 Kai "Life Is Full of Darkness"===========================================
Kai nodded at the guard as they moved aside, allowing him entrance. One of the guard even opened the door for him. "Thank you." Kai said politely and with a smiled as he clasped his palm and walked in. The guard then would find a gold coin in the palm of his hand and felt that it is his lucky day. Kai knew that he have made a friend and maybe an ally. A good thing to have for people like him.
Kai walked into the grand room and knelt down on one knee in the present of the Dark Lord. "My lord." Kai said his polite greeting and saluted the man. His closed fist went to his heart, then back to his side. He wondered whether it was the salute of the Dark Empire. He knows for a fact that it was a salute of an empire, some several thousand miles from here, but not so sure whether it is this one or not. Well, either way, he did his salute, something a polite and loyal subject would do. Now all he have to do is wait for the lord reply and answer any question needed, and hopefully after this he would get his reward and get some more training in. He do so like to train.

Shri followed Kai as he walk into the palace. He could not help but glared at one of the guard as he walked pass him. The man was glaring at him too and if he was alive and himself, he would have ripped the man head from his shoulder and be done with him. He held back his anger though, knowing that he is now not a normal Hibagon anymore. 'What am I then?' The question came up and Shri could not help but wondered as he carry the other two, unconscious, Hibagons on his shoulders. He looked at them and sighed loudly, a very tired and bothered sigh.
Shri followed Kai into the grand room and saw his master knelt. Shri knows not why his master did it, but he did know that if his master knelt to a man, then he better knelt too. Shri knelt down some several feet behind Kai. He dropped the two Hibagons onto the floor though, not really knowing whether or not he should do it but he really do not like to carry them around anymore. He just hope that he have not done something that would cause his master to be disappointed in him.

 Ryuu Yukio=========================================== Ryuu stopped at the Medical facilities and got healed. He started to make his way to the Dark Lord's Lair. Once he got here he looked at the guards then walked inside. He saw Lord Fuzen and bowed. Ryuu then walked next to Kai and mirrored his movements. XXXJinsoku watched as everyone entered his lair. He scratched his head as he looked around. He chose to address the members of his empire first. Jinsoku clapped slowly and softly as he looked at Kai and the Hibagons. "Impressive you've even made one of them become your pet. Now that is something extraordinary. Well done. You may leave to go learn more spells. The guard will have your reward waiting for you...well part of it anyway. You'll receive the rest later." Jinsoku nodded at the guards as they would hand Kai 1,000 shillings when he left. Looking down at Ryuu, Jinsoku was quite disappointed. "Well. It seemed that mission was a bit too much for you. Well then I have a feeling that soon. I will have a greater use for you. You are dismissed." Jinsoku stood as he walked over to the Light Lord's Second. "Interesting that the new light lord would be so willing to send his second to my nation when we had just bombed his." Jinsoku chuckled as bit before continuing. "Well then. As for the insurance money, yes the Dark Empire will pay you back after the High Priest has been killed, you have my word but I suppose that is not good enough for you hmm? Well do you have one of those flimsy pieces of paper called a contract for me to sign. Though to be quite honest I do not see much of a difference between having one of those things signed or just telling you I'm going to do whatever it is you needed done. Though, I can not argue with light beings and their simplistic ways I suppose. Where are the dotted lines mon ami?" Jinsoku folded his arms as he waited for Kotta to respond.

Kai placed his hand on his chest, thanking the Dark Lord as the soldier handed him the 1,000 shilling. He gratefully accepted the reward, or part of it anyway, and slowly stood back up. Before he began to leave though, he bowed respectfully to the Dark lord and voice his comment. "My lord. Shri is not my pet, but he is my loyal servant, just as how I am your loyal servant." He does not know whether that was out of line or something, but hearing Shri being called a pet caused him to feel a slight hint of anger. He handed the bag of Shilling over to Shri and gratefully bowed respectfully one last time before turning around and walk out of the palace. He smiled at the thought of learning more magic and pushed the thought of what just happen away. Thing was truly looking up for him. He wondered about what he should do, what he should learn. "Everything?" He asked himself and chuckled as he walk pass the guards outside and gave them a thumb up. They smiled at him and waved good bye as he walked pass them and toward the Great Academy, where his armory will grow bigger.

Shri took the bag of Shilling from his master and placed them in the pouch by his side, where all of the money are kept. It agreed that if he was to carry the money, none would dare to steal it, or try to steal it anyway. He watched as how his master slowly and gratefully walked away. He was about to follow after him but remembered that he is in the present of the dark lord and bowed respectfully before standing up and followed his master. Though the bow was not as respectful as it could be. He wished that the dark lord have not called him a pet, for he is not a pet, or a slave, but instead he is his master servant, his blood warrior. "I am better than a pet." He muttered to himself and walked pass the guard without making any comment and follow his master to the academy.

For a moment he was terrified that Lord Fuzen would kill him. He walked outside of the room pulling on his hood as he went. He looked at the guards with an maliciously, daring them to say anything. He saw Shiri put the thousand gold pieces into a pouch. He didn't know what he was going to do now. With no mission and no one to hang out with. Kai walked up to one of the guard and was about to open his mouth to talk before he turned around and walk inside. A confused expression went up on Kai face as he looked at the guard. The other guards started chuckling and Kai wondered why. He thought about asking them but afraid that they too would turn around and walk away. So instead, Kai just stood there and wait for anything to happen. One of the guard walk up to him and told him that the guard that just walk away knew who he was and what he want so he just went in to announce Kai present. Kai breathed out a sigh of relieve as he chuckled nervously and sighed again, this time it wasn't a sigh of relieve. He shrugged it off, literally doing it, and stood there and wait to be call in. He hoped that his shadow, back at the academy, could hurry up and finish his job because Kai is standing there under the light without any shadow what so ever. He just hope that the guards would not notice because it would be weird. He doesn't want to be looked at weird. Not after what happen in his past.

Shri arrived shortly after his master did and too stood still behind him. He wondered why is it that the other guards was chuckling, and why his master started chuckling too after hearing what ever it is that the other guard said to him. He never got the answer though for he dare not to ask the question. It just seem too stupid to ask them out loud and asking question is not something in which he do, not with his profession and stuff. So instead, Shri just stood there with his hand on his sword handle and his other hand on his club, also strapped on his side, which is weird since they are usually strapped to his back. Unlike his master, Shri have his shadow with him.

The guard walked back out and motioned for him to enter. Kai could tell that the Dark Lord was not in the mood and such for a visit after he walked into the dark hall. As he knelt down in front of the Dark Lord, Kai wondered on what he should do. He hoped that the Dark Lord would sent him out on another mission, maybe something in which he can be gone for a long time. He doesn't care much about the reward at that point. All he care about is either getting himself a new pet, or training. Both would be great, but he only needed one. "I'm ready for my next mission." He finally said out loud after some thought.

Unlike the last time, Shri did not follow his master into the palace. Last time he followed because he was require to carry the other Hibagons on him, this time there was no need for him to go in. So instead, Shri stood out side of the great door, his spiked club on his right hand, waiting for his master to come back out. His club must be something that is rare to see around for the guards was staring at it as though it is...something rare. Shri was somewhat proud of that. It is one of the few thing in which he can be proud of. So instead of standing there on the door step, wishing that his master would hurry up, Shri stood there with a beaming smile on his face as he watched the guards admiring his weapon.

 Death"Come, the end is near."=========================================== There was a flash of steel, and a chain shot out of the shadows outside the door, wrapping around and binding the unnaturally animated Hibagon in an instant. The end of the chain quickly grew taut as a black cloaked figure came forth, the chain seemingly coming out of the figure's sleeve as the cloak obscured any features from view. The guards tensed up at this being's presence, but did not attack. They knew this figure, it was one which came often to visit the dark lord, but they still could not help but tense, never knowing if they were the one he was there for. The figure moved forward quickly, walking straight through the closed doors as if they weren't even there, the Hibagon being pulled along behind him by the chains going through just as easily. Upon reaching the boy kneeling before the dark lord, the figure's free hand reached out with a quick motion towards him, but pulled back seemingly without touching the boy. However, it was obvious that he had, as clutched between fingers of bone, were two books. Magical tomes that had somehow come into his possession. "I'll be taking these." The figure rasped out, tossing the books into the air as they seemed to vanish straight into the ether. A blunt expression was on the young girl's face as she walked passed the doors and looked upon her king. Unfortunately, she had fallen asleep for quite some time, chasing rabbits and what nots...in truth, she didn't know why she had suddenly stop answering the lord's requests and what nots. Now it was time to pretend she had never disappeared, inching toward his throne she witnessed others near and more surprisingly....death himself.....scratching the back of her head, she stood as if she were Queen herself, yawning with her great tail sway to and forth in the glory that was her.
