 Cress Cress smiled as his phone rang. He answered it, listened for a second, nodding every so often. "I see... okay." He closed the phone and sighed. "It seems I should be on my way, Misty. It was nice to meet you..." He got up and started to walk away, then, turned around. "Here... I'll give you my number, so we can stay in touch." He wrote down the number and handed it to Misty, then smiled. Then he put his shirt back on and walked away, then out of the casino. ~EXITS~

As the date went to an end, Misty would pick the number Cress gave her before disappearing from sight after a mysterious call.
"Well, that was... interesting/"
Truth being told it was the first time she had participated in this kind of events that according to Eva, were common activities between the personnel.
Shrugging it of, she was sure Eva or Scarlet would tell her about how did she went with this dating.
-Taking this chance to skip the 3 months after the incident in death city since this was the only thread that wasn't in synch with the current timeline because of well our slow activity, me among them XP -

The time flew by, as the restless casino nights would shine for every dime. The place was a success as customers would not complain about the service at all. And so, Eve had a little fun with this new game of pay and tell.
Everything was just perfect. As the demon blade was surely growing stronger that she was. Having acquired her chains, she was ready to continue with her training. Or so, Eve thought.
A morning like any other, the demon blade was dreaming peacefully over the couch, before rolling on the side to fell from her place of rest. The thump was enough to wake her up, and it wasn't bothersome at all. But she had to stand up quickly, otherwise her mentor would notice and she wouldn't like to embarrass her with such clumsiness.
Pulling her weight up, she had not seen the edge of the ornament table that was set next to the couch. A small miscalculation of distances would made the girl to hit the back of her head pushing up a few nerves on the brunette before she frozen solid. Her eyes widened after a while. Her body began trembling before words that were sealed long ago would break from the young girl's lips as the seal would be temporally broken.
"KURO GET AWAY FROM HER!!!"
She yelled desperately, as if it was a matter of life and death. However her show was moved from place as the lake she was just moments ago was turned into this large swite where it was hard to remain calm. Stress... Fear, Madness. All of it was congregated within these foreign walls she was trapped in.
".. !! "
The girl gasped for air before covering her lips with both hands. Looking restlessly for a way to exit this place. There was something that made her feel unwelcome. Something that would only yell within her ...Get out.
The girl was covered in paranoia. A foreign yet familiar voice, sweet as a lamb kept whispering her name over and over again. the voice sure was sweet, but it held great evil like none she had ever met before. She could remember. Those eyes that would stare with delight how the very core of the brunette's soul fell into madness. She couldn't stand that. She had to find her friends.
Trembling with apparent lost of balance. She managed to stand up using the couch as support. Before rushing to the very next door she had near her.
Rushing through every door possible, she stumbled upon many rooms, but not a single exit. That was until she reached the elevator which led her to the first floor where she attempted to escape. The seconds that took the elevator to reach it's destination became centuries. She could feel someone was chasing her and would soon caught up the more she wasted time.
"Ene chan....Kuro kun... Yuuma kun...where are you?..."
The blade would become uneasy and afraid. The very moment the doors opened she sprinted full speed to get away, only to collide with someone and tramp back on the floor.
"tch..tch..tch..."
Eva was on her way to meet up with Misty and continue her training when she suddenly bumped into her. The girl was shaking, and trying to stand up but her movements were stupid and her strength was almost gone. She quickly embraced the brunette to prevent her from moving before she could harm any of them.
"Misty!.. Misty what's going on? What's happening?"
The empty shell asked the young girl who kept fighting until her forces were slowly leaving her body.
"She's going to find me... the devil in white clothes.... she's going to kill my friends... and find me... I... I have to save my friends... don't let.. her ... find them...."
The girl would finally settle down, whimpering as she broke into tears. The other shells were gathering to see what's was going on before Eva quickly dismissed them.
"Tell "Carmine-sama", I'll see to her."
Some shells nodded and rushed for the elevator to inform Scarlet about the situation, the rest went back to their shores as if nothing ever happened. Eva had to play smart this time, after all, she could not let Scarlet's effort go to waste by a simple memory. All she needed to do was for Misty to take a longer nap and let the demon blade handle things for her.
"There there, sweet heart. I won't let her get to you...calm down, you are safe with me..."
Eva somehow managed to sit down as she patted the frightened girl who's paranoia prevented her from sleep. This would prove to be a harder task. After all, regaining her memories would mean that if Scarlet were to show up in her real form would only complicate things up. For now, she would had to look for Misty until she could get her to sleep once more.
"There there hun, there there..."

Days passed and so Eva continued with Misty's therapy, however she couldn't make her forget about her friends or her fear towards Scarlet. However Misty didn't showed signs of aversion against "Carmine-sama" so far.
Just as a security measure Eva put a spell on the young weapon that would alter her perception of things. And would little by little be restoring the lovely weapon that Scarlet had created.
After a few days in Eva's room the two finally go out.
"There there hun, are you sure you can wander on your own, you know we can always ask for room service. 'Carmine sama' said we could take our time before going back at work."
Said the empty shell, giving a look of concern at Misty who merely smiled back at her, her smile bright as always should.
"Oh don't worry mom, I'm okay... I just can't wait to get back to school and meet my friends. This vacations were all I needed."
Replied Misty, thinking of Eva as her own mother. It would lead the door open to have her blind trust. The empty shell smiled and held the brunette for a few seconds with a soft hug.
"Alright, we'll be back to school but you must promise me you'll behave and take good care of yourself."
Said Eva, sure it was a risky move but if the weapon's mind was at peace, the easier would be to lure her back to where she belong.

 The perfume Lady
Things were running rather smoothly in the casino. The bets were going high and Belle made sure the house kept the best part. But always making the client smile and eager to return.
But thing's weren't as easy. With Eve gone and Misty away Belle sure had a greater load of work to cover.
"They should had been back already. What's keeping them away? And why is Scarlet sama not doing anything about it"
All of those doubts kept Belle distracted. Not enough to fulfill her job as the dealer and host of games and bets but in her keen eye which allowed a lady to get next to her without her noticing.
"O-h May I help you?"
Asked before her eyes went blank with a single wavelength that knocked her out of combat with relative ease.
"Oui darling, I would like some funds for my master's desire. And knowing about your secret vault I'll take a few souls as well. Now, get them boys and girls."
Stated the perfume lady before introducing one of the bottles inside the empty shell.
while doing so, some of the new workers there took out guns and began a hijack on the casino, overpowering the security and the workers with relative ease since. Honestly, who in their sane judgement would plan to rob from Scarlet?
The mysterious gang were having big time collecting loot from both the casino and the clients as the perfume lady along with a small group forced one of the empty shells to lead them to Scarlet's vault where she collected souls.
"oh la la such beauties and they are all alone. But not for long ~<3"
Said the perfume lady mesmerized about the ectoplasmic gold before her.

♦The Magician♦ Death is a joke...As they were preparing to blow open the vault, there was the loud blast of a gun and two of the woman's hired henchmen fell over dead as a single bullet ripped through them both. The gunslinger was of course none other than Scarlet. "I didn't know Belle hired entertainment!" Scarlet said with a laugh as she shot another one of the henchmen who raised his gun to her. "But I do admit I like surprise parties. Even if it's not my birthday." She aimed forward and blasted the head clean off of a henchmen who hadn't stopped trying to stuff money into one of the stacks. "Apparently you're charging quite the fee though. Do tell me you're worth it." She stopped as she locked eyes with the woman. It was obvious she was the ring leader of this little stunt. "Oh, and telling me who hired you would be nice, but not necessary. I can find out on my own. More fun that way." And I'm the punchline

The perfume Lady
Everything was going according to plan. Of course that was until someone started shooting down people.
As the perfume lady was about to retaliate she found herself with a mental bullseye right between her eyes and Scarlet didn't seem like one to miss a target considering how quickly she got her henchment without dropping a sweat.
"Oh lala ~<3"
Exclaimed the apparently french woman which felt quite flattered by Scarlet's expectation.
"I knew there was a kishin in this casino, but according to my intel you were supposed to be out for at lease two weeks. I suppose I'll have to ask for my money back."
Just as soon as she ended her sentence the rest of the henchmen quickly drew their guns and locked Scarlet's figure within their aim.
"I believe I still don't have the pleasure of knowing your name. I may not be personally worth the fee, but the spectacle that my dear supperior is about to unleash would be worth it ~<3"
Stated The perfume lady. While both of them exchanged calm views and smiles one could tell the perfume lady wouldn't be hesitant to take the money and the souls the very moment Scarlet would take her eyes from her.
"But you know, world destruction isn't cheap. And you can't cook an omelette without breaking the eggs."
The lady would then giggle as she adressed Scarlet.
"And who should I address the generous donation ticket?"
Asked as if she was certain that she would retrieve the money and the souls and get away with it.
Sure she had around 50 henchmen aiming at Scarlet, but would they ever even scratch her?

♦The Magician♦ Death is a joke..."Yes, well that would make two of us," Scarlet replied with sweet smile when the woman said she would have to ask for her money back. She didn't seem to pay attention to the guards all aimed at her. Instead she kept her eyes intensely focused on the woman. "You rob someone's house and don't even bother to learn their name? How....common." She said derisively. "And if your superior is here then they do quite the job hiding while their minions do the dirty work. I mean, don't get me wrong," Scarlet continued as she began spinning her gun around her finger by the trigger guard. "I love sending my own little playthings to cause mischief while I kick back and watch. But I generally have more of a..." She glanced over at the armed guards. "Finesse to it. Rather than, say, a bunch of gun-toting thugs. But I suppose whoever employs you is not quite the inventive sort." She stopped spinning her gun suddenly and let it fall back into her hand. "Same address I'll be sending the body bags," she responded bluntly, her joking demeanor gone as she leveled her gun and fired it directly at the woman's chest. And I'm the punchline

The perfume Lady
The perfume lady took the bullet straight on, flying backwards as she was knocked back by the sheer force of impact. As her body left the floor in such travel. The henchmen began to fire trigger happy against the kishin.
Soon a bronze shower of bullets would be see flying towards Scarlet.
While Scarlet may notice it or not. the moment the body started bleeding on it's landing. There was a sweetened aroma over the room. Soon, the rather inoffensive and common bullet became empowered aiming to actually be able to harm Scarlet should she aimlessly stay still without doing anything about it.

♦The Magician♦ Death is a joke...Scarlet's eyes widened and she grinned wildly as the woman fell to the ground, seemingly dead. "Hahaha! Guess the entertainment is free!" She said. She stopped as she suddenly smelled a sweet scent. "Eh?" She muttered as she realized it was coming from the body of the woman. She glanced upwards as the gunmen began to open fire. While the bullets themselves may have caused damage, they weren't nearly fast enough being fired from common guns. A circle of cards quickly formed around her, absorbing the damage from the bullets before fading. As soon as they had done so Scarlet raised her gun and began casually returning fire, taking down a thug with each shot. Any bullets that came towards her were quickly blocked and destroyed by the cards that continually appeared and formed around her. "I truly have no idea what this is about...hmm...this is why I need little ones like Misty to take out the trash. Wouldn't have even needed to come down here..."And I'm the punchline

The perfume Lady
While the thugs would fall one after another, the scent became more and more stronger. As every single one of them started to release the sweetened scent instead of bleeding.
Suddenly, one of the empty shells would start collapsing on the ground before reemerging with the appearance of the perfume lady.
"Oh lala ~<3 Such a fierce opponent as yourself. No wonder I spent too much on this hijack"
Replied the mysterious lady, raising her index as all the corpses suddenly went back to life, aiming themselves to release a spread of bullets, this time their reaction was faster and stronger. as it would take 2 cards to break a single bullet. Still, Scarlet held the upper hand. But if this were to continue it might reach a point in which she would find herself pressured.
"Would you please die and give me your soul as a present? I would take good care of it I promise ~<3"
The perfume lady asked, regardless of the crazy and absurd question, there was a tone of respect and... perhaps something related to love in her voice.
Regardless if she mean it by heart.
Suddenly, she received a call from her mobile. Checking on the text message. The perfume girl would smile. Turning at the bussy scarlet as the blonde dispatched her grunts.
"I believe I have to go, but do enjoy the party. I'll come to collect your soul soon enough. aur revoir ~<3"
With that, the perfume lady would dispatch in a cloud of perfume and dissipate into thin air.

( Yeah, with the incomming arc I don't think I'll be able to keep this up. And I kinda opened two threads I have to manage. Sorry to let you down on this one sempai sweatdrop )

♦The Magician♦ Death is a joke...Scarlet continued to block the bullets with her cards but realized that the attacks were getting stronger and stronger. "What IS this!? She thought to herself in growing alarm. Suddenly the perfumed lady seemed to receive a call before informing Scarlet of her leaving. As soon as the lady disappeared into thin air, Scarlet went on the offensive and easily finished off the remaining guards. As the last minion fell, Scarlet stood staring at the spot where the lady had disappeared. What was this? Some kind of warning? A test? "Get back to work," Scarlet told her servants without even looking at them. Regardless of what this was, it was a problem and perfectly capable of happening again. "Maybe it's time I gathered a few useful people around me," she muttered. And she knew a few she could use. She turned around and walked out, dusting herself as she left her realm. And I'm the punchline

♦The Magician♦ Death is a joke...Scarlet looked up suddenly from the book she was reading as a red light began to flash ominously on her security feed. She set the book down quickly and walked over to the camera feed. That was odd. One of the shells should have reacted if there was an intruder. The fact that they didn't either meant this was a false alarm or...The first place intruders went for was almost always the vault, and it didn't surprise her that there were already several thugs there trying to crack it. Scarlet sighed and ran a hand through her hair. "There's an idiot born every minute," she muttered to herself. Then, with a snap of her fingers she disappeared from her room, reappearing in front of the vault facing the thugs. "Hello gentlemen and welcome to my Casino. Unfortunately, this area is off-limits to guests. I suggest you make your way back to the lobby before this issue....escalates." Scarlet spoke with a wry smile as if savoring the moment. And I'm the punchline
