It didn't take long for the Mega Charizard's speed to overtake the Yang-Zero, dropping down in front of his path the moment the crowd dispersed enough for him to fit. Ashen had expected to either have to try to get him in his short grip or, if he ran away again, pick him up while he was flying, but it didn't seem that he'd have to. Kai quickly caught up to them, picking up the Zorua in his mouth as his illusion faded. Ashen flexed his wings as a sort of "Yeah!", though was a little confused by the Feraligator's thumbs up. He looked down at his large, three clawed hands, and tried making a similar gesture.
Zero's expression lightened a bit as he cooled down, letting a semblance of a warm smile spread on his face when Ashen and Kai returned. "Good work," he praised them. Ashen looked to his trainer, then to his trainer, then held his stubby little hands out in the crude "thumbs up gesture" he'd imitated from Kai. The silver-haired boy chuckled a bit, returning the Mega Charizard after a second in case Isis wanted to take a picture of the goofy dragon. After that he just kinda watched Yang as Isis tried to talk to him. He seemed to have just wanted to play some games, and even got a fair ammount of tickets for her, which made him feel a little bad about sending a dragon and by extension a hell-gator after him.
But any of those thoughts were immediately replaced by the same feeling he felt when sicking Ashen on Yang. Leon suddenly pulled Isis close, that blush betraying how Zero thought he was trying to sound when doing it. Or that could've just been Zero-O-Vision. Either way the silver-haired trainer found himself a bit saddened by the display, and how Isis reacted. "Liiiiiise..." He whispered loud enough for them to hear, when she mentioned how their texts didn't bother her. He looked off outside the tent, hoping that if his expression had saddened he could maybe hide it without his mask. "You've been talking about this for a while, right? Go on, have some fun. I'll catch up with you later." He tried to say in a cheerful tone, but it just came out more deadpan.

Autumn was surprised as her picture was taken, but seemed to grin as her colors were complimented. She was proud of her colors! Other treecko had told her her colors just made her stand out more, but she didn't care. And now, this person was complimenting her and took pictures of her, so she was quite content with this entire encounter.
Leon, arms still wrapped around Isis, just couldn't stop grinning. "Great! We'll go play some games, walk down the beach together, watch the fireworks... and so much more!" he exclaimed excitedly. There was just so many ideas flowing through him right now that he could hardly contain himself. He didn't catch on to what Zero said when the texts were mentioned, but was glad that his texting didn't bother Isis, even if it was probably overdoing it a bit. Pretty much oblivious to Zero's jealousy, Leon scooped Isis up in his arms bridal style with ease. "Heheh~ You know, I've got a bit of Italian in me. That means there's romance in my blood." Leon said to Isis. He then leaned towards her with a smirk. "Farò qualsiasi cosa per te, mia dolce piccola focaccina." he told her with an eyebrow wiggle. He then whispered the translation in her ear before turning to look at Zero as he told them to go have fun. "I promise I'll return her - maybe." he grinned deviously before running off with Isis in his arms, giggling a bit. He didn't care if Isis thought he was a dork for it.

✿ ❀ Isis was glad to make the Grovyle happy with her compliments, and after dealing with Yang, Isis chuckled and took a picture of Ashen attempting to replicate Kai's thumbs up as well before Zero returned him. Because she'd been so busy focusing on taking pictures of their pokemon, Isis was quite surprised when Leon picked her up and squeezed her close. He was really excited about their date it seemed, and Isis would be lying if she said she wasn't excited too, unable to keep from giggling in Leon's arms as the raven haired male babbled about all the things he wanted to do. "That sounds great! I've been looking forward to the fireworks actually, I haven't been to a fireworks show in a while~" Isis said excitedly. Though she heard a bit of grumbling from Zero when all the texts where brought up. What had he said? Lies? Isis really wasn't bothered b the texts, why would he say that she'd lied? He brief confusion with Zero was distracted as Leon swept her up bridal style. She squeaked once again, blushing a bit in embarrassment. "Heh... L-leon, you don't have to carry me, I can walk you know..." Isis chuckled nervously, but Leon wasn't going to be deterred it seemed, simply laughing and changing the subject to the fact that he was part Italian, meaning there was romance in his blood.

Isis glanced down at her hands and twisted them anxiously as she felt her face continue burning against her will. It didn't help when he smirked and murmured Italian to her. She didn't understand any of it, but if Isis' face could possibly turn a deeper shade of pink, it would have then. Thankfully her tension was released when he whispered the translation in her ear, and Isis snorted, bursting into giggles. "Muffin? Arceus Leon, you're such a dork." Isis teased, nudging him playfully with her shoulder. It was a pretty cute pet name though, not that Isis would admit that aloud.
Zero interjected then, asking to confirm they'd been planning this for a while. "Well, I mean, not exactly, it was more kind of spur of the--" Isis started to explain, but Zero moved on, seeming to not really want to talk about it, simply wishing them well and telling them to go have fun, and that he would catch up later. Isis couldn't help but notice the deadpan tone Zero was using, and glanced over worriedly to her friend. "Zero...." Isis frowned, wondering what was eating at him. Maybe Leon's cheese was just a little much for him. Zero didn't exactly seem like the romantic type, and Isis hadn't ever felt comfortable watching couples be super lovey dovey with each other either, but...
Isis was brought out of her thoughts as Leon remained oblivious to Zero's feelings, taking his wishes as permission to run off with Isis, happily teasing that he might return her later, grinning deviously. Isis had to crack a smile at that. "Pft, so you've moved from child kidnapping to woman kidnapping?" She teased with a laugh, knowing full well that Leon was only kidding.... Wait... Or was he...? Isis began to have doubts as Leon took off running with Isis in his arms. "Uh... You are gonna let me go at some point, right...?" Isis asked with a nervous grin. The 'mind over matter' mindset didn't work as well as Huey had hoped, and when he stepped off the boat he spent another few minutes, doubled over with his hands on his knees, inhaling and exhaling deeply. "I don't like boats..." he decided once he'd regained his composure, taking his egg back from Tybalt with a nod of thanks. Unfortunately for him he'd been getting on and off boats for most of his time at Tanabata, though the bright side of situation was that, eventually, he'd get used to that sort of travel-- or at least, that's what he hoped.
It took a few minutes, directions from two different people, and a few stops to adjust the egg in his arms, and Huey arrived at the Daycare Center. The elderly couple that ran the facility were kind-- as most elderly people who looked after large groups of pokemon seemed to be-- and seemed to know exactly why he was there, the only thing he needed to do was decide who he'd let stay there for the duration of his time spent here. It was an easy decision to make but took a bit of convincing; he didn't want Minerva and Prim to think he was abandoning them. After he reassured both of them, Tybalt helping to translate certain parts, he handed them over to the woman. The boy lingered at the counter only for a few seconds, long enough for his pokemon to disappear out of his sight, before he turned around and headed back out.

There wasn't much else to do besides explore and play a few games, but Huey wasn't confident in his abilities to try the latter just yet; exploring was his only other options to stave his boredom and maintain relative interest. The island was a small one so getting around from point A to point B only took a few minutes--less if you ran-- and soon the boy found that he'd visited the few points of interest the island had to offer. Which meant it was time to visit a new island and that meant, unfortunately, boarding the Seagallop.

While he trudged back to the port, his feet never fully lifting off the ground, Huey thought about the next island he'd visit. Unlike last time there wasn't any convenient, unthreatening, stranger to ask so his choice would be as random as picking a destination because he favored a certain number-- in fact, that was exactly how he was going to decide. "What do you think of the number two?" he asked randomly, halting his movements to hold a brief conversation with Tybalt. "What do you mean?" the other retorted with a quizzical c**k of the head.
"I dunno... do you like it?" the Kirlia thought about the question, as always taking the question seriously, before he shrugged. "It's an... okay number." he decided slowly. "What do you think of it?" Huey scrunched up his face and with a furrowed brow gave a shrug of his own. "It's... alright, I'm pretty sure there are a few songs about it." Tybalt nodded his head slowly in a rather sage-like fashion, as if he knew exactly which songs his trainer was referring to. "Wanna go to Two Island?" the boy finally asked, introducing their conversation to his main point. "Sure." the pokemon didn't need much convincing to visit a new area and certainly didn't care which number it had in its name. "Let's go then."" 'Kay."
Thus their conversation ended and the duo, trio if you counted the egg Huey still held in a snug hold, boarded the Seagallop to be taken to Two Island.

Zero suddenly began to regret his words of consent. Whether by some deeper part of him or because of Leon's words; it was Leon's words. The Italian he spoke, Zero more or less got the gist of, though it got more of a roll of the eyes from him than it did the laughs it did for Isis. But it was the last thing he said before running off that really worried him. The raven-haired male had already run off before the murderous intent around him became palpable, the other festival-goers giving him a wide berth.
But suddenly, his mind wandered into something else that didn't help. He didn't quite know Leon that well, but for whatever reason, the image of the other male taking Isis to some secluded area and spinning the obi of her yukata like a top. The idea and anything that might've followed nearly made something snap inside Zero's head, but he cleared the thought from his mind, took a deep breath and turned around. "What was that for?" He barked at Nova, who seemed to have released herself from her ball in all the commotion.
She didn't look too pleased, but her voice didn't sound very angry either. "I'm just trying to give you a little push. It's not healthy to keep it all bottled up inside you know." Zero just glared at the Gardevoir, before he began to walk off. "Look, even in my ball I still sense what the people around me are feeling. But it's a little hard to do that when all I hear is your internal screaming. If you really have that much of a problem with Leon taking Isis then-"
Zero cut Nova off by returning to her ball. In reality it probably wouldn't really have stopped her from talking, but her point was made, mostly, and she got the message. But so did Zero, even if he didn't want to admit it. He looked down to where they'd run off, but they weren't in sight anymore, so he guessed he'd just have to text Isis for now. Bringing up his X-Transceiver to his face, he scrolled through his contacts until he came up on Isis.
Message to Isis
I'll be at Seven Island, so be sure to meet me there when you're done. Oh, and tell Leon if he just runs off with you away from the festival, I will punch him.
Zero's finger hovered over the send button for some time before he added that last bit, or at least, it felt like it. In reality it'd probably only been a second or two, but still, it felt a lot longer. Taking a deep breath, Zero looked around, trying to decide what to do. Once again, he's found himself all on his own...

Before leaving the island, Zero decided he'd play one more round of that darts game from a while ago. He walked up to the booth, taking each of the darts, and took aim. He found himself distracted though, which threw off his aim a fair bit. He still got the max number of tickets though, popping exactly the seven needed, which seemed to impress the man a bit. "You're really good at this game, aren't you?" A part of him probably felt Yang had come here too, but it got a bit of a chuckle out of him anyway.
"Heh, I've been getting that a lot lately." He took his tickets and ran off somewhere else on the island. What he was looking for was a map, or something he could use to figure out where Seven Isle was exactly. There seemed to be one at the end of this particular lane of stalls, and Zero scanned it for his destination. Quickly finding it, he let Ashen out of his ball once more. He gave him some bearing of where to go, and climbed onto the dragon's back, and the albino Charizard took to the skies.

"Heh, but I'm your dork for the evening, princess muffin." Leon smirked as Isis teased him. It wasn't much longer until he had joked about maybe returning her to zero before running off. "Might as well call me Bowser, cause I'm stealing this princess~" the raven haired man smiled the cheesiest smile ever. He then slowed down, allowing Isis to walk on her own if she wished, setting her down gently. Kai and Autumn had followed along, though Autumn stopped to play a fishing game, but the net broke and she only earned one ticket before rejoining her trainer and Isis.
"Don't worry. I'm just stealing you away for now, but you're free to leave if you aren't satisfied at all." Leon told Isis. He offered his arm to her before they started to walk again. "I'm thinking we should head on over to three island now. There's a wishing tree there that's always a nice stop to make. Sound good to you?" he asked her.

✿ ❀ Isis snorted as Leon came back, mentioning that he was her dork for the evening, and laughed a bit more as he compared himself to Bowser, since he was stealing a princess. "Alright fine then, dork for the evening. Where to now?" Isis asked with a smile. It was actually pretty comfortable to be carried around, but Isis couldn't help but feel a bit awkward about it, so she had to mention that she was perfectly fine walking, and ask if he was kidding about the whole possibly not returning her thing, but Leon gently set her down again and reassured her that she was free to leave if she wasn't satisfied with their date, offering an arm instead, which Isis happily took.
He then answered her previous question, talking about a wishing tree that they could visit and asking if that interested her. "Sure! That sounds interesting~ Mind if we played a few games on the way to the dock?" Isis asked. She would have offered to fly there together, but she recalled that Leon only had a handful of badges on him last she knew, so they started walking towards the dock once more. Yang popped out of his pokeball once more, now that he sensed he wouldn't be in any immediate danger.
First Isis tried out an arcade game, though she only made it through the first few levels before running out of lives. Still, it got her three tickets at least. She was then distracted as her wrist buzzed. Frankly she was surprised to get a text from anyone else since Leon had mainly done all the texting to her thusfar. It looked like she got two texts, one frome Zero, and one from Marx.
