Gotcha. A sense of delight bubbled within Kaya. Her spell had connected. She knew it had by the scent drifting from the small area around the dark mage. The smell of intense ozone and searing skin. “Take that, jerk.” Kaya muttered as her arm drooped and she collapsed to her knees. It was too much effort to hold herself up any longer. Her muscles burned, and her skin crawled with fire. Her extremities were leaden from fatigue. Every breath she took was haggard and shallow, as if she’d run a hundred miles without pause. Still though, she couldn’t rest. Not yet. Not when the man before them remained standing. Kaya shifted slightly so that she could better view Alyssa and gauge her response. Dulled, weary eyes stared blankly for short time before it occurred to her what she was witnessing. “Alyssa, don’t!” Kaya tried to warn her guildmate of the danger. How could she not have thought about doing so sooner? Of course, Alyssa would try to move in for an attack while their enemy was distracted. Kaya should’ve known, should’ve explained first. The burning she’d smelled wasn’t simply Aadava, it was also Alyssa from where her armor touched her bare skin. Fortunately, the S-rank processed the situation faster than most and quickly requipped into her normal attire. Good. A sigh of relief escaped her. It appeared that her guildmate wasn’t done yet either. Pausing long enough to consider the circumstances, the woman summoned her Scythe requip and unleashed a barrage of wind blades that brought the man to his knees. “Alright, Aly!” Kaya would’ve pumped her fist in the air if she had the energy to do so. If they could deliver another solid blow, then Aadava would be down for the count.
She eyed their enemy’s rapidly deteriorating stamina. If I can get ‘im with Cell Binding, then Aly can take him out with one of her Scythe spells. It could work. However, required a lot of magic. Magic power that she wasn’t quite sure she had. Not to mention that she could barely focus. Her vision blurred after her last spell and hadn’t returned to normal. The once distinctive images were reduced to hazy shapes and dull colors. Come on, Kaya. The Dragon Slayer closed her eyes in a bid to clear her vision. Almost there. Can’t give up now. Just one more good spell…that’s all ya need.“Okay,” she agreed aloud. “Just one more. Then we can go get help for Katiki. Alys—” Kaya went to reveal her plan to Alyssa when an odd sensation crept along her body. Her muscles seized painfully in place, preventing further movement and causing the words to die on her lips. Confusion registered on her face. What was happening? Peering from the corner of her eye, the teenager noted that odd purple markings had snaked around various parts of her guildmate’s body to effectively immobilize her. Chances were that, whatever was affecting her, was also affecting Kaya. What the hell?! As she struggled to comprehend, a new voice rang out across the clearing, announcing the arrival of a fifth dark mage. Another one?! How many of these bastards are there?! She couldn’t suppress the groan that escaped. They had been so close to beating them…TWICE! Now they’d have to essentially start over again, and hope that their magic held out long enough.
Meanwhile, Yuki managed to find a haven on the opposite end of the school building. He made sure that it was far enough away from the battle to prevent from being caught in the crossfire, yet it remained close enough to allow him quick access to the others should he hear their call for help. The area he happened upon was small lean-to attached to the building. Not overly large, it looked clean and secure enough to suit his needs. He could tend to Katiki as best he could while waiting for the others without the risk of exposing himself. That’ll have to do. With a decisive nod, the feline lowered himself and his charge to the concrete floor, staying mindful of her injuries as he went. Yuki positioned Katiki on her back and tried to make her as comfortable as possible. He darted off to retrieve something he spotted earlier and thought might be useful in his endeavors, returning less than a minute later with a rolled mat clasped between his tiny paws. Placing the mat under Katiki’s head, he adjusted it for maximum stability before turning his attention to her condition. Her breathing was a bit ragged but otherwise normal. There were bruises and gashes over the course of her body as well. However, it was the leg which she encased in ice that brought him the most concern. “Katiki?” The Exceed called to her in a coaxing manner. She didn’t stir. “Katiki, can you hear me? If you can, then please wake up, okay?” He really needed her to remove the ice around her leg. Despite not having much in the way of medical supplies, he stood a better chance of determining the level of damage if he could clearly see it. As distasteful as it sounded, he could sneak into the school and procure some bandages and all from there. That was assuming, of course, that the school had a nurse on staff. “Come on, Katiki…please…?” His worry for all his guildmates seeped into his speech. Yuki wanted nothing more than to see both Kaya and Alyssa come walking around the corner of the building in search of them. To hear them say that they’d won and that it was time to go. Alas, the sounds reaching his ears told him that the battle raged on. Please stay safe guys. Don’t get reckless. He pleaded for everything to turn out all right, and prayed that Kaya and Alyssa would come out on top.
Katiki groaned in pain as she felt herself being carried away by air. Her body limp, no strength left what so ever. Once she was placed down on the ground she groaned again from the pain that shot through her body. Once her head was elevated she felt a bit more comfort, blood flow was better, and her magic started to slowly come back. while she was trying to wake up she could hear someone sound like Yuki, pleading for her to wake up. Slowly her eyes opened and looked over to the little exceed and she spoke softly. "D-Did we win." she asked as tears started to stream from her face. * I can't believe I past out.. I have to go back!* she thought as she tried to sit up but fell back down due to her leg shooting pain throughout her entire body, screaming for her to lay down and rest. "DA**T!!! Body! MOVE!" she cried out tears streaming from her body. All her pent up emotions finally coming back to her. "DA**IT!!" she screamed/cried.

Their efforts to regain control seemed to be working as the new round of attacks from the requip mage and dragon slayer, backed up by the fury of seeing their friend get hurt, worked in perfect sync with each other and more or less struck successfully each time. Seeing the 'Son of Ra' brought to his knees gave Alyssa a great sense of achievement in their teamwork. Preparing to strike again, she felt a sudden tightness around her body and her arms snapped against her sides as strange markings that looked like runes wrapped around her limbs. Jumping in surprise as they moved like snakes across her skin, Alyssa lost her balance and fell. With no hands available to help break her fall, her head hit the ground, smacking against a tree root sticking out of the earth that had been turned out by the wood-make wizard whose wooden foot and tool sculptures still jutted in all directions. Her vision blurred from the force of the impact. "What the hell is all this?" she murmured to herself in confusion. Looking at the odd lettering on her skin, it reminded her of something, or more accurately of someone, "Renae?" she questioned, referring to the young S-class dark ecriture wizard who'd been reported missing to them only last night. Surely it wasn't her. Trying to focus on the world around her she could hear an unknown voice. There was someone new on the scene. Another dark wizard? Squirming to turn her head for a better look, she spotted a tall, white-haired man with a thick accent that she recognised easily, "Irish?!" she exclaimed. This dark guild seemed to have a collection of wizards from all over the globe! With the way the man spoke to the solar mage, it seemed that the two of them were familiar with each other. That wasn't good. It seemed their ideals of victory had come across yet another obstacle and he was at full power whereas herself and Kaya were running on fumes. "Oh God, Kaya!" she cried, twisting to look at the water dragon slayer. She appeared to be in the same predicament as the requip mage, bound by this scripted spell, "Kaya, are you ok?" she asked, beginning to struggle against her binds. She didn't have a requip for this. No anti-script armour or weapons that could protect against or break runes, "Damn it," she growled, starting to get out of breathe from futile fight against the spell. Looking up to glare at the newcomer, Alyssa bared her teeth, "Release me, you coward, and fight me like a man! Or is the Irishman too scared to get his butt kicked by an English girl?!" she yelled at him.

☼ ╠═════════════════════════╣☼ Aadava Bonami the Sun of Ra Dragonbane Guild ☼ ╠═════════════════════════╣☼
Aadava inhaled several deep breaths to gather himself. A scowl came across his face when he saw that dark runes binding the Fairy Tail Wizards. He recognized the writing and the spell. His fist tightened knowing that a mere A-Class Wizard came to his aid. "I had everything well in hand," he snapped at Ciaran. "The Son of Ra needs no help. Especially from the likes of you," his tone was bitter knowing that he was taking a lot of damage from the Wizards of light and then a fellow guild mate came to his aid.
He approached the requip mage as she was bound by Ciaran's spell. "You dared to raise a hand to the Son of Ra. Now you lay at my feet," he bore his teeth at the requip mage and then took a firm grip of her hair. "You will regret that," he would throw her head to the ground and then gathered solar energy in to his hand to release at Alyssa to finish her off, "Solar Orb," bitterness was in his voice as he released the orb.
“Ah, but it wasn’t looking that way to me,” Ciaran scoffed. “You WERE on your knee just now, after all.” He did not care that the tan male beside him was of a stronger rank than his own. He did not care about the bitterness in his tone. No, what he cared about was seeing the mission to completion. “In any case, you’ve the chance to finish them off. Don’t waste it talking down to me.” Ciaran allowed some of his own disdain to filter through. The Son of Ra possessed a rather large ego. It surprised the Irishman that he had not encountered a situation such as this prior to now. Sensing retaliation against his bindings, the white-haired mage turned his focus from Aadava to the two light mages. The Requip mage, Alyssa if he recalled correctly, showed concern for the Dragon Slayer a short distance away who returned the sentiment in kind. His yellow orbs tracked from one to the other with a feral gleam. “Awww isn’t that cute? The little fairies don’t want to see each other hurt.” He altered his voice as he spoke. It held a higher inflection as he mimicked Alyssa. “Are you ok? You ok too? Honestly,” lips contorted into a deep sneer. “You light mages can be sickening.” The sneer marring his features darkened even further upon hearing Alyssa’s remark. “Say what you will, Englishwoman. I don’t care one way or the other what you think of me. You’re not my concern in this matter. However, your friend here…” He motioned to the raven-haired Slayer. Already, he felt the last of her strength fade from her. She collapsed where she knelt, unable to do anything more. “Let’s just say that our Master will be very pleased. But I wouldn’t concern myself with all of that. There are other things you should be worrying about.” Tilting his head, the Irishman indicated his guildmate who strode with purpose towards the young woman.
Ciaran mirrored the other’s movement and proceeded over to Kaya where she lay. He eyed the prone form like a cat would a mouse, scrutinizing every inch of her. So, this is the one Master Kimura is most interested in… He gave a bemused grunt. Leaning over, he grasped the collar of the girl’s hoodie and heaved upwards, gathering momentum enough to fling her onto his left shoulder. Ciaran adjusted his hold once to make certain his charge settled appropriately before shifting his stance. His piercing stare found Aadava first. “The Master has waited long enough. I’m going to go ahead with her. Return whenever you’re done as I’m sure the Master would love to hear about all of this.” Sparing a glimpse at Alyssa, he said, “I hope you said goodbye to your Water Dragon. She’s ours now.” A predatory smirk spread across his features at the last. The mages of Fairy Tail would never again see the teenager currently slung over his shoulder. Of that much and more, he held no doubts. She would be locked away as the others were soon to be. Their powers and abilities used as stepping stones to achieving their goal of a better world. His words of advice given, Ciaran spun about and walked away from the final vestiges of the fight. Purple runes shed away from his body as he strolled, taking bits and pieces of his and the girl’s bodies in turn and drifting on the gentle breeze. It went in that manner for a time until all but a singular ear remained to bear witness to the closing strike against the light mage. Then it too morphed and trailed after its kin.
✸ OOC ✸ I hope this is okay! I assumed that having Aadava roll a two, combined with Alyssa unable to move, it'd be a given for her to be knocked unconscious. Went ahead and did an exit because of that. smile
She struggled against the bindings keeping her motionless on the ground. Fought them with all the energy she had. They couldn’t lose now. They’d come too far, given everything they had. There was no way they could lose now! Yet, try as she might, Kaya couldn’t break from the spell. She didn’t have a single technique in her arsenal that would give her an advantage in this situation. Of course, she could try to produce a Dragon’s Roar or even her Azure Shard spell; except, she’d already attempted it with nothing being the outcome. It was as if the purple bindings sucked away the last of her magic and energy, leaving her weakened and on the verge of collapse. The combination of strains further exacerbated the pain of being poisoned. Her entire body felt as if she stood within the center of a volcano. An unyielding, unquenchable fire coursed throughout her veins, burning and searing her nerves. Her endeavors to free herself lessened within moments until she barely twitched her defiance. Damn it! It hurts to even breathe! How am I gonna break free if I can’t even do that?! Frustration welled up inside of her. She hated being bound like this. Despised being useless. Katiki needed their help, and they still had their mission to complete. Kaya wasn’t going to let some stupid dark mages get in the way of that. But what can I do? I don’t have any magic left and I can’t move even an inch. And it looks like Alyssa’s in the same boat… The admission sat like a leaden stone in her gut. Surely there was something they could do that would break the spell. Come on...think! Attempting to focus on the problem, she sorted through everything that transpired since the new mage’s arrival. Maybe something he said or did would jump out at her and give her an idea. Shortly thereafter, she heard the familiar lilt of her guildmate as she called out for her.
Kaya broke from her thoughts. Pivoting as much as possible given the circumstance, she managed to catch her friend’s gaze. Concern littered her words and tinted those green orbs. “I’ve been in worse spots before.” The raven-haired teenager offered a half-way grin. She didn’t want to worry Alyssa, and she hoped that her expression conveyed the confidence and assuredness she didn’t entirely feel. “What about you, Aly? You ok too?” Her words were hardly uttered when the white-haired dark mage cut across them with his mockery. “Shut up, a*****e! Nobody was talking to you!” Her ire reared for an instant and she went to lunge at him. The spell held firmly to her, though, and she succeeded in merely wasting the faint bit of strength she had left. Her vision blurred into a mass of indiscernible shapes and colors as gravity took hold of her body. She tumbled forward at a mild slant, landing roughly on her right side. The wind was knocked from her lungs and she inhaled sharply. Darkness prickled at the corners of her sight. She fought to stay conscious, struggled to retain control. No, no! Not yet! Her ears ached with a thunderous, deafening pounding. And still the blackness crept its way along. It engulfed everything until nothing save a pinprick of scenery was left. Within the center of that small area lay Alyssa, bound but continuing to fight, with the tan male approaching her. He bore a bitter scowl and moved with purpose. Kaya knew what he planned. Saw it in his every stride. He intended to strike at Alyssa! No! She screamed in her mind. No—Aly! She willed herself to get up, to stand up and stop the man before he hurt her friend. ---Alyssa! Unable to do anything more, she finally succumbed to her injuries and fatigue. Her world went dark as the abyss of unconsciousness welcomed her into its grip. The Dragon Slayer never sensed the white-haired male take hold of her, never heard him lay claim for his guild. Nor did she witness the Son of Ra’s finishing blow to the Requip mage. The only thing she knew in that instant was the empty void.
He waited with bated breath to see if Katiki would wake up. He hoped that she could hear his pleas. Hoped that she would be all right. The faintest flutter of her eyes caught his attention then. His ears perked up and he shuffled closer to her head. “Katiki?” The little Exceed ventured once more. Leaning closer, he felt his heart jump as ice blue eyes met his blue-gray ones. “Katiki, you’re awake!” He jumped into the air, throwing his arms and legs wide in a cheer. His excitement was quickly tempered, however, when the woman started to struggle and move. “N-no! Don’t move! You’ll only hurt yourself more. Please, Katiki, stay still!” Yuki placed a firm paw on her shoulder though he honestly didn’t know how effective it’d be. Her frustration and pain were etched clearly in her expression. His brows furrowed, and his lips curved downward. Sympathy welled in his heart. He knew what she felt, for he wanted to go back too. But Kaya and Alyssa had entrusted him with Katiki’s care for the time being. There was no way he could let her get up and try to rejoin the fight. “You’re in no shape to fight right now. You’re hurt, and you need to rest. You won’t do anyone any good like this.” He hesitated for a second, trying to decide on how much else to say. The sounds of the battle that once were so clear to him had grown dim, now almost non-existent. Yuki wondered if it might be over. But wouldn’t Kaya call for me if that were the case? He shook that thought from his mind. He couldn’t think like that. They’d be fine. They would win and then come find them. He had faith in his friends. It was as simple as that. Blowing out a breath, he returned his attention to the Ice-Make mage. “The others are still fighting, but I don’t think it’ll be too long before they’re done. Until then, though, I need you to help me so I can help you better. Starting with the ice around your leg.” He waved a paw at the leg in question, still keeping his gaze locked onto hers. “I can’t tell how bad it is with the ice on it. Think you can remove it or is it better staying like that? I’ve never seen someone use ice like a bandage before.” Truth be told, the feline was concerned for the injury too. If it was really severe, then Katiki needed to get to a hospital sooner rather than later.
Hearing the little exceed's pleads Katiki gave up. In complete defeat she laid in the spot the little cat had made for her. "Your right Yuki... I can't fight anyone like this." Katiki spoke hoarsely. Looking down at what Yuki was talking about she gritted her hands together. *I'll get that son of a b***h if its the last thing I do* she thought. While trying to clear her head looked over at the exceed. "Its burned pretty bad. I'm missing some flesh and I don't know how deep it really is. It might be best to leave it encased in the ice... I don't think we have any proper medical supplies either." She spoke sadly, as Katiki clutched her chest. "Something isn't going right with the fight.." The young ice mage spoke softly. "Yuki, go back and check on them. I'll be fine for now that I'm awake. I promise not to move." she said with a small sad smile. *Alyssa... Kaya.. Please be okay...* Katiki thought.
Alyssa glared furiously at the newcomer. How dare he make fun of her! She didn't want to give him the satisfaction of receiving a snappy response so she held her tongue and instead continued to wriggle in her bindings. She started to panic when the dark ecriture mage moved to stand over Kaya's limp body. "No! Kaya, wake up!" She struggled furiously, desperate to stop her friend from being taken away. She'd completely forgotten about the so-called Son of Ra until his boots appeared beside her head. His face was smug. He'd been losing the fight against her and yet there he was, claiming victory over her. As he gathered solar energy for an attack, Alyssa shut her eyes tightly, waiting. The Solar Orb engulfed her, making her scream momentarily before passing out.
Alyssa slowly opened her eyes. Her head was pounding with a severe headache and her body was aching. She was still on the ground but the binding spell had finally worn off. The requip mage groaned in pain as she started to pull herself into a seated position. She was covered in cuts, bruises and burns from head to toe. "Kaya," she uttered. Upon speaking her friend's name it suddenly all came back to her. Panic struck again. She needed to find the others, "Katiki! Yuki!" she yelled, scrambling to her feet and running in the direction the exceed had taken the ice-make wizard.
She finally reached her guild mates, spotting them sitting on the ground. She rushed to their side and fell to her knees, panting heavily. The requip mage knew what they would ask and a horrible guilt twisted in her stomach, "They... they got her," she said, tears filling her grey-green eyes, "I'm sorry. I failed. They took her. I... I'm so sorry." The tears spilled down her cheeks, "Im a failure. I'm supposed to be the strongest S-class in Fairy Tail but they got away from me. I didn't even see where they went because I passed out," Alyssa's words were distorted by her sobbing. The requip mage hid her face in her hands, "And I let you get hurt as well. After I swore I wouldn't. I'm a terrible friend. Please, forgive me?" She felt so ashamed and worried that her best friend was going to think badly of her for not being strong enough to save them all. After a few minutes, her breathing evened out and she wiped her eyes, "I'm sorry," she repeated. She grabbed Katiki's arm and Yuki's tail, pulling them both into a tight embrace, "We'll get her back, I swear it. As stand-in guild master, I have to protect everyone more than ever. If it's the last thing I do and no matter what it costs me, Kaya will come home."

The Exceed didn’t like the sounds of that. If it’s injured that badly, then we need to get her to the doctor soon. He stared at the ice encasing the limb, scrutinizing it as best he could. With a nod, he said, “You’re right. We don’t have any supplies with us to deal with that. I could probably get into the school and get some but…” His face contorted with distaste at the idea. He’d battled with the decision ever since he’d gotten a decent look at her injury. She needed medical attention that he couldn’t provide, and it bothered him. It was likely that Kaya and Alyssa might need tending to as well. We’re seriously going to have to pack more wisely than this. Such an obvious thing, whether needed or not, shouldn’t have been overlooked. Picking up on the note of sadness in Katiki’s voice, the young feline lifted his blue-gray eyes to peer into her face. His tail flicked nervously. “You noticed too?” He didn’t want to say anything at first. The sounds of the fight had all but faded away. Moments passed without sight or signal from their friends. A cold lump settled into his stomach. Fear threatened to grip him. What if they lost? No! Don’t think like that! But…what if… Yuki pivoted his small body so that he faced towards the woods.
Just as he announced to Katiki that he’d return soon, a flash of movement caught his attention. “It’s Alyssa!” His heart leapt at the sight of her. Although bruised and battered, she was alive and conscious. Kaya should be showing up next. He waited anxiously for a glimpse of his partner, for any hint that she was okay. Seconds passed with nothing. The Requip mage reached their location and collapsed to her knees. Yuki stared up at her. “Aly—” The question never formed. Its answer given amidst a stream of racking sobs. Yuki froze. Stunned by the revelation. Sh-she’s gone?! No, there’s no way! An icy panic wrapped around his heart. She can’t be gone! And yet, he couldn’t deny the signs. Alyssa wouldn’t lie to them, especially about something dire. Even Kaya, despite her love of pranks, wouldn’t be so cruel to pull something like this. No, it was true. As much as it pained him to admit, his best friend was gone. Taken by some dark guild for whatever evil purpose they had in mind. The little Exceed reeled from the news. Felt himself slipping into dread. He barely registered the tug on his tail at first. But the warm embrace he found himself in swiftly brought him back to himself. Cocking his head, he studied the red-headed woman’s features. Deep guilt hung in her green orbs, tears of sadness and pain poured down her cheeks.
She’s hurting… Yuki squirmed slightly in her grasp until a paw was free. Lifting it, he touched her gently on her cheek, being careful of her many wounds. “Don’t beat yourself up, okay? Kaya wouldn’t want you to.” He hesitated. Uncertain of what else to say. The Slayer wouldn’t want them to worry about her. She’d want them to take care of themselves and then continue with what needed to be done. “We’ll get her back,” he agreed. “But first thing’s first, you guys need medical attention. Won’t be doing anyone any good like this.” His tone was firm, providing no room for argument. Both women were in no shape to do anything. Once they were treated and feeling better, they could figure out their next course of action. “Do you still have your cell phone? We can call an ambulance. Or I could fly you to the hospital, but it’d take longer since I can only carry one at a time.” His eyes moved from one to the other and back again. “What do you want to do?” Granted, calling for assistance meant that word of the fight would get out, if it hadn’t already. The admission of defeat would be a hard pill to swallow. Yuki hoped that it would be one that could be dealt with later. We’ll be coming for you, Kaya. Wherever you are, stay strong, and don’t worry about Aly and Katiki. I’m keeping an eye on them.
- Aera: A Magic that allows its users to sprout large angelic wings that give them the ability to fly. While flying, the user can carry objects or people, but is limited to carrying only one passenger. Furthermore, there is also a time limit to how long the user can fly, as the wings disappear after the user's Magic Power is depleted. The users can also change the speed in which they fly, but the faster they go, the more Magic Power they consume. -Max Speed: By using Magic Power the user increases their speed to the extremes, allowing them to fly a distance relative to the amount they used. This speed can be used to dodge incoming attacks. While using this spell, the user can also carry one additional person. However, this spell is restricted by the amount of Magic Power the user has. Once the user runs out, they will collapse. -Max Speed Attack: While flying and using Max Speed, the user strikes the target with their head, dealing a strong blow. -Whirlwind Attack: The user flaps their wings so hard that it actually creates a whirlwind able to blow back opponents.
Katiki looked pleadingly at Yuki, "Yeah.. I noticed it a while ago... But... I didn't want to worry you anymore then you already where.." As he was about to head back into the forest a figure appeared closer to them. "Alyssa?! Are you sure!" she said in a panic. At the sight of her best friend tears of relief started to form. With tears in Alyssa's green eyes she kept repeating she was sorry, and that Kaya was gone. Once in her embrace, Katiki's hugged her back tightly. "Yuki is right Alyssa.. We need to get back to the guild, then we can go from there." she said softly. Moving away some she lightly wiped Alyssa's tears from her face, Ice blue meeting grey-green eyes and a small smile on Katiki's face. "We fought hard Alyssa. Kaya wouldn't want you crying over her like this... We will get her back and save anyone else they took. Remember Alyssa... Fairy Tail never gives up. We will get our family back." she said with tears in her eyes.
OOC: sorry its so short! Finals week is here and I'm super bombarded with tests... Tomorrow is my final one.. So that's a plus. smile
Alyssa released her grip on Yuki and Katiki and wiped the last of the tears that had fallen down her bruised cheeks. "Thank you, guys," she sniffed, "You're too good to me." Agreeing that medical attention was the most immediate need herself and the ice-make wizard needed, the requip mage dug around in her pocket. She retrieved her cell phone which had almost full battery still. Luckily, she had enough signal for Google Maps to recognise where they were, "There's a medical centre not far from here. We can walk it if you're up for that?" she asked, holding the screen up to her guild mates showing the short 14-minute walk from the highschool. She slowly stood and held her hand out to help Katiki to her feet, "We can support each other," she said with a kind smile, hooking her best friends arm around her shoulder to hold her up should her legs give way. As she slowly made her way down the path from the school, Alyssa felt her phone vibrate. Checking the notification she found that she'd received a message via the Official Magic Council app from someone named Andrea King, "I recognise that name," she said to herself. Upon clicking the message, she instantly realised by the picture who this person was. Why was one of the S-class members of Sabertooth messaging her? Scanning through the message she discovered that it wasn't quite Andrea that was messaging her, but instead another member who was using her account, "Interesting...," she murmured, "Listen to this, guys," she began to read the message that had been sent to her, "Hi Alyssa, this is Octavia Kane. I'm from Sabertooth and I'm using Andrea's account (with her permission). I saw that you recently took the job concerning the four missing teenagers from Leavenworth and I expect you'll still be working on it when you receive this message. I think I have some information that will help you and in turn perhaps you can help us. L.A. was attacked today by a mysterious boy covered in flames who uncontrollably used both fire and lightning magic. It turns out that this was is actually one of the teenagers you've been looking for. I'm hoping you'll be able to get in contact with me on [insert phone number here] and we can swap more details with each other." Alyssa thought for a moment, processing what she'd just read aloud, "All the way in L.A.? Clearly the people that attacked us are no regular dark guild. There's something going on here that's really wrong," she said, half to herself and half to her friends, "Once we get to the medical centre I'll call this girl. If I'm right, she's the celestial wizard Sabertooth have," she continued, remembering when Octavia had first appeared in Sorcerer Weekly. Celestial wizards were rare so she'd been of great interest at first.
Finally, after a lot longer than the predicted 14 minutes due to exhaustion and limping, Alyssa had finally led the others to the medical centre and pushed the door open. Needless to say the nurses would have surely been horrified by the sight of them, they probably looked awful and the requip mage was sure the small town had never seen so much action in a long time if ever. She demanded that Katiki received attention first and find herself thinking about the message she'd received from Octavia. The missing boy had been using two magics? How could that be? They were all reported to not be magic users at all. She decided to wait until the doctors had looked at their injuries before she made any contact.

Yuki dipped his head. He agreed with every word that Katiki said. Fairy Tail never gave up. Even when the odds were stacked against them, they pressed forward until they achieved their goals. This time was no different. Their words seemed to reach through Alyssa’s sorrow. The S-rank wiped the tears from her eyes and promptly agreed to medical treatment. Yuki released a breath of relief when she pulled her cellphone from her pocket. He had been worried that it might’ve gotten damaged in the fight or that the battery might’ve gone dead. At least something’s gone right today. The Exceed couldn’t prevent the dour thought from crossing his mind. He quickly shook his head back and forth to clear it. No, he turned his focus to Alyssa. She’d used the map function on her phone to find the nearest hospital, suggesting that they could walk from there. Yuki peered up at the screen skeptically. That doesn’t sound like the best idea… But his guildmate had already started to scrabble to her feet and help Katiki up. He decided to keep his objections to himself in the end; instead, he sprouted his wings and flew over to the Ice mage’s free side. “I’ll help too.” Yuki ducked under her arm, letting some of her weight to fall on his shoulders as they started down the path.
They hadn’t been on the move long when Alyssa received a message on her phone. Yuki’s ears perked as she muttered to herself. What’s interesting? His question found its answer soon enough with her reading off the contents of her screen. There was an attack in L.A.? He tried to process all the information. With one of the kids we’re looking for being the culprit? AND he used magic? That last bit truly threw him for a loop. From what he remembered of the police report, none of the teenagers were reportedly prone to violence, and all were marked as lacking magical abilities. His brow ridge drooped deep in thought. Then again, Kaya did pick up on that one magic scent. If our guess with that is right, then it’s possible the others could have magic no one knows about. It was a stretch, to be sure. One of them having a hidden magic could be considered an oversight or coincidence. But two? Especially one wielding dual magics? That was difficult to explain away. Yuki agreed with Alyssa’s sentiments. Something was very wrong. They needed to figure out what sooner rather than later.
Lost in his thoughts, the light-haired Exceed lost track of time. He kept his ears attuned to his guildmates in case either of them needed to slow their pace or stop altogether, but his mind wandered. It was only as they stepped into the medical center that his attention returned. Nurses rushed to aid the injured mages. Yuki disengaged from his place at Katiki’s side, moving out of the way so that they could attend to her properly. He kept his blue-gray eyes trained on the women. He wanted to make sure both got treated without any fuss. “Nuh-uh,” Yuki waved off one nurse who’d asked after him. While he suffered some minor injuries from the Shadow mage’s snakes, they weren’t nearly to the extent of Alyssa’s and Katiki’s. His cuts and bruises could wait until after they were seen to and things calmed down a bit. In the meantime, his thoughts drifted back to the message on Alyssa’s phone, and further still to his missing friend. Could the two be related somehow? He didn’t feel confident that they were; however, nothing in this case turned out to be exactly as it appeared to be.
She nodded as the phone was held up to see the distance, " I think we can make it, if I don't put to much pressure on my leg we should be okay.." And once Katiki was helped up she grunted some "Damn." the pain in the leg was worse then what she thought. As they started walking Yuki helped her walk as well. "Thank's Yuki, Alyssa." Katiki said in a strained voice. She didn't talk much on the way due to trying not to scream out in pain. As the walk was slow Alyssa had pulled out her phone, "What's interesting?" Katiki said softly. With wide eyes looked over at Alyssa. "They attacked L.A too! DAMN!" she said with anger in her voice.. "What do they want... And why do they want dragon slayers." she said as they made it to the hospital.
Katiki was on her last leg, the pain was almost unbearable. Alyssa had demanded that she got attention first. "But Alyssa! Your hurt just as badly!" Katiki said in protest as the nurse came to take me away. "Go help them! They need it more then me!" Katiki kept saying as the nurse took her away. "hey! Are you listen-""Miss we need you to calm down. We will get a doctor into see you here as soon as possibl-""NO! Alyssa's shoulder is hurt and burned, my ice magic has most likely warn off of her by now! She needs atten-""Miss! She will be treated as soon as possible. Please calm down or we will have to tranquilize you." With a death glare at the nurse she said darkly. "If you don't want this hospital to be turned into a frozen waste land I would suggest you don't do that." Ice blue eyes glowed under her snow white hair. The nurse shivered as the air around them started to drop, and with a terrified look in her eyes she placed Katiki in a room. "I-I'll go get your friend's and help them immediately." she said as she ran out of the room. With a sigh Katiki laid back in the bed and stared at the ceiling. "Guess I'll wait to remove this ice until the doc comes... I know I'll be out of work for a while.." She placed her arm over her eyes and started to cry. "I'm so sorry Kaya, Alyssa, Yuki.." After a bit the doctor came in And Katiki glared over. "Ah Hello Miss, Inu? I'm doctor Shea, Now, lets see about this leg." With a weary nod Katiki removed her ice cast and the smell of burnt flesh was apparent, the doctor had ran out almost vomiting. "WHAT ON EARTH DID THAT TO YOU MISS INU!" The doctor came back in after a moment with a mask. trying not to breath in the smell to much. "A solar mage did this... I'm an Ice mage from Fairy Tail, we were here on a request." At the mention of Fairy Tail the doctor looked at Katiki with wide eyes, "So your the famous Ice Queen of Fairy Tail, well then, we will take good care of you." With a nod Katiki smiled a small smile. "Thank you, my current guild master is here as well, Alyssa Smith, a doctor should be looking her over as well, you can't miss her, she is decked in armor and a little flying exceed is with her named Yuki." The doctor nodded and left to go find them. With a heavy sigh Katiki placed her arm over her eyes, "I'll get even stronger. No matter what.."
As Dr.Shea went to the patient waiting area and found the two that the ice mage was talking about. Seeing as no one was helping them, He went over to the two. "Ms. Smith, will you and your friend please come this way. I'm Dr. Shea, and I'll be caring for you two today as well as your friend."
Sorry!! I felt like I should add more to this before anyone else posted >_<

Alyssa hopped onto one of the clean white hospital beds and sighed with relief. It was so good to get the weight off of her feet. She immediately requipped into normal clothing; no armour, just a t-shirt and short-shorts to make things easier for the doctors to look at her injuries. Closing her eyes for a moment, the sound of Katiki's shouting sliced through the relate quiet of the medical centre, "Oh, my word," she mumbled. Stepping into the hallway she could see her best friend fighting with the nurses. She stood behind the ice-make wizard with her hands on her hips and waited for her to stop yelling before loudly clearing her throat. "And what do you think you're doing, young lady?" she asked, scowling, "I know you're upset but if you keep that up I'll restrain you myself, injured or not," she continued. As much as Katiki's outburst was disruptive, the requip mage could understand the frustration. They all cared about each other and wanted to get better as soon as possible so they could set out and find Kaya but in their heightened state of stress, it wasn't going to happen any sooner. A doctor lead Alyssa to the chair beside her friend and she gave her a sideways glance, "Are you finished with stomping your feet about now? I think you owe these people an apology. It's a small centre and this is a small town, I doubt they're equipped for stuff like this," she stated. Her voice was no longer annoyed and her face was back to its normal gentleness. She hissed in pain as ointment and an ice pack were applied to her burned skin, "We really took a beating," she sighed, "Very humbling but it took five of them to take us down," she smiled, attempting to cheer up her friends. She took her phone out and reread the message from Octavia, "I guess I should call her back fairly soon. I wonder what's going on. Dark wizards attacking us, uncontrollable wizards attacking L.A., and what next? If that boy has finally shown up in that state, I bet you anything the others will eventually too." Thinking for a moment, she opened up her internet browser. If something that big had happened then surely it would be plastered all over social media. Low and behold, there on the home page of the world news were several headlines. "Flaming man attacks Third Street Promenade in L.A.," she read aloud, "Girl attacks civilians in Republic Square, Texas. Fairy Tail members seen fighting unknown wizards in the street of Eureka," she said with growing alarm, "Good grief, we're going to have some mighty big bills to pay. However, that girl. She looks just like one of the ones we're looking for, don't you think?" she asked, holding the phone screen up to Katiki and Yuki.

Tired and exhausted, Yuki lowered himself into a vacant chair next to the hospital bed Alyssa currently occupied. The Requip mage promptly altered her outfit to one more suitable for the nurses to examine her injuries while Katiki was taken further down the hallway to a separate room. He’d barely settled in when shouts and threats from the Ice mage echoed down the corridor. It never fails. Yuki huffed and shook his head. They all cared for one another like family. A fact evident in their desire to see each other’s injuries treated and on the mend. Hopping down from his perch, the Exceed followed Alyssa out of the room. His features scrunched in amusement at the way in which the S-rank carried herself, chastising Katiki for her outbursts like a mother would a child throwing a tantrum. “You know she’s doing that because she’s worried about you.” He cast a sidelong glance towards her. “You’re not the spitting image of health right now either.” It honestly amazed him sometimes how easily the mages of Fairy Tail tended to forget the severity of their own wounds in lieu of another’s. Some were worse about it than others, but they all had some propensity for it.
“But,” he clambered onto a nearby table stand so that he could stay out of the way of the staff. “Alyssa’s not wrong. Small towns usually end up sending severe cases of anything to the nearest trauma centers. You’ve got some bad ones too.” His gaze drifted to the burned flesh on Alyssa to that of Katiki’s leg. His expression softened further once he finally got a thorough look at the damage done there. “Does it hurt a lot?” It might’ve been a stupid question, but it was genuine. He didn’t want either of his friends to be in any pain. A hiss from the chair adjacent chair drew his attention back there. He blinked once, uncertain how to feel about the woman’s statement. Sure, it took five of them to take them down in the end; however, they’d still been beaten. Yuki couldn’t help but feel partially responsible for their defeat. If I’d just stayed, I could’ve gotten them outta there. I should’ve argued that point more… Shoulders drooped visibly as he withdrew into himself. The what-ifs and maybes plagued his mind despite his best efforts to stay positive. It was all he could do not to dwell on the darker possibilities of what could be happening at that very moment. Mercifully, a gentle touch on his cheek broke his funk.
Blue-grey eyes peered up into the soft brown ones of a nurse whom was applying a Band-Aid to his cheek. His lips twitched with a smile of gratitude as she moved to take care of the remainder of his scratches. “All of that’s happening right now?” He asked in disbelief. How could so many things go haywire at once? Unless-- Yuki didn’t have time to complete that thought process before Alyssa held out her phone for him and Katiki to view. “Mhm,” he agreed. The girl in the photo was definitely one of the teens they’d been requested to find. “There’s no way that’s coincidence. Two of them show up with dual magics suddenly? And on the same day?” He shook his head. “Something bad’s happening for sure.” His concern grew even more when he realized that some of their members were fighting elsewhere. “Alyssa—do you think we should go help them out? What if—what if they’re in trouble too?” The Exceed didn’t want to think it or believe it. But the troublesome question gnawed at him. They couldn’t lose anyone else.

✸ OOC ✸ I think traveling to L.A. would be a good move for them. Either there or Eureka to help with that fight.
