Laura stared intently on a small creature holding as still as it need to in the grass to hide from her. With one hand she scribbled down information onto a note book she held in her left hand. The creature took the opportunity to hop off but Laura was right after the poor grasshopper. After a few bounces she caught it by it's back leg and opened her mouth wondering if it would taste alright.

"Nah," she said pulling further from her face. "If i ate ever research victim I wouldn't have anything to compare you to wouldn't I Mr. Grass Mc'hopper." while holding it she neatly put her notes into a black fanny pack and pulled out a miniature vile with a while liquid. Letting it drip onto her subject she released it and watched it hurry away. Hm, that's insect #543 I think I'm doing rather well... I might need to check up on my larger subject soon.

Shoving away from the bar he walked towards the door.
"Vitae." A smokey voice said from the corner of the room.
"Lilith." He turned and saw the woman. She was what anyone would consider beautiful, but if he allowed himself, he'd hate her.

"V, you haven't kept in touch." She stood and stepped into his personal space.
He just stood still her black hair tumbled down her shoulders and she had what one would consider a 'curvy' figure.
"Lilith, did you want to ask me something or just hump the air?" He said crudely. She threw her head back and laughed.
"Oh, Vitae. You always humour me."

Shaylene looked up at the sky, not much of it showing from between the tree's. Sicne she wasn't watching the ground as she walked, her toe hooked on a branch, and she fell, arms thrusting out infront of her. Ow! She rolled onto her back and then climbed to her feet. Red seemed to have hurten her wrist, if the brusiing that was forming already was any indication. Oh that figures. Red growled. She was a quickly healer and knew that whatever damage she'd done to it would be healed in minutes.

Luella stopped after hearing the gunshot, and turned around. She was expecting some old hunter out for some pheasants, but didn't expect another blond girl like her. She looked to be around Luella's age and she admired her, being able to single-handedly wipe out a roaming pack of werewolves.
"Erm, thanks," She grinned, " for saving my life, I forgot to pack my werewolf stuff." Then her eyes widened, her tongue had slipped out that she herself hunted the nightworld...
Darn, let's hope she isn't a vampire, or if she is one, let's hope, she isn't bright enough to get my faulty clue...

Charley arched a brow. "You're pretty careless. You are going to die the way your carrying on. You make enough noise to wake the dead." Pun not intended. Charley set her gun back at her waist and looked down at the nearest corpse. She shoved over with a small grunt and began searching his torn clothes for ID. She got a wallet that was leather bond and flipped it open to rummage in it. She mentally noted the surname and photograph. "Who do you work under?" She said quickly looking up at the girl as she tucked the wallet into her own pocket.

V rolled his eyes. "Lilith, I've no time to play with you."
Lilith wrapped her arms around his neck pressing intimately against him. "Well, your mother seems to differ in opinion... She came to my house last night. It was quite the surprise."
V's eyes narrowed suspisciously.
"She has convinced me that you should start settling down. And-"
"No!" He said harshly backing away and pulling her arms off of him. "That is her agenda, not mine. Ever! Especially with the likes of you." He turned around sharply and dissappeared. That witch! She was using spells. His mother would never propose marriage between thier families... would she? He shook his head. Must have been a spell.

Red jumped when she heared a gunshot ring in the air. She became nervous, pulling hood farther down over her eyes. A rustling in the bushes around ehr made her walk faster, and she bit her lip.

V walked quickly down the sidewalk pulling out a cell phone. "Mother." He spoke to the phone as it rung. Over the line: "Yes?"
"What the hell!? Did you suggest a marriage to Lilith Hearth!?"
There was a silent pause. "Yes, I did."

After a while, Shaylene found herself in a town and she looked at the old buildings. Lovely. She whispered. Red continued walking, ehr eyes on the ground.

"How dare you!?" V whispered harshly into the phone. "She's despicable and everyone knows it! Why would you-"
"Vitae. Marriage is the highest form of self-preservation and you must marry soon if ******** that! I know you better than that. You don't care what the hell I do! You've got something to gain from this! And I'm going to find out what!" He shut the phone with a sharp snap, his mind fuming in anger.

Red pushed her hood off her head, shakingotu her long blonde hair and then turned blue eyes back to the ground so that she woulnd't fall. her wrist had already healed and she felt ehr stomach start to cramp. She was hungery. Red rolled her eyes at herself and began looking around for somewhere that would serve decant food.

V breathed to calm himself then flipped his phone open again. "Sampson." The phone rang until a burley male voice came through it. "Sampson, I need you to come pick me up now, as where we agreed."
