If this Lord is without his powers through poison, he may be nothing of a threat to us. But Jiaum is Amaterasu's home and with no word out of that mountain, someone needs to help them."

Tombz blew off Krayth's comment. "And I'm a robot. Therefore, poison isn't going to work against me. Aside, on the other hand will. But this is poison, a totally different subject I don't have to worry about, because I'm a robot. I'll be on my way. Krayth, whenever you want to come, use the shadow inside my chassis." he said, waving at them before unfurling his wings and taking to the sky. He would find whomever attacked his home, and he would crush them. he would crush them so hard, their entire existence would be questionable.

Kai Blightwater  Kai had now moved around the group, confident his ally had them distracted. He kept his distant from Darius. He didn't want to catch a stray blow from that hammer of his. Kai stood, holding his longsword in front of him with both hands. There was a look of hesitation on the boy's face. Should he wait to strike, or should he dart into the fray? He didn't know which one to choose. His teacher's hammer could kill him, but he might be overwhelmed by all three monsters. Shaking his head in frustration, he waited for Darous to finish his attack, darting again this tine to his left. He attempted to come up behind the third fighter, and did sovrather queitly. At the last second, Kai roared, jamming his sword forward with both hands and attempting to skewer warrior three through the small of it's back upwards through its central cavity.

 attacker 1 / attacker 2 / attacker 3 2 leaped towards 3, causing 3 to leap backwards. 1 took the jaw blow and sailed through the air to land in a heap. But it wasn't down as the body continued to stir. 3, unfortunately, forgot about the quiet one and jumped backwards onto his blade. It snarled and roared as the venomous green liquid started to travel down for Kai's hands.

Srin slowly crosses the dunes slowly as the wind blows against his body. His face was warped from below his nose down to his lower neck. His hat blocked out the sands. Why and the hell would live in something like this??? He missed his carapace greatly, he may have been slower but dammit it would stop the sand

((Wulf, as a heads up, if you are heading towards Triwinds you are actually very close to the border between The Devil's Eye and Wormwood. There's not much dune here, more scrubby grassland and plains. All the desert's clearly in view on the horizon though.)) ⇥|Krayth Tal'Deraz|⇤

He knew the being was some manner of automata and may not have to fear the poison, but none the less it needed to be said. If Glacian had attacked his domain before, she might have other means of striking close to what the Machinae held dear. As the construct parted ways and offered a few more words, the Anima offered a single nod of his head. He would be ready by nightfall. Then, there would be no safety for Sephra, Glacian, or their soldiers.
Lord Valdiir turned to Liliana next.
"I will rest soon, but first I must account for those brave enough to follow my call to arms."
Then Krayth turned his tired gaze back to the holy man Rikkaetheon. There was no animosity there. Perhaps some slight suspicion, but Krayth had lived all of his life under others preconceived judgements and hatreds. The priest might loathe what he was, but the Anima would not be so quick to judge him. He had saved his life, after all... and surely he would not turn a blind eye to all that was around them... even if some of the citizens nearby still cast glances of anger at him.
"Rikkaethon, you've done good work here. I would ask you to remain and continue them until the evening... we have wounded, and no healer. Poisoned, and no antidote. Do what you can for my people, and you will have not only my gratitude, but my trust."
His eyes scanned the other figures nearby. Two of them he recognized as some of Triwinds Guards... where the others were he knew without knowing. He approached them, and as they saw his advance they strode to meet him. "Lord Valdiir..." They could not decide whether to bow or offer him their sincerest thanks, but he cut them off.
"There is no need, friends. Will you help us tend to the dead and wounded? Will you continue to watch your town?"
There was a half-moment's hesitation, but both clasped their fists to their throats in a traditional gesture. They would.

Liliana seemed to blend back into the scenery as Krayth did what h felt he needed to. Her eyes looked around to the flickers of energy still coming from plants Ivy had brought to life. Pulling out her dagger, she cut a section of cloth from her clothes to wrap around a piece of vine with many thorns on it. Being so close to this poison repulsed her a bit, but that might have been from the Earth power in her veins. Cutting off the piece under the cloth, she securely wrapped it before storing it away. It would be useful, if anything.

After finally making it the town, Srin begins to spot the small group. Tombz,Liliana and ....... Srin had trouble with the mans name. Srin slowly makes his way over."I'm guessing that this place was hit? Sorry I was late to the party..." Srin smiles weakly trying to lighten up the mood. Dead always dropped the mood

The dark is calling out my name The next transport entered the area and lowered to the ground. When the door opened again, a heavy suit of armor stepped out, emblazoned in the insignia of the Dark Templar. Peace stepped down and identified her leader from the individuals that were nearby. At least, she thought that was where he was. Now that she was at the checkpoint, she wasn't sure what to do or what to wait for. All she knew was that the AI was being eerily silent.  Srin hears the craft come down and turns with a smile. He slowly makes his way over to peace and Lisa. Taking peace's hand he kisses it lightly and smiles." Miss Peace thank you for finally joining me. Lisa you as well." he was happy that his friend and child was here. It made his day much better. Soon they would be away from the crowd and they can speak of his plans

She saw Srin and the change about him. It made her wonder who was in charge of The Citadel now. Slipping farther away, she headed out of the town. Her fires scorched and destroyed troops and remaining plants in her wake. Until Liliana stumbled upon a body. It was still warm and she saw a very faint glow of energy within in. Kneeling down, there was no pulse from the body, But why the glow? She concentrated, until she realized what had happened. Pulling out her dagger, she worked quickly while feeding almost everything she had into what she was doing. Sweat poured down her face when she finally freed her query out of its deathtrap. Wrapping it in the healing threads of a seer, she called up Alewar's solid form and took off for Ernya.

Rikkaetheon had been so lost in thought that he didn't notice Liliana leave him until Alewar flew past overhead. So he was stranded here for now. It would at least give him time to explore the powers of the Highborn. He still had the skills in his mind he had read from the book in Liliana's library. Something Krayth said lingered in his mind. Healing the wounded. "I can stick around and heal for awhile. It seems my ride left without me anyways." He said, half concerned about how he'd get home.

Strength= 6 | Speed= 7 ❙❙❙❚❚❚❚❙❙❙❚❚❚❙❙❙❚❚❚❙❙❙❚❚❚❚❙❙❙❚❚❚❙❙❙❚❚❚❙❙❙ KRayth allowed the remaining guards to move of their own accord, tending to the wounded and assisting in the assessment of Triwind's damage. It was obvious through a single glance that its damage was vast, and it would take many moths for it to see even the shadow of its former self. Still, it stood triumphant; a testament to the perseverance of his people and the woman who led them. His mind fell to Azur, and wondered where she might be among the crowd. Before he could begin the search, two events caught his attention.
He did not have time to offer parting words to Liliana as he witnessed her dragon behemoth depart into the sky, but he would have time to share ample words with the Lord who so smugly advanced on them... with an armored transport. With armored soldiers.
Krayth reigned in his anger. Perhaps they had come to help, with what weapons and resources they had... yet their arrival was late, and Srin's words tugged at the Anima's nerves. Krayth did not speak to The Lord of The Citadel until he confided in Rikkaetheon, whom he stood close to and assured,
"If you will aid my people, I will see you are returned to Ernya safely."
He doubted the Holy Man would be at all pleased with the manner of travel... perhaps even repulsed, but there was no arguing its efficiency. It was possible that the Priest may even come to better understand the coexistence of the Darkness with the Light... Discourse for the future. Now, his eyes turned to Srin and the armored Marines at his side.
"How many nations are aware of this attack? It happened only moments ago, and yet here you are. Soldiers at hand."
Krayth couldn't help but note the parallels with his first encounter with the Legion - Shane, Lord of Mau and those emissaries he traveled with.
"Set your men to the task of gathering the wounded, Lord Noctis. If you wish to speak with me, do so now. Time is precious."
Beyruun coiled warily about Krayth's wrist, concealed by the black cuff of his attire. The Anima's eyes did not leave Srin for a moment.
