I hate MTV stare
Well, anyway. I think alot of problems is that if there's someone who doesn't know what video games are really and doesn't understand them, I personally have a hard time trying to explain it to them, because THEY AREN'T INTERESTED IN WHAT I LIKE. I have always been single, so I can't say for certain what it's like in a bf/gf situation, but everyday people who don't know about my interests (video games, anime, manga, JRock, fantasy books, etc.) are just "I don't know what you're talking about, and I don't care. I'm freaking ignorant so I'm gonna not be interested to so that I can seem better than you." I just wish that people could just say "Hey! You keep talking about Final Fantasy? What is it? What's an RPG? I don't know much about video games, but could you explain? You keep ranting and raving about it so it must be good!" I just wish people had interests, or CARED ABOUT MY INTERESTS AND OPINIONS AND NOT JUST ABOUT TEXTING OR PEOPLE IN THEIR CLASS 4 YEARS AGO OR THE FOOTBALL LAST WEDNESDAY OR THE DANCE THAT'S ON SATURDAY! Though, on the other hand, if your shut up the entire day playing video games and not spending time with anybody, that's not good either. You should spend time with people first, then play all you want, with an occasional all Saturday video game day.

Some of those girls that get upset, shouldn't be upset cause if they aren't giving the guy attention that he needs on a personal level, and no I'm talking about sex. Then we turn to video games to get things off our minds, if a women upsets us or we upset them we cool off by playing video games.

Wow, you must be having it really bad to be jealous over a video game, and I don't see why you should be jealous that every waking moment isn't devoted to you. I think in that case, the guy should be looking for a girl that plays games too, otherwise he might never get peace.

All I really have to say is no your not crazy because I'm perfectly fine with my video game junkie boyfriends. I think girls should just try to have fun and join in, instead of getting mad everytime they see their guy on Xbox...Heaven Forbid rolleyes
I mean to be fair guys put up with girls who are hours late, who spent more time on their make-up then with them, and who ignore them over the stupidest fights. I mean give the guys a break, let them play. And maybe you could try and play with him. I mean sure you might not be good but at least your not at home blowing steam out your ears because hes late.

That sucks. I can kinda see why that would be bad for non-gamers, but COME ON! It can't be THAT bad. At least, I don't think so.
And besides, we have an advantage. ninja

What's really bad is that they were talking about it on the radio this morning. About girlfriends and their problems with relationships, kind of like the MTV thing she was talking about. Some girl actually slept with her boyfriend's friend simply because she said she was getting back at him for cheating on her, and she said later it was because he was always playing games. I just don't understand why you'd want to be jealous over a game. I could understand you feeling left out that you and him can't share something, but is it really that big a deal? These girls on the shows really need a life.
