. Breaking something down, making it weaker... It did have its' practical uses, there was no doubt about it. As reluctant as she was, she couldn't help but agree with him. "... Be honest... How stupid did I look?" He was never above teasing her for the simplest thing, but she knew how ridiculous it must've been to watch her. ... what if anyone else saw her doing it? The girl that stroked her face with an egg? Why did she ever think it was a good idea?

How could something so simple as a name just happen to strike all the right spots to trigger her? So soon, after having such a nice morning and getting settled into things. It already felt like it was crumbling around her. Hues growing dull an empty, her mind falling silent as she entered her own trance of self-pity. It was silly, really, to get so upset over something so trivial and likely untrue. Yet, it still happened, nonetheless. Even Eli's words fell on deaf ears. It just... Wasn't really fair, drowning in such a negative mindset. That's how the world built her up to be, and Eli was working his damn best to try and change it. Suddenly, a new voice chimed in. One that had managed to break her from her trance for but a moment and that moment was just enough to let an explanation slip through. Her mind really had jumped to such a terrible conclusion, when it was quite the opposite. The meaning of the team in actuality was quite beautiful, and her own negative mentality had tried to tear it down. "...Déco..ratif..." Her words were so quiet, hushed even. Even Eli gave her a nudge, knowing his own presence always helped her calm her thoughts and think more rationally. That grin... Always had some way of making things better. That's when she saw the woman who spoke, setting her own monstrous tray of food down in front of them. To Cali, the presence was startling. Without missing a beat, she would shift her weight to instinctly sit closer to Eli, being little over an inch apart so that she could find security in his presence. As came naturally to the anxious, fearful girl.

Once she retreated to her safe place, she would take a moment to notice the distinct details of the girl who was now sitting across from them. She was an identical match to one of the two portraits on Eli's phone. It appeared that their teammate had found them so easily. Something to note though was the details that the picture didn't quite share the same, and that was the details of scales along her jawline. 'So she's a faunus too... A reptile?" That would make the second reptilian faunus she's met in the past week. The first of course being the professor that gave her a chance to even keep attending the academy, with her ... rather revealing jumpsuit. It was unique all the same because most faunus that she encountered were mammals of some sort. In the medley of comments exchanged by her and Eli, Cali's eyes would dart back and forth between them. To her own relief, it had already been decided that Eli and herself would be partners within the team. "I-I do as w-well..." True to Cali's naturally quiet nature, her stuttered mess held nothing compared to how Eli rolled with it all. Nox De Luca... The leader of team DECO. She was very straightforward and very perceptive of the situation around her. There didn't seem to be the slightest hint of hesitation in the manner she spoke and quickly dissolved whatever matter was plaguing her teammate. ... So this woman would be the one leading them. While the very concept of having to interact with others was well outside her realm of comfort, she at least seemed to be a capable candidate. So now... Who was their other teammate?

That was the cue for the disturbance in the cafeteria, something that Cali would ignore with every fiber of her being. That was how she went about life, ignoring what didn't concern her and only focusing on what mattered: Eli and herself. The girl had tried so hard to ignore it, in fact, her gaze was rather intently focused on her own food. It was a shame her appetite had been lost, she had barely begun to scratch the surface of it. ... To her own dismay, it seemed that the ruckus was making its way closer to them, closer to her. Normally, if she just fine-tuned the situation, she could make it right on by without a hitch. With Eli by her side, it always came easier. This time, however, that wouldn't be the case. The disturbance was upon them. Another tray was set down so firmly, while a harsh but unique accent announced their presence. Unable to ignore it any longer, Cali's fixed gaze would break and shift to the rabbit faunus that had caused such an uproar. ... In retrospect, she was tiny and absolutely adorable. What even was this madness? Could this child really be a student? Though adorable she was, she was indefinitely louder than their team leader. ... "I... uh..." Such volume would cause Cali to shrink even further, a harsh gulp getting stuck in her throat. Now there were two, and she wasn't quite sure how to handle it. So, naturally, she would flee to Eli for aid. In her panic, her own gloved hand would reach under the table to shakingly tap at his side. It was something she often did in classes at Signal, a series of frantic taps would clearly indicate that she needed support... A hand, both metaphorically and quite literally. Something to help ground her to reality.

While she hoped to get a response from her SOS, it really wasn't as bad as it seemed. Though loud and unusual, the rabbit faunus seemed well in her intentions and her introduction. In turn, Eli would begin his own. It was all happening so fast, and she couldn't quite keep up. He would certainly see the distress in her expression when looking her way, taking the cue with the same stride as always to introduce her instead. Pale cheeks would once again brighten with a reddish hue, an expression shifting from anxious to embarrassment before burying her face into his shoulder to hide her own. "S-s-s-toooop..." He was far too sweet, but often used it against her to bring out a series of emotions that always complicated the situation. With her face still buried against his shoulder, her next words would come out muffled. "D-do you just like w-watching me suffer...?" Suffering was a strong word, but it was the only thing she could think to describe how she was feeling. Flustered from embarrassment, while anxious from both first impressions and socializing as a whole. Cali took a moment to get her bearings against him, eyes darting towards Nox then Yenna before reluctantly pulling her face from Eli's frame. Her cheeks were still reddened with embarrassment, but she managed to at least look them in the eyes. At least, for a moment. "I-It's a p..pleasure.. To m-meet the both of you.." By no means was Cali intentionally this reluctant to talk. It was just the anxiety speaking, and in turn, Eli usually spoke for her. While it may have been better for her to remain silent, certainly easier. The girl wanted to at least attempt some form of a proper greeting, no matter how forced it was.

Nox and Yenna, the two that were meant to be their new partners for the coming years. ... They weren't allowed to be alone anymore, and that was what she truly dreaded about all of this. It had always been the two of them, and to make matters all the worse... The rest of their team were females. It had never crossed her mind, but that simple thought caused an excess feeling of dread to linger. Something that never had a chance to muster when they were on their own, but now... She couldn't have Eli to herself, could she?

Ora would kick in the doors to the Cafeteria. In her arms, she had a man clad in a suit, and on her shoulders, she had a woman with what seemed like mechanical insect arms. She would then go over to an empty table and she would place them down. The woman herself looked worse for wear, as part of her leggings were ripped and she was wearing a big bandage on her leg. Maybe they had just come from the infirmary.

She placed Jazz on one of the chairs, and Lena on another. She knew her girlfriend wasn't feeling well at all, so she would then walk off and get her Orange juice. When she came back, she would place it in front of Lena, whether she was still at the table or not. "So Cap'." She would look at Jazz in the face. "You hungry or you just want to keep talking?"

Why did she get big? Things could have worked out perfectly fine if she remained small and took off. The Faunus curled up into a ball, as much as she could, and just laid there. The nurse hadn’t done anything wrong, she wanted to tell but it made her ill. She hadn’t shared she was on a team before, nor what happened to the team. It was cause of her panic attacks and anxiety, the worry and the survivors guilt. One of the limbs would carefully bring the juice to the silent tears girl, slowly drinking some of it. Eventually she sat up, head facing down towards the floor. "Be...before this I...I was on a team. We fought in the courtyard... I tried to save them... I wasn’t..." Tears started to flow once more, Lena wanting nothing but to retreat into some deep hole where she’d be forgotten. "B...bastards killed them. I couldn’t save them because I wasn’t fast enough!" Slamming her head down and burying her face in the hoodie. "I use to see their corpses... the smell of burnt flesh... the screams of pain..."

XXX"Damn, Sis! You sure know how to make an entrance!" Felix chirped in response, edging such blunt and reckless behavior with positive reinforcement. Anything that was exciting was well in his element and always got his blood pumping. ... Now part of him wished he could kick a door in, but... It just wouldn't have the same impact, and thus... Well, he'd move on! There was so much more to do in a place he hadn't been! ... Well, he personally. Surely his sister had before since it was the cafeteria where a majority of students got their food. It was safe to assume, at least. While Ora had been trucking the rest of their team along in her arms and on her shoulders, Felix would simply waltz into the cafeteria with his arms slung around his neck. Hands firmly cupping the back of his head with his elbows poking out, he and his duster/boxer glory would step in and gage the situation. Well, get a good look at what all was happenin' in the cafe. Obviously, there were students and food, and not necessarily in that order. Felix had been half expecting more people to be here, so... It was a tad bit disappointing, the cafeteria not living up to his expectations. What were they, anyway? Maybe a food fight or something, something ridiculous and cheesy that wouldn't actually happen. Ah well~

Though, in the brief moment that Ora had stepped away to get orange juice, the amnesiac had already begun to wander off. "Or, Jazz man, keep an eye on Molly!" He shouted back, before breaking away from the team. To do what, exactly? Well, honestly, he hadn't a clue. It was that simple fact that always made his random journey's so interesting, that he never had a set destination or goal. It was all about the ride, and that's how he lived! It was that exact mentality that had always let Ora in a state of worry and panic because Felix was bound to get himself into some mess of trouble. With the duster flowing freely, prominently displaying his horrifically scarred body and stylish polka dot boxers to the world, he'd simply waltz through the center of the cafeteria. Eyes darted around for the first interesting thing that would catch his interest. And the first, of course, was a group of four just chilling at a table. Multiple plates of food, three girls and one guy. One of them was wearing a pretty flashy blue jumpsuit, all huddled up against the only male. Then two others, a shortie with cute rabbit ears, and a gal with long black hair and scalie cheeks. Now these people, they were pretty interestin'. Bringing his hands forward, he went to cup his mouth to shout --- Nothing came out though. Not because he was nervous, and not because he thought better. No no, definitely not that. He never thought better.

Actually, maybe he did this time. He heard crying... The shaken sobs of someone dear to him, only because she was dear to his sister. Looking back at the team he dared to wander away from, he saw Ora giving the girl some OJ before she finally came to enough to talk. Though not visible, the mark on his back began to radiate black aura once again as his smile faded. Turning on his heel, the boy felt that it might be better if he stuck with some familiar faces. After all, it looked like someone was needing some serious support. It wasn't something he was best at, but... What could it hurt to try? With a fast enough pace, he was able to rejoin the team just in time to hear Lena's tale, one that... All in all, actually hit pretty close to home, with what he and Ora had been through. It didn't make it any less sad. In fact, it was the relation that made him stop and think. "Mm.. No quips this time... That's rough, honeybee. I'm sorry. Loss... It's a hard one." Felix would plop down on a stool close by, leaning his chin against his curled fist, propped against the table by his elbow. A soft sigh escaped his lips, he wasn't at all equipped to handle serious situations like this. He was a mood lightener for random downers, not the loss of life. "Ya know, it's really easy to blame yourself, and it's really easy for others to say its not your fault. Mind sharin' with me a bit more? I might be able to give ya a hand in copin'." ... It was a bit more than just a hand. Felix would stretch his arm out, first going to pat her hoodie covered shoulder, before outstretching his bare palm to her. She was there when Ora explained it, surely she'd know how his semblance worked. If she made skin contact, he'd be able to understand it all. But hey, that was only if she wanted, and if Ora permitted it as well. Maybe with a glimpse directly into her past, his eyes with hers, he could pick up on something he could use to help ease the pain of the past. After all, whether he liked it or not, he was a natural empath unlike any other.

Ora was obviously not a person who did things with grace and decorum, kicking the Cafeteria doors open as she marched on through. The scene to others would’ve looked somewhat comical, they were an odd grouping, to say the least. Felix was impressed by Ora’s brashness but managed to resist any urge to cause any extra noise to complement their entrance. Being seated was a relief to Jazz, as he wasn’t given time to grab his frame as Ora dragged him away. Suddenly he was being called ‘Cap’ a very odd nickname to be given unless she really meant it. Oh. Well, some breakfast would be nice, but I don’t see why that should mean we stop talking. I think you should sit down, I can’t imagine carrying us did anything to help your condition… Also Cap?

While Jazz went on his confused ramble Felix wandered off, telling him to keep an eye on Molly. Looking down onto his lap he realised she was already sat waiting for more. Well aren’t you well mannered. Running his hands along Molly, Jazz watched as Felix wandered off. Jazz wasn't sure why he did as his sister needed him, but he was clearly looking for something. After a while, he looked as though he was going to call over some other students, probably not the best thing to do right now.

Lena finally spoke up after being given some orange juice, it seemed Ora was perfectly capable of caring for others, just not herself. It was obvious that something had shaken Lena, she went on about the explosions, the heat, the cries, the chaos… The smell. It was all too soon for Jazz, it had only been a week between the event and now as far as he was concerned. Lena… I. I remember that attack very well. I still wake up with that.. Smell on my mind. I can’t imagine how difficult it must’ve been for you... to lose everyone like that. He looked down dejected at his hands which had formed into fists. I wish I could’ve done more, I felt so useless. Trapped under all that rubble…. The cries of everyone around me. Felix chimed in reminding Lena not to blame herself, something even Jazz was struggling with, though his comment on asking her to share more didn’t feel like the best approach right now. Felix is right. You could blame yourself forever… You weren’t the reason the explosions happened. It isn’t your fault. Ok?

Ora would walk back over to the line. She'd pile at least 20 breakfast sweets on a tray, including some of Lena's favorites. She was trying to be supportive of her girlfriend, but she didn't know how to really. It's one of those things you learn from your parents growing up, expect, Ora's childhood had been filled with nothing but pain, anger, and sadness. The one person that would try to comfort her was her brother, but with everything they went through it didn't stick.

After piling a tray high with food, she would also bring 3 small cartons of milk, and the entire thing of OJ for Lena. The milk was meant for Ora, Felix and Jazz, as Ora knew that milk would only upset her girlfriend's stomach. She would place the tray in the middle of the table. Jazz was worried that she would further hurt herself if she didn't take it easy. That was sweet of him, but if she sent Felix to do it, they probably wouldn't see him for a while. He liked to wander off.

"Thanks for your concern, Cap', but I'll be fine. I've been in worse pain than this before." She would finally relax, the pain in her leg was burning from using it too much, but she would live. "Well, our Scrolls said that Felix was now on our team, and that we would be getting a student that had been hurt in the explosion, and recently woke up. Oh, and that he was team captain as well."

Ora would then hear Lena's explanation on what had happened. "Honey, take deep breathes." She would then shove a sweet into Lena's hand. Trying to distract her from the thoughts. Ora knew how to calm herself down from memories, she had to do it all the time, otherwise, she would be a mess.

A limb waving off Felix as she kept her head on the table. "No thanks Felix... it’s not a happy memory." She looked up to Jazz as he spoke, not realizing he had just woken from the incident himself. "I’m sorry..." Placing her head back on the table, feeling an item being shoved into her hand. Her appetite wasn’t there. Ora was trying to push it away, but it wasn’t that easy. Popping her head back up she looked to everyone. Taking the few deep breaths she needed to really calm down. "I’m a Faunus. The people that attacked hated Faunus, they even kidnapped a few to kill later." Her head dropped a little. "It just hard not to think that way. Abuse and hatred comes with the territory." Nibbling on the treat she let out a sigh. Both of them were right, she couldn’t keep blaming herself. Though it didn’t help at the time but her favorite treat did help a little. "The vomiting isn’t regular, just when the smell comes back."

He never wanted to have such an empathetic nature. In fact, the longer he went without ever touching someone, the happier he always was. A ball volatile energy that never stopped. From those memories, he could see his own personality and mental health decline from every person he came in contact with. A bright and vivid smile that could clear the darkest storms, dwindling with every memory he received. Such unrestrained optimism would damper into a sour pessimistic nature, until that last person he touched... A dark force would awaken, people would disappear, and then that same cheerful smile and overwhelming optimism returned. It was a cycle that his sister had gone through time and time again, whether in the worst of situations or in the high of their life. There was no end to it, and that's what truly seemed to make the past him truly hate his empathetic nature because he'd lose himself in the process.

... Anyways, dark tales of the mind aside. He'd throw his hand up from the limb, shrugging in the process before digging another elbow into the stable and supporting both his cheeks on his closed fist. "Aight, thought I'd give it a try. Usually sharing is caring, though in this case... Maybe you not sharing is even more carin'." Yeah... Though his advances were denied, he couldn't help but appreciate the denial. Sure, he wanted to try and help. That wasn't the way it should be done though, not by hurting yourself to make the other feel better. It just wasn't the proper way to handle things. Too bad he'd probably forget that realization in about five minutes. Upon Ora's arrival, a smile would return to his lips once again at the sight of a plate full of treats. "Oh hell yeah, look at Sis bein' the MVP right here. You. Rock." Lifting from his balled fist, he'd snag the carton milk that she brought for him, as well as a couple of treats to free float in his hand. With a quite bite and swig, he'd gulp down part of a treat before washing it down with some milk. Super tasty, and it helped that the last thing he could remember eating was some spider that Molly had found while he was out cold. ... Crunchy and a bit bitter, 2.5 outta 10, maybe better with butter.

Though he was eager to gulp down the treats, the easily distracted boy would focus on the matter at hand once again. Ora explaining that Jazz was meant to be their leader, which was honestly pretty neat... "Oh hey, that's a pretty fittin' description. Looks like you're our man, Jazz Man. I dig it." Aside from Ora's own memories, Felix hadn't really gotten the chance to meet with a whole bunch of other students. ... So, the fact that Jazz, someone he was already acquainted with and thought was a pretty swell dude, was going to be on his team was a solid plus. Though it seemed that at least half their team suffered some pretty recent tragedies, and that was rough... "Mmm.. I'm real sorry you guys. I'm trying to recall it... All I can remember is carryin' some dude in a coffin. Not dead, surprisingly. Definitely roughed up though. God, why's it gotta be so cryptic in here?" By in here, he was referring to his own mind before knocking his head a bit. It hurt to do, but honestly... If you could only remember what those around you did, and nothing yourself. ... Wouldn't you do the same? It was such a mess, and Molly seemed to pick up on her masters bit of distress. The cat managed to slip between Jazz's fingertips and step onto the table, striding by while attempting to rub herself up against Lena in the transition. Finally, once she reached her own master, the wonderful feline would crawl up on his shoulders and curl around his neck to form the BEST scarf.
