Is it possible for Alkidikes to be Beast Tamers? Or is that an Earthling only path?
Also, on your earlier convo. I was allowed to have Volle grown even though a few of her 10+ rp's were still ongoing.
Answer
Unfortunately, Beast Tamer is an Earthling only class. Alkidike are bound to pursue one of the three options for Alkidike: Amazon, Sacred Heart, or Guardian.

Can I use two Scrolls of Souls on one character, or is it limited to one?
Also, if I AM allowed to use two, could I use the second to learn a level 2 spell as long as it was the same type as the first?
Answer
You may use two Scroll of Souls on one character, but a non-magic battle class can only learn level one spells, even with the Scroll of Souls. So they would not be able to learn a level two spell, but could learn two level one spells.

So is there an RP aspect of the spells? Like say Volle gets the scroll that lets her use one spell and she chooses the water level 1, outside of battle can she use this spell to manipulate the water? (She'd totally use it to grab drink from the barrel and refill her glass without getting up.)
Or are the spells battle use only so Volle would not be able to make water move outside of battle.
Answer: In past rps we have seen those with spells used these spells outside of battle, so there isn't any reason Volle can't do this as well. heart Thank you for your question!

Can a quest character grow to Stage 2 without Stage 1 art?
IE CharacterA is Accepted as a quest, and completes all Stage 2 requirements before he is ever drawn as a Prentice, can CharacterA simply get official Stage 2 art and never receive Prentice art?Answer
In one of our updates during the beginning of summer, we tried to clear up this issue with the quest characters. Quest characters must have had their prentice art for 1 month before being able to grow, so they must have prentice art before they can become stage 2. This is found here along with some other quest character info.

Quick genetics question!
Is it possible for a hybrid Alkidike to have black sclera and colored irises, or, black irises and colored sclera? (Black where the white of a human eye would normally be, but still have the colored irises of human, or, color where the white would be and black where the human eyes color would normally be)
Answer
No, this is not possible due to the biology of the eyes between earthlings and Alkidike. There would be no possibility where an Alkidike Earthling hybrid would have the above mentioned combinations.

In an issue that came up during plotting, is it possible to have the main (not surrogate) mate of a character be an NPC?
And, just to be clear, is it possible to breed with a stage 4 character?
I also have an odd highly conditional question that I am pinging directly to the mule.
Answer
We have now added an NPC breeding option to breeding, but there are limitations.
You may breed with stage 4 characters. Once the legendary stage is officially released, then characters are past breeding.

robot kitten: Is Neued being given back to the shifters? or are the Oban's keeping a hold of that?
Answer
Neued is under a transition phase for the next couple of IC months as the effects of war clears out from Jauhar. So for the moment there are water, shifter, and fire within the village (as well as stragglers from the other areas), but no hostile places. Once they clear out, there will be mostly shifters again, though there will be the added fun of a few settled water earthlings and it will be like a mixing place for all those south in Tendaji (fire, water, and shifter since the topography makes it hard to travel north without going through Jauhar first).

I read in beast battles that characters can tame one pet per level. *so stage 2 may get one*
My question is this, what if a character has been given a custom familiar from an event? Does this affect that limit?
Example Mella is a stage two and has one familiar sail scale. Can she tame an Aldabuk?
Also is there a limit to how many familiars a character can have? Example could a person have three smaller familiars like sail scales and one large rakatu but be at second stage?
What is the carry limit for a scorra? It should be able to carry a youngling but anything bigger than a prentice would be to heavy I think.. as a scorra is not listed as a mount creature.
Answer
On the front page you'll find this little snippet: "You may have as many familiars as you like! And along with being able to have as many as you like, you can have a familiar even if you don't have any characters, and a familiar will never be taken away from you. So you can use them as sig candy, RP with them here, or gift them to friends. If you are going to gift them to a friend, please let us know so we can put the right username in the cert as well as the right owner in our guild."
There is no limit to how many familiars a character can have. The limit you mentioned above is only the limit to how many familiars you can tame using the beast battle system.
And a scoria can carry the weight of a youngling IC, but they are not mounts and cannot carry anything much heavier than that. (So a max of around 50lbs on its back if that helps)

In a previous question, it was stated that a character CANNOT CHANGE THEIR CLASS once chosen, even if they have a change of heart. However, characters have an uncanny ability to get into serious trouble and to change completely in concept. What happens if, due to RP/plots/the natural course of character development/ or the like, a character becomes unable, either completely or without extraordinary (and unlikely) amounts of adaptation, to progress in their current class? For example: an archer losing an arm/the use of an arm, an Alkidike no longer living with/unable to access their tribe, someone suffering a curse that effects their magic, or someone who has become severely injured or sick and is left unable to continue in a battle class? Answer
Physical ailment (such as loss of limb) is the only way something like this would be logical. An alkidike cannot change classes even if they are not living with Alkidike, and curses that would effect the ability to perform magic permanently are not known to Tendaji. Such a thing would be a case by case basis and would have to have permission from Tendaji staff and their full approval of the plot since it is not permitted to change classes and is against the rules of the store.

With the new 2nd-stage quests available, I was wondering what limits there were? Are all classes available? Are all species available? Are hybrids permitted? Answer
All classes are available within the limitations of their species/backgrounds. Hybrids are permitted when they are available for questing.
All other limitations are found here.

I was wondering what the Oban's tactics for invading and occupying cities in Juahar would have been, and what sorts of weapons the majority would have used. If Prala's mother was killed while trying to flee the Oban forces (for plotting purposes), would it be believable to say she was hit by a stray arrow or something while escaping? I'm trying to work out Prala's experience during the war. Would Sol have been affected? Would they have taken captives and if so how would those captives have been treated? If Prala had been taken prisoner during an occupation, would it be realistic to say she was able to escape?
Answer
The Obans claimed territory by sheer force for the most part. They are much larger in number than most of Tendaji and would have brought ample troops with them. The majority of Obans would have carried swords or dual blades, but all types of weapons were used including bows and arrows, so having Prala's mother killed by a stray arrow would be believable.
Sol would not have been effected as far as being invaded, only Neued was lost in battle, but it would have seen a massive overflow of refugees during the war. Obans did take captives during the war, including the NPCs Freya and Besian who were released after the war had ended. The captives only had enough time to be contained before the war ended, though they were probably given very little food during their imprisonment and a few were tortured for their information. during the final stages of the war captives did actually escape from the Oban camp, so it would be realistic.
My second question is, Prala is still a prentice but my goal is to have her become an archer. Can I have her use a bow and arrows in rp and in her journal? Do I need to buy some from the store first? Or do I need to wait until she completes a class quest? Does it need to be in her art? (Ok maybe a lot of little questions, sorry xD)
Answer
Characters can RP using their weapons for practice purposes while in their prentice stage generally speaking. Store bought weapons are only necessary when a character grows so they can participate in the battle and beast battle systems. When a character grows to stage 2 (and all stages past that) their art will reflect their chosen path. (so Prala will have a bow in all future art if she chooses to be an archer)

Is it possible to exchange a shop item won in an event for exp to use on purchasing a different shop item?
Answer It's never come up before, but we don't see why not. If you can link us to the event that it was won, you can "return" it for exp to use toward a different item. (Tends to be easier with recently won items). You cannot return gold purchased items for exp (essentially buying exp).
Also: can the eye of the goddess be used to change eye color of a Matori to a non yellow/orange color? Or likewise for an Alkidike who racially have pitch blackorbs. (so to an orb of a diff color. I think I asked this before but cannot find it)
Answer The Eye of the Goddess item can change any race's eyes to any color they would like, including Alkidike. It will not change the anatomy of the eye though, so Alkidike will still have spider-based eyes and water earthlings still would have horizontal pupils.
