(Aight.) "You seem rather surprised." David replied, grinning at Light. "But, that's rather unfortunate that you happen to be within the ranks of our enemies. No matter though. We would be more than glad to give you a rather enticing offer to join us.... in the future of course." David explained to Light. Indeed, they could certainly use someone as powerful as Light on their side, although David and Inferno would rather keep him for themselves. Certainly, gears were beginning to turn in the organization of Cruxis, "An" and "Dom" seeming to fall upon the same wheel.
"In any case, the man we are searching for... I'm sure you remember the him. Inferno has had many encounters with him, much to his detriment. The man we are looking for is... Raam." David said to his angelic counterpart. It was too dangerous to reveal the real name of who they were going after. Someone might find the information very... useful. But, David was sure that Light would know just who he was talking about, for if David an Inferno were both in Cruxis, this "Raam" would most likely be someone that Light had met before, if the past held true.

Dom stood there letting David and Light interact. It was nice seeing the three of them, a much needed reunion. The idea of Light joining Cruxis was not surprising but if it ever did happen, the wheels of fate for spin in their favor and the balance of power would be over turned on their side. Dom looked away for a bit, a dark cloud off in the distance...He wasn't sure if Raam was behind it. Raam was indeed a hard one to track. Infact with his given ability, made Raam the hardest member to get ahold of, even harder than An, Inferno and ever Sera. Raam was a master of staying hidden, only appearing when he pleased. Light was skilled at tracking targets, but if An and Dom were having problems then it should hint Light at the difficulty of such a task. Another thing that appeared to be clear was that Cruxis only had four ideas and therefore four members.

deep within the confines of the 1st fleet, sat the ruler of the Arieus. Kain, a man seemingly in his 40's, spoke quietly with the general of the second fleet. "As why I asked for your council, It is about Abyss. My trust in this fallen god is beginning to waver..." Kain spoke softly, his tone uncertain. The dark figure before him had cloaked himself, hidden beneath soft sheets of dark earth tones. the dim light of the small throne room illuminated two eyes, one blind, the other a vibrant, light green. "It is for your lordship to decide. But if it was I, if you may excuse me my lord, I would get rid of the artifact Abyss gave you. It may allow you into the abysmal realm, but I would be more concerned with who lurks there" Lord Kain nodded, waving his hand to dismiss the high general. "Maybe I could barter with the realm of hell, they seem to be missing their princess..."
((there you go, a way to get in. But you'll have to go through about 48 fleets to get to her))

♠ "Hm....." Light scratched his chin. He wasn't sure if it was from memory loss that he couldn't remember exactly who they were talking about or weather he just encountered too many shadowmancers to remember one with vague details. Although for some reason one shady man happened to pop into his head. Someone Light himself did indeed have trouble targeting.
"This Raam...Yes, I'll suppose you'll need all the good help you can get. An...Dom. I'll be hunted down to no ends if it got out that I knew the men behind the masks." Light was well aware that Heaven wouldn't necessarily be the ones after him. He chuckled and pushed his shades up once more. He'd have to keep an even lower profile now. The only ones that really knew about his alignment was the Arieus army. ♠

David smirked at Light. "I'm sure you're perfectly capable of... handling any curious eyes. And besides, we may be under different banners, but we'd be more than happy to assists you, if say a tragedy were to... attempt to take you." Now he was grinning completely maliciously, thinking of the time they would have if they were to join forces. It seemed that while quite flamboyant, David was more suited to being a demon of the battlefield than anything.
His eyes blinked out of his reverie, bringing him back to the matters at hand. "So, does this mean you'll help us then?"

♠ "Correct. I'll lend you my power this time."
He propped his thumb up and smirked to David. He'd flip the hood of his cloak up as the shadows darkened most of his facial features. All that was left was his little smirk as he turned to see Inferno vanish all of a sudden.
"Hm. Guess it's just us two. I'll hold you to that offer of saving my a**. Nothing like having one more ace up the sleeve." His smirk returned to hint that he may have already had an ace stuffed up there somewhere. Surely the partnership of David and himself was a fearsome idea of it's own. Light had no worries that such a tragedy would have a chance of happening. It was a shame Inferno had to leave but he would no doubt show up again.
"Ready when you are." ♠

(Well, I'm off for tonight. I need to get some sleep. So, shall we just leave off at Light/An looking for Raam?) David covered his face once again, the white "comedy" mask having had changed its design. Instead, it covered three-quarters of his face, leaving only the lower half of the right side of his face exposed. It curved up elegantly though, more of a curve than a line being used to separate the masked and unmasked parts of his face.
"Heh, don't worry. I have a few aces of my own." He replied to Light. "League Walker." An said, stepping forward with his right foot. A more advanced version of his "Mirage Step", this movement ability propelled An at high speeds, sacrificing precision for speed. An trusted that Light would be able to follow, Light's speed easily able to match An's pace. What kind of light angel would Light be, if he weren't extremely fast?
An made quick ground, apparently using a mirror-like shard of ice to look through the "tools" he had sent out earlier.

♠ (( Yes, sounds good. ))
"Tch, speedy little..." Light lowered his brow as he walked forward in David's direction. He had sacrificed a greater speed for other attributes...but there was one particular technique he had been meaning to try. Now was as good a time as ever.
Small spheres of light gathered and formed around the half-angel. His cloak lifted up gently from a small warm gust that swept over his entire body. With a small flash of light, the half-angel burst into the air in a white glowing streak of energy. The light arched over the trees, quickly catching up to David as glinting specks of energy coated the tree he had been leaning against.
((As soon as I come up with a cool name for what I just did I'll add it to my profile xD )) ♠

Dantes_Sin_of_Greed The hallway at the end of the stairs lit up for Zarrius. Several weird circles, each with many glyphs, were neatly aligned on the floor. From what Zarrius could tell, they were the cause of the light. Upon investigating around, Zarrius would notice something odd. There where many circles like that, on the ceiling and both walls too. They were hall lined up in order and seemed to stretch for eternity down the hallway. Which was the other unusual thing about the hallway, that despite all the light from the circles, the very end was pitch dark and didn't seem to clearly lead anywhere. (( I deleted the excess I hope you don't mind)) Zarrius stopped and noted all of the circles remembering each one storing it in his brain for further use. Zarrius walked down the hallways, after seeing no other way out. He had his senses out and Cross had gone back into Zarrius shadow storing himself but ready for further use if so called upon. Zarrius was ready for anything, Well as ready as he could be given the situation.
Zarrius was hoping to learn here perferibly from Dantes. About how he Killed Inferno then about his fighting style. Zarrius had been studying different fighting styles since he was a young man at an age where mortals could be. Zarrius did not intend to stop this.---------------- Listening to: System of a Down - Soldier Sidevia FoxyTunes

(I'll be kind...But remember the d20 Rogues moto: the Environment is out to ******** with us all.)
With the first step that Zarrius took down the hallway, the circle flared into action. In a matter of seconds, Zarrius boots were reduced down to their base, elemental components. 2 Seconds after that, Zarrius' feet would feel the cold marble of the temple. 1 Second after that, Zarrius should not have feet, due to the same fate that befell the boots. Due to lack of feet, Zarrius should have fallen over in some manner onto the circle, and the rest after that, is Elemental.
(Note, by using the word Should, I am not attempting to control your character in any means.)

(( I know, Its basic role playing.)) The second Zarrius shoes began to be reduced He was in the air standing on a wall of mental energy. Zarrius normally had fast reaction timing and with him being ready for something he would be up almost instantly but the elements did take off about half his sole on one foot and a almost all of the other one. Zarrius looked at the circle and thought Interesting.... I am beginning to like the Raphael more and more. Zarrius threw a knife at the next circle ready to defend himself. He wanted to be safe.

The Knife just simply passed through the Circle. No activation happened, it just seemed as though the knife phased through solid matter. The Circle then evaporated into dust. The good news for Zarrius is that there were now about 38 circles left. The bad news, is that the hallway seemed fairly long.
