There was something of a tranquil anxiousness as the group waited for the fireworks to start, Dumuzi’s pokemon seemed to be getting worked up as they chattered and conversed among each other while they passed time waiting for the festival to properly come to a close. Dumuzi sat there, smiling gently as she made sure that Tenanye wasn’t going to roll off her lip while gently stroking Niamh’s fur and trying to ignore the strange, tickling sensation of having Tam Lin scurry around on top of her head and trying to get comfortable… or was he just simply playing in her hair for reason’s unknown, maybe he was just moving from one conversation to the next. It was hard to tell to be honest, but Du wasn’t too upset with the damage to her hair that she was going to have a hell of a time combing out. Between Isis and Leon ruffling her hair and Tam Lin playing with it, she was going to have to spend some serious time with a brush and some conditioner. Dumuzi`s mind wandered around a bit as she sat among the playful chaos of the pokemon and their interactions, she found herself wishing that the festival wouldn`t end so soon. She didn’t want to get changed back into those ugly boy clothes that she had, but she knew that she couldn`t wear a Yukata while traveling around either. Maybe after her first contest when she got a little pocket money she would be able to pick a few things up from a store, but she should really try and ration what was left of her money in the meantime. It wasn’t like she could phone mommy up and ask her for money at this point… that would certainly not go over well. A part of these journeys was about growing up and experiencing the world and poverty was very much a part of that. She was going to have to wait for a while before getting things that she wanted and focused on things that she was going to need. Material for her costumes, material for the pokemon’s presentation, the food for herself and her pokemon… it was going to be expensive starting out, hopefully the payoff would balance out and she wouldn’t have to worry so much about that. At the very least, she should be able to keep her head above water until she was able to start winning her contests and getting more contest money.

Sable was glad for the momentary distraction as Sonoko handed back the P*DA."Alright. See ya when I see ya,"the teen said as the white-haired female left, then looked back at Darren as he expressed shock over the fact that Jin had gotten a hold of a Keystone. The Zorua didn't seem to mind much, if at all, that Darren wanted a look at the pin. In fact, since Sable had gotten a touch distracted, Jin had held the pin out for a moment so Darren could get a better look at it.
Jin chuckled a bit at all the fuss over a tiny little pin."Uh, yeah. At least, that's what the guy running the booth said it was. Why?"The Zorua looked back and forth between the two trainers, then down at the pin he was holding."Is this tiny stone really so important? I mean, the guy said they're useful for trainers, but I just thought..."Jin quickly cut himself off and looked over at Darren to keep Sable from being able to see the blush crossing his face. He just thought he was getting something nice, but apparently it was something a lot more special.
Sable cleared her throat a bit to both get her own voice back in order and to grab Jin's attention again. By the time he looked back, he managed to at least hide the blush that was on his face with another layer to his illusion."Well, I'll admit this is my first time seeing one this close, but yeah, they're special. Someone that's done special research on this thing'd be able to explain it better, but the gist of it is that if a trainer holds one of those and a Pokemon holds a corresponding stone, it can push a Pokemon's power past commonly-known limits,"the teen explained, then chuckled when Jin still seemed confused about it."Both Keystones and Mega Stones are rare, though, and only certain Pokemon are compatable with certain Mega Stones anyway. The Keystone might be universal, but it's useless if the wrong Pokemon's holding the wrong Mega Stone."
Jin nodded a bit, still having questions, but got sidetracked when Flynn returned with Bolt and a bunch of prizes in tow. Darren was extatic with the two Pokemon, especially since they brought him a pair of those strange incenses. They also brought him a lantern which, in turn, made Darren start questioning Jin."Oh, yeah. Apparently those things act like the incenses except that they only attract ghost Pokemon," he explained, then winced as he felt his trainer glare at him."You got me something that'll haunt me? That's supposed to cheer me up?"Jin laughed a bit and hugged Sable since she seemed to be feeling better. He was careful not to make her sip her coffee when he did so, since it'd be a shame to get rid of the thing that was making her feel better."Hey, I'm here, right? Any ghosts try going after you, they'll regret it~"With no one else to see other than the nurse, Jin didn't even try to hide his tail as it poked out and swished side to side in a lazy wag.
Sable couldn't help but blush a bit herself as she was suddenly hugged, but she did a much better job of hiding it quickly thanks to her cup of coffee. She quickly took a sip of the drink so that she could avoid anyone spotting the tinge of pink working its way across her face. Honey, being an insect, still noticed something in the air and giggled a bit. Sable glanced over at the bee, then thought for a moment before pulling out her tickets. She doubted she'd be able to use it all that well, but it couldn't hurt to get one... Maybe..."Hey, you said there were Mega Stones at the booth earlier, right?"the trainer asked as she turned her head to look at Jin's face as best as she could while still being hugged by him."How many tickets were they?"
Jin tilted his head as he thought, then let go of his trainer and straightened up."They're pretty pricy. Each one takes... Well, about a hundred times how many tickets Darren has left,"The Zorua answered, changing his answer at the last moment due to noticing that Flynn presented Darren with the remaining three tickets from their prize raid. Sable turned to look, too, and couldn't help but letting out a snort of amusement before reaching over and rubbing the Charmander's head as well."Well, at least you two still brought him a pretty good haul."Jin smiled a bit at the teen's words towards the two Pokemon, knowing that yeah, he could probably have gotten her more stuff, but he needed what he got for himself and was glad he could get something important for her and still have some tickets left over.
While the Pichu was praised, Sable pulled out her hoard of tickets and started counting them out. She counted them in sets of ten and stacked them in piles of fifty, ultimately ending up with five piles of fifty before she brought them back into one large pile."Darn, looks like I'm fifty short..."the teen muttered, only to get another stack of fifty held a few inches in front of her nose."Would these help?"Sable blinked a few times, then hesitantly took the stack of tickets from Jin's hand. She gave him a light glare at what she felt, though, and got a smirk in return as she moved a finger to slide the Mega Pin Jin got for her out from under the stack of tickets. The teen ultimately cracked a smirk, though and worked on replacing the pin she currently had on her cloak with the one Jin had gotten her."Thanks..."she muttered, although she was still uncertain about whether she could make good use of it or not.

Marx was a bit preoccupied for a bit, but then announced that Cheria had won her gym battle. "That's great! I remember I had a tough time with Viola, so i'm glad she made it through the battle!" Rose exclaimed in response, smiling. Even though she had her doubts on if the blond really even liked her at all, she was truly happy to hear that she succeeded. The red head returned to digging with her shell, widening the ditch she had made.
Not too long after, Marx seemed to have found something. Sableye interrupted him, launching at the found object and trying to eat it. Unfortunately for the ghost, it didn't seem to be edible and he threw it back at his trainer. Rose was a bit frightened by the whole scene, but managed not to scream or scramble away.
