(I hope you realize that both me and Kai are in hiding, Kai using stealth that and me completely blocking my chakra flow)
As he watched both the shinobis leave, he looked over at Kai and pointed at the shinobi in which he had sensed. The Raikage is with Outou...there's no way they could even hope to attempt a strike here...not within Cloud, without endangering Outou. Besides, they completed this part of the mission: Track down the shinobi. Considering the shinobi was from Cloud...his brother may want to act a certain way. Signaling to Kai to hightail it out of there, Axel took off to the gates of Cloud.

Kingu entered the Training Grounds, ignoring anyone in the area while focusing his powerful Rinnegan hues on any active chakra sources. As he glanced at his surroundings he unveiled a small scroll and prepared to train for the day.
He first stretched his muscles and then focused on channeling his chakra throughout his body, making it easier to mold once he practised a technique.

He raised a slim eyebrow, finding it odd for the girl to be talking to him. Idly he wondered if he had aided her some time in the past but soon dimissed the thought. She was completely unfamiliar and only heightened his dismay when he realized he had made NO verbal contact with anyone since his promotion to Chuunin.
This, however didn't mean he needed to be nice to other ninja. Supressing a scowl his simply answered her in a single word. "Hi," and began molding his chakra into miniscule strings and directed them into his brain.

The strings of chakra would easily worm into his brain, and attach themselves to multiple surfaces and direct electrical signals in a fashion to check for any abnormailities within his mind. Such a thing was not easy and only through his vigilence did he managed to determine nothing wrong on the surface of his mind.

Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.

Angelica Hyuuga Cloud|Weapon specialist|Hyuuga clan|Blessing of Nature XXXXXXA young female with extremely long blond hair and a bun in the back of her head with two chopsticks walked into the training grounds. She had some blond hair infront of her shoudlers and the rest in the back with pure white eyes. Her kimono was black and white, the white to resemble her clan/bloodline the Hyuuga. And the black was just matching the white.Her usualy Blessing of Nature bow and arrows were fans with ribbons at the end

She walked over to the water source the raikage provide for her and sat indian sytle meditating, then when that was done, she stood up and created a string of chakra from the tip that was the same length as her arm, then she tried to spell her middle name in cursive but only spelled Lo before it reverted back(1/2)"
