Hi I'm Matthew but just call me Matt ((Yeah I use my real name on gaia.)) so yeah let's get this started. You should know 1. I'll do any kind of RP's as long as I know what it's about. PM me the details.
2. I'm a semi-literate. At least 3 sentences guys.
3. I'm a relaxed guy if you got a problem tell me.
4. I'll post in private chat or PM. I just like looking back at my old RP's sometimes so if we do PMing I'll copy and paste our posts on Wordpad. It's like reading a story somebody and I wrote.
5. Straight RP's would be liked. Not that I'm not ok with gays and such it's just I'm not that comfortable yet. sweatdrop Sorry.
6. Please for the love of ((insert-deity-here)) please be a bit dedicated. I know we may live in different timezones but post some ok? By the way I'm in Eastern Timezone.

Okay. So I'm new to this guild, but there the new-ness ends.
I''ve been on Gaia since '03, and I'm quickly coming up on my 33rd birthday. I've been roleplaying for a good solid 22 years or so. I'll roleplay just about anything that is allowed under the Gaia ToS. For some guidelines to what I as a player like or don't, see below.
Likes:
Drama, Action, Thrillers, Sci-Fi, High Magic Fantasy, Low Magic Fantasy, No Magic Fantasy, Intellectual, Plot driven, free form, et al.
Dislikes:
Teenage Love Drama - Dear Lord, spare me from having to face yet another story hinging on two high schoolers figuring out who has the hots for who. *shudder*
Otherwise, hit me with your best, your worst, and everything in between.

Oh, and as to writing style, I can belt 'em out at a page per post if I don't put the brakes on. I can provide links to examples around Gaia if anybody wants to see what I mean.

Okay. So I have this gathering of world building data that I was putting together for an RP in another guild a year or so ago, when interest in it suddenly dried up, blew away, and was forgotten.
The question I have is this: Is there anyone here, new or otherwise, that would want to partake in an original open-world fantasy roleplay. Meaning, the only established material about the world, the setting, etc. is what I have assembled. Of course, I have assembled quite alot. And by open-world, I mean that when first imagined, it was my thought that the world we would play in would be built by those that wanted to play in it.
Anyways, if anyone is interested, shoot me a PM, I'll shoot a link to all the stuff there is at the moment, and you can make up your mind from there.

Info About Me
- I am literate. I usually write around 3 paragraphs, 2 if I'm lazy or it's not a good day for me, 5 if it's a very good day. Therefore, I'd like my roleplaying partners to be as literate.
- I am a student. Can't roleplay during those hours.
- I'm active. I check back here at least once a day. Please don't die out on me. I get attached to roleplays, and it sucks when I'm abandoned. That also means: please don't post like once a week or something. I'll be dying from anxiety.
- I roleplay over threads, public or private. I don't normally do PMs, so it'll be a bit awkward.
Currently Craving
I am currently very much craving Pokemon roleplays. Whether they're in a group or 1x1, I don't care, I just want to get in one of them! I'm also fine with doing roleplays with genres fantasy, historical fiction, school-based, series/book based, romance [just a little], and maybe a few others, depending on the plot.
Genres I don't do
I don't participate in science fiction and drama genre roleplays. Science fiction because the creator usually attempts to create this whole complicated storyline and world, and it usually doesn't work out. Plus, it's boring. Drama because I have enough in my real life. I like to get away from it all on Gaia.

Hello Fellow Gaians! It has been ages since I have had a decent roleplay. Too long I've been settled for illiterate roleplayers just to get my cravings satisfied. I think I deserve better so why not try my luck here.
I typically roleplay over PM's, I've never roleplayed over forumns, mostly because I'm intimidated by all the pretty post stylings! I'm not as creative to code such beauties, but if anyone feels like teaching a old dog new tricks I would be ever greatful!
A little bit about myself and my roleplaying first:
+ I am a female, 20 years old, from Canada
+ I am a hopeless romantic! So romance is a must-have!
+ I'm literate/Advanced lit roleplayer (Averaging 3-5+ paragraphs)

So I've got this roleplay in Barton town.. I'll tell you what it is about beneath, and you can find the roleplay Here. I hope you'll take a look ^^. This is the new era. Everyone seems to know everything about everyone. Everyone is the same, but they all think they’re different. But they’re not, as said before, everyone is the same. They’re humans, pawns in the game of life. From above, a game started. Deciding the life of the people by simply throwing the dice. But these creatures humans call ‘gods’ grew tired of it, so they decided to start a new, special game.
Now, these gambling gods never cared much for humanity. If they all died, they could create a new form of life after all. They got bored of throwing the dice, so they made up the ultimate gamble. Six persons would be chosen to change. They were just random persons, in the same country. But theyd all lose something and end up different than all the others. One blind, one deaf, one could not feel, one mute, one could not smell, and the last one could not walk. There was no explanation to be found, no one knew why they lost their ability to smell, see, talk or anything else. These six, in exchange for their loss, all got one power. Or actually, one sense to be 'tripled'. But that alone wouldn’t make this game exciting. It wouldn’t be a good bet.
Therefore, they decided on trying something else. One year after the six lost something, They all got a dream which told them about the situation. The earth was in danger, the gods were gambling. Gambling on the six with a missing. The six had to come together in a cave just outside the city. Each was told about their power, and their mission. They had to find the lost god, the key to survival. They would get clues on the way, but if they took the wrong way, there would always be a penalty. And if they didn’t succeed in time, all would be lost. One month was the time limit.
However, as they go on their trip to save the world, there’s something they don’t know of yet.. The ultimate dance battle at the end of the line. What will become of this game? Is there a way to cheat, to turn the dices?
Let the game begin.

ok, i am bored.
i do almost any type of rp, but for romance, master/slave and war
i do 1x1 and group ones
i am probably considered semi-lit (this isn't how i post in RPs, i use better punctuation and all in RPs)
i am on daily, though the times vary
i prefer being a girl, though i will play a guy. just don't expect it to be the best.
right now, i want to try out a 1x1 master/slave, with me being the slave, or a romance rp (never done either master/slave or romance, so this will be mostly practice for me). PM me for any 1x1 to work out details
