"So if they aren't targeting strong opponents that kind of puts a kink in our plans." said Tenrai disapointedly. Then he realized something. "We still might be on to something with the gate to Earth though. Even if we aren't going to make any progress with the other distraction, they wouldn't miss an oppertunity to destroy our only gate to Earth. In my opinion we should guard the gate with one team, and go searching for them with the other team then." said Tenrai, confident in his plan.

"And how would you go about splitting these teams?" Hikari asked. "None of us are on equal footing with each other so they can't possibly be even. And a few of us"-at this she glanced at Slash-"are only good for so much. Not a single person in this room can take out an arrancar solo. And most of us would have to work together to take down even half."

At Hikari's last statment Tenrai began a small chuckle. "My good friend. I don't believe that anyone said anything about killing any arrancar." said Tenrai with a small smile still on his face. "I believe with our numbers we could capture and interrogate one or more of them. We just need to surprise them, and surpress their power." said Tenrai now looking around surpriesed by his sudden idea. "Does anyone have a plan to go with my strategy?" Tenrai asked.

Oath was mumbling in his sleep, as everyone else was talking. While the Hikari person was talking, though, he said, "Thanks for underestimating us, strange lady," which strangely fit into the conversation. Cause in his dreams, he was talking to some woman, along with the Naruto person. It was after their fight, and they were both somewhat cut up. The lady had blond hair, a green jacket, and a gray shirt. She also had blue pants, with a blue sash thing to hold them up.

Yamoto bursts out laughing at the statment Hikari made. it was so funny he collasped to the floor in sheer amsuement. "Oh god that is to much." Regainig his composure, Yamoto looks at the entire group. "Let me tell you something about the espada. Only the top four are considered to be captain level in terms of strength and reiatsu. The rest are around that of a low vice-captain or a third seat or lower depending on their powers. As for the rest of the arrancar, they are pawns mere foot soilders a shinigami whith a little bit of training could handle an arrancar and probbaly kill it." Yamoito looks at Hikari again. "Oh and technically you were never in any danger at the hospital, that Arrancar couldn't have gotten near you if he had wanted too. Plus he was going after envy more than you."

Akira noticed the new person entering the room and he acknowledged her her abilities place in this matter. To Akira she was perfect for the hidden third support team. As for what Hikari was saying Akira had nothing to say, for the most part she was on a role and her view on the Arrancar wasn't far from the truth. Though she could have acknowledged the "change" in the Seireitei's shinigami. The person who started to ticked him off a bit was yamoto with his inconsidarit comment.
Akira walked over to Yamoto to stop about a foot and a half away from his face. Akira took another pull from his pipe before he began to speak in a low tone to Yamoto.
"Umm Yamoto, I'm not sure if you noticed this but you can't place everyone in the Seireitei to the same standards as yourself. I've noticed lately that most of the Vices in our home are standing between captains class and VC."
"Also our captains are growing to a level beyond that of normal captain ranks. For the most part many of them are eligable for Zero squad. so you see the thing thats ticking me off about what you just said is that you completely dismissed the lower ranks and those who aren't as exceptional as you believe everyone should be."
"We all can't go toe to toe with these Arancar and there are records of Arrancar of low level giving VC's trouble. Arrancar are the highest point of evolution of the hollows. Shinigami have trouble with those thigs already and now your going on about how easy Arrancars are to beat."
"Show some coth man, she said she's unranked. I'm not saying that you should look down on her but you should consider how hard people have to work to gain power, Idiot"
Akira simply went back to his postion onthe hollo table and went back to smoking his pipe. He looked over to Hikari an smirked. "Well Hikari we have a good bit of use here but for the most part I think i can devise a stable team out of use. It's not all about power you know."

"Look, there's no need to argue ofer our opponents. You aught to be playing at eachother's strengths and trying to strengthen their weaknesses, not exploit or look down upon." Slash glanced at Hikari for a split second. "And she does know what she is talking about, ok?" Slash looked down for a second, re-living the moment that they were in Squad 4. He remembered that the arrancar 'Hawk' easily swooped over to her when she was awaiting treatment by a healer. All it took was a fraction of a second and her life was threatened by a point-blank shot of cero straight through the face. "Look, not all of them are espada rank, but these arrancar are no joke. They have set motives, and earlier Hikari almost became part of them firsthand. Besides, they have been making a ******** mockery of our secirity since they first arrived." He held up fingers, emphasizing his point to those who were listening... "I heard that an arrancar attacked Squad 4's captain,
they've destroyed both of our soul gates to earth,
there have been random attacks around the sereitei,
they broke into both maxi and fefnir's libraries and stole information." he stopped for a second, both taking a breath and letting the shinigami surrounding him take this in. "I think that these guys deserve a little more credit than the average hollow." he sorely concluded, resuming his slightly aggrivated poise.

Oath got woken up by everyone arguing with each other. He grabbed his zanpakuto, and pulled it out of his sheath. "Dansu, Rasen no Mizu," He yelled. The sword turned into a double sided, blue lance. Water started to flow out of the lance, and was slowly starting to flood the room. "This is getting annoying. All of you stop underestimating yourselves. Quite a few of the people here can destroy a menos in one or two hits, so stop worrying. Everyone here's strong enough to take on an arrancar. If you weren't, then you shouldn't be stupid enough to be here. Unless you're some kind of crazed spartan type of person. That thinks dying in battle is so great," He said clearly and loudly enough so that everyone in the room could hear him. He gripped his lance tightly, and stopped the water. Though he had enough water around him so that he could silence anyone that would say that they were weak. "Besides, there's a reason why we're going in teams, no?" he pointed out for the people that didn't understand that. He glared at everyone in the room, besides Yamoto. Since no one would be stupid enough to glare at him. And the fact that he agreed with Yamoto.

Kurai's nose was filled with the scent of water, clean and cold. She had no desire to get wet, so she hopped up on the back of a chair, perching precariously, but seemingly balanced.
It was a pity all this arguing had finally gotten to Oath. Kurai had, thus far, been impressed with his ability to block all of this senseless bickering out and take a nap. Of course, Kurai wasn't one to talk. She had a notoriously short temper. Only silence had saved the rest of those assembled from her biting input. She was aware that she would only exacerbate the situation by speaking up.
She didn't mind the suggestion of leading a back-up team. She supposed someone had to. It was a good idea to keep a team waiting in the wings if this went sour. Still, she'd rather be in the group protecting Razil. He'd once afforded her the same courtesy. And, if she was being honest, she was more interested in combat, even her specialty did lie with slipping among the shadows.
This meeting sounded like it needed a voice of reason, and Kurai lamented the absence of her captain. Rhia was usually diplomatic and could diffuse most situations. Really, Kurai would have taken any captain--any voice of reason-- over the incessant arguing. Nothing would get done, this way, but Kurai knew she, herself, could not provide the order the group required.

Layla hopped up on the table in front of Kurai, setting her foot on the side of where Kurai was sitting. She looked at the shinigami, leaning in close to her face. Her attention was turned to her when she was the first one to hop onto a chari, avoiding the water.
"Hhhmmm, 'ello poppet, ah? I am Layla Kujiku, nice to meet you." She said in a quieter tone than those who were yelling around the room.
"I noticed you were keeping a cooler head than the others, and just wanted to say... well, I just wanted to.. to uh..."
Layla bit her lower lip's side as she tried to put into words what she was wanting to tell Kurai. She squirmed a bit, feeling a bit nervous, and then she burst it out with such energy that her body actually almost bounced towards the girl, threatening to suffocat her with clevage. lol
"Aaah, I just wanted to say I looovee your outfit, you're gorgeous!" she said, lowering herself to the floor.
She peeked at Kurai's feet, poking one of her toes, before continuing to tickle the heel of the shinigami. whee

Kurai felt the table in front of her rock as another shinigami settled upon it. The selfsame shinigami then began a very close inspection of Kurai herself. Kurai leaned back as far as her position would allow, wondering just what this girl with her very bouncy chest wanted from her.
"Er..." Kurai's blind eyes registered complete surprise. This Layla, as she remembered her name was, had her completely mystified. She blushed at the girl's declaration, stumbling over a response. "Th-thank you,"
No sooner had the words left her mouth, then Layla had hopped back to the floor, and... and... Kurai lept about a foot in the air as the girl tickled her heel. Instinct took over as she gripped the back of the chair with one hand and vaulted over her previous seat, landing lightly on the table Layla had so recently vacated.
Apprehensively, Kurai peered over the table, though the gesture was meaningless. Her frosted gaze saw nothing. Still, she felt more secure to have this strange girl in her "line of sight," as it were. "I-I'm Kuraime Shi--" She stopped short. "Kurai for short... Um... You're.. pretty, too..?"
She really wasn't certain how she was supposed to respond to this...

Watching the odd display before him, Raw wondered if this was the right place.
"Um, is this the Sandtable, or a playpin?" Rawtoon asked. He spotted Layla, looking at Kurai. "Oh, you again."
Raw nodded his head at the shinigami, he remembered her from when they were both in Earth, after the fight with the 8th Espada.
He carried on, like everyone else, awaiting something to happen that calls for the attention of those gathered here.
