Lance felt the faintest of dark energy that was giving way just west of his position, fearing that Scarlett is the one battling he ran as fast as he could to the battle, Knowing he was free and had what he relied on the most his true inner demon with the Salazar blood trait..

Xion had been nearby watching all that was going on in the forest in his search for Morik. As the man was ripped away from what was left of the forest Xion would see the weapon that had been left behind. In a flash the dragon was next to the sword already reaching out to grab hold of it. He wasn't sure what the black liquid was or why the weapon had been left behind but he could use an actual weapon instead of relying on his claws.

Icharus felt the imense power being channeled as the nebula blade formed itself to the dragons needs and pulled the fluid from the crater into a brace upon the dragon which would allow the sword to be summoned at the behest of the user.
He closed his eyes and let himself fall from the high atmosphere of the earth his gauntlets charged fully with sunlight allowing Icharus to challenge the dragon and his new scource of power.
Icharus would plummet through the clouds lighting them as he fell it would streak down before him like a cascade of light and as he broke through the clouds he would cause sonic vibrations, he closed his eyes and used the slightest effort to create low pressure cushions which would slow him down until it was safe to open his wings.
Icharus would finally open his white and gold wings and allow himself to float to the top edge of the crater over looking the dragon. "I challenge you dragon to test your new power against my power,"Icharus said just loud enough to be heard in polite conversation.

Lance was getting frustrated with trying to find scarlett in the abyss and with a timer set to abyss's new revolution, Lance has to act fast to stopping it.. So he contiued his search, but in the dark gloom of someplace with no light nor feeling, it's hard to sense and even focus.. Lance then sat down and took a break to regain strenth in case of a battle, or scarlett.

(Dead my a**, it,s going to take alot more that that to kill the Emperor of the realms of Man. Morik lives through avatars, and when a body is destroyed, his mind is yanked out of the body and back to his original body instead of dying with the body he created out of magic and shadow. Solar dissolved the link between the true body and my avatars, which means now the only way I can fight, is if I take my true body off the golden throne, the body that was blasted and destroyed in my fight with Inferno in the beginning of the second thread, where my eye was torn out and my arm burned away, the body that is holding Luna, the black rapier of the Seraphim Raphael. Morik Draven is most certainly not dead, but I am taking extensive time to repair my body before the coming storm)

Scarlett had indeed slipped into a secure dimension. The perfect place for Abyss to complete his final evolution into his own real body, one of few in millions of years. As Scarlett laid upon the ground her stomach trembled, a feeling of dread in the tainted air accompanied the next horrific scene. A black tendril pierced it's way out from within, the tendril morphing into a liquid like substance which creeped away from the ragged hole. forming the body of a tall middle aged man, thin, lanky, and dressed in a royal dress made of black satin and gold encrusted with amethysts.
"Almost there... just a few things to take care of..."

Lance felt the chilling sensation that time is running out and he still can feel any pressense of Scarlet... "Danm you Abyss, cowardly running will not stop me from finding you an tearing you apart.." He said picking up the faintest of energy, he didn't know if it was Scarlet, but he was deturnmined to find out..

There was a deep rumbling in the earth, and in the realms of hell, between the twin peaks of blackspire, a granite door opened, and a black mist flowed from the open gateway
"I... LIVE!"
The ground IN HELL shook and the ashen sky blackened. Fires were quenched across the plains for miles, and raw chaos bled from the gate, the power of the warp flowing into hell
"Pharaun... USURPER!"
With that, the blackened form of Morik Draven vanished, reappearing in the tower of his half brother

Pharaun was struck dumb
"B-b-but, how?"
Morik reached out and wiped his protective wards with a thought
"The truth. NOW"
"Dear Brother, I have nothing to hide from you..."
Pharaun was panicking, his magical energy raining
"Even if you dont have something to hide, you still have something to fear"
Morik reached into his chest and grabbed his soul, pulling it into the black orb in his chest and utterly destroying
"thee will be no opposition of my last black crusade. humanity now stands alone"

"...It seems we are here, brother..." Then man with black hair muttered. The raven on his shoulder cackled mockingly. "Yes I know, it seems that the majority of this dimension is pitiful... However, there ARE some diamonds among coal, so to speak." He replied, putting a finger to his mouth tentatively.
Sucking a breath in through his teeth, Hugin sighed disdainfully. "I wish they would stop their religious squabbling. However, this could be the perfect opportunity to pick up so new souls, yes?"
"Yes, I thought so too. Well, I hope these Cruxis fellows are rather amiable."
