Ike "I fight for my friends."  "I only feel so strongly because I know the results of this sort of thinking." Ike said simply. He had been through many trials, and had fought for much of his life. He had seen what war could do, and what negative thought could do to ruin the peace after one. "Peace is fragile. You can't expect..." he paused. "...Never mind. Just keep what I said in mind." He wasn't trying to make her feel bad, but he wanted her to understand the consequences of such thoughts when you meant to build peace."My magic is more than adequate enough to defend me, I assure you." That was certainly true. He was one of, if not the most powerful wielder of magic in his world. Not to mention his tactical mind that was a huge asset in combat. He was about to reply to what she said, but then at her last words, he seemed slightly surprised. "I... don't think you could handle me, really." The way he said it made it sound like he meant that she wasn't strong enough to, but that wasn't exactly what he meant. Though it sounded that way. As she continued to speak, he found himself... oddly blushing a bit. This was a rare occurrence .She was so oddly charming, and her physical attractiveness spoke for itself."I--wh-what? Force me?" And Soren was flustered. This had NEVER happened before... "You "demand" it? Tch, I'd like to see you try to make me..." As standoffish as he was trying to sound, it was pretty obvious he did want to see her try to make him. It was so odd. Why was this girl able to get him like this? It was odd...As he was hesitating, he would suddenly feel her stomp onto his foot. Perhaps hesitating wasn't the BEST choice. Letting her go, he stepped back, gasping a bit. "OWW! Piss! What was that for?? You are SUCH an a**! How are YOU a princess of heart? Urgh, jerk." Yeah, CLEARLY she was the enemy here. He was just trying to take her heart! Nothing wrong with that. "I'd rather not hurt you, you know... I was TRYING to be nice... Ugh." He still wasn't over the pain in his poor toe. (( OoC: ))

  "That's what they all say! You won't always be at the top of the magic...chain? " She blinked, snickering a little..That was kind of funny to her. "I mean, look at you. You couldn't take me if you tried! " Tina just loved to talk high and mighty of herself, when in truth she really wasn't all that great when it came to battle. At his next words, Tina kind of leaned down, and as she was still standing over him, the lower she got, the closer she got to returning to her straddling position over the tome happy male. "You were saying? " As she said this, Tina returned to her comfortable sitting position at the top of Soren, her face moving close to his. "Mmhmm...I demand it.." Her tone became slightly seductive. This seemed to be her number one weapon, she was almost certain she could make him do anything she wanted with just her pushy, seductive side! "Your face says you want me to. There's no denying it. " She continued to say, smiling evilly as she looked into Soren's eyes.
Wow, now that was a reaction she hadn't expected. Somehow, strangely, she was finding his pained reaction to her stomping of his toe a little humorous. It wasn't like Yuna to find someone else's pain funny,though he DID deserve it! As soon as she was let go however, poor Xero would find two barrels at point blank range to his head as she had her pistols trained on him. "I am sorry, though you did deserve it! Threatening me doesn't make you look very innocent. Now, tell me what it is you want. I'd rather not have to hurt you more! " He was obviously confused.

Soren "It matters nothing who you are. You are in Ike's way, so it falls to me to remove you."  "...Yes I will be." Soren said simply, barely acknowledging her words. As she continued, he grunted slightly. "Would you like to test that? You mentioned earlier that there was a training area..." An interesting fight that would be, though with te way he was acting currently, it wasn't a stretch to say that he wanted to have her defeat him. But who knew? Maybe he did want to have an actual match.
As she lowered back down, straddling him once again, Soren grunted. "Nn.." He let out, not responding to her question as it was clear that she, again, had him right where she wanted him. As she moved closer to him, and she said her next words so seductively, he couldn't help but blush again. Quite a lot. "Y-you... guh..." It was funny how just earlier the same day, they had argued and he had somewhat insulted her. It seemed the winner in the end was obvious. As she continued, and looked so evilly down into Soren's somewhat helpless eyes, the Archsage looked away. "Y-you... have no idea what I want..." He may have been a bit off there..."You must think this is SOOOOO funny!" Xero said, annoyed. Then, as she pointed her pistols at him, he chuckled. :"Yes, I was going to take this time to explain my evil plan," he said sarcastically, slashing the Keyblade at her hands, in order to knock her pistols away. The sword wouldn't leave cuts on her hand or make her bleed, but it would feel like a cut. Had he managed to do this, he would point the blade at her chest now. "I think it's time you take a little nap. What do you say?" (( OoC: ))

 " Nooope! Hey, what happens if someone got to your tomes, and destroyed the pages? You would be completely defenseless, huh?! Then I could come to your rescue and prove just how good I am! " She almost sounded as if she wanted to try that out. Though she doubted her friendship chances would grow higher should she destroy his tomes! "Heh heh..There is..But i've had a change of heart. I don't want to hurt you, and only because of all the weirdo stuff going on right now, I'm going to turn down that duel chance for a real battle, we've been here for longer then I thought. And by now, I think we'll be having hostel visitors soon enough trying to get in at us. So playing this game smart, like you seem to like to do, would be better for all of us to spare our energy for when it's really needed! Don't worry though, you'll be impressed!" By her, of course!
After settling back in her 'seated' position over Soren, and her series of seductive teases, Tina's hand gently brushed across his cheek, kind of resting it under his chin so his eyes were locked onto her own. "I know I do.Maybe it's time you stop denying what you really want. " She said softly, though that evil smile still remained. He was so hers!
"...I would be lying if I said I didn't.." Yuna responded, a slight sarcastic tone in the young summoner's voice. She still couldn't seem to take him very seriously.Maybe that was her own mistake, she had never really encountered anyone like this before. His strange attitude may of gotten her distracted as well, due to one of her guns went flying a good few feet away from her, and firing upon impact with the ground! Her other, she was able to keep a grip enough so it didn't meet the same fate as the other, though she did drop her hands down as the stinging pain radiated from them. There was no blood, strangely enough,though it felt like he had slashed her hands!
"I think I will sleep when I feel like it!" She didn't fire still, if it were possible, she wanted to avoid taking his life, but scare him enough to drop his weapon. Which..didn't seem to be going her way as of yet. "Lower your weapon! I don't want to hurt you!"

"Talking" & 'Thinking' Kesshin found himself in a calm deep sleep as time passed, he looked so peaceful almost as if he was dead. In his mind he was not really dreaming about anything in particular, it was just pitch black nothingness, though if he was dreaming it may have been something too insignificant to remember. The nightmares appeared drastically less when he awoke in this strange future and he rarely ever dreamed of anything in particular that he could remember so it all kind of evened itself out. While dreaming he heard himself calling out to... himself? "You have been sleeping for quite a bit, its time to get up and scour to get some work done." Kesshin said to himself apparently, though Kesshin didn't seem willing to listen to himself. Kesshin actually thought it was cool if he just stay with these guys like Rydia said, but his dream self was not having it, "Wake up! Wake up! WAKE UP!" he said, and with that Kesshin's eyes shot open. Kesshin got up quickly, "I'm up! I'm up!" he said quickly as he looked around, he was still alone it seemed, he rubbed the sleep out of his eyes with his right arm and putting his hand over his face, "How long was I asleep?" he said, though no one was around him to answer, he sighed, stood on his feet and slapped his cheeks. Looking over at Ethereal who was stuck in the ground and he patted the top of the hilt, "I guess it's time to go." Kesshin said as he strapped it on his back with the help of its bandages. "Stay here with them... What was I thinking?" Kesshin asked himself as he headed for the exit, unsure of where his feet would take him next You keep going... Thats what she'd say... Gin Ichimaru  Gin was taking in his surroundings when he noticed a commotion. "You know you two are acting like hollows. Now if you would kindly put your sword away perhaps we could find a peaceful way" he said gently resting a hand on the hilt of his zanpakutō.

  "Squall, you're the one who gives me the most comfort. Comfort and happiness... And annoyance and disappointment, too!" "You're-going-to-like-me! You're-going-to-like-me! Did it work?"   "Rikku? " Rinoa called as she walked to the young blond, surprised to see Yuna wasn't here yet. This mission was taking a little longer then she thought it would. "Are we almost ready to leave for Midgar? Where is Yuna? " Did she maybe decide not to come along? If that was the case, she wasn't sure it was a good idea to go along with this mission of theirs. Three was risky, even, but better then just two. It would do them no good getting spotted, killed or captured had they been found out! "Are we still on for the mission? "
"I don't want the future.. I just want the present to stand still.. So I can stay here with you." ((ooc: ))

  Rikku's head moved slightly upward as she craned her neck to focus her green swirled eyes at Rinoa. A confused look seemed to take shape on her visage, as she responded to the other woman's query, "What do you mean 'Where is Yuna?' I thought she was with you. I was trying to do a couple of final calculations before we hit the road... Let me try something." Worry showed on the Al Bhed's features, as she began to dig through the contents of a workbench. Finding the item she was questing for, Rikku punches a few buttons on the small device, "Okay cous, where did you wonder off to.... What the... Yunie's still in the garden. Why don't we check up on her, shall we?" The blonde engineer grabbed her dresshere and followed Rinoa to the gardens.

" No, I haven't seen her since we all separated. " Rinoa said, maybe she went to rest, and fell asleep? ...No, that didn't sound very Yuna-like. As Rikku began to search for something, and eventually pulled out a small device of some sort, Rinoa watched curiously. "Is that a tracking device? " This girl was quite the engineer, she would have come in useful for a few of their missions back in the day of the sorceress war. This mission they had planned to do reminded her some of the more secret missions she had done in her life as the leader of the Forest Owls, before she got teamed with Squall and his friends.
"I guess that means yes.." At Rikku's last words, that confirmed it was some sort of tracker, probably inside one of Yuna's dress-spheres if she had to guess. "Okay! Follow me, I know just where that is. " Glancing away from the device, she turned away to lead Rikku to that direction.
As they walked down one of the long halls, it seemed the signal from Rikku's device was showing near by, but nothing was in sight. Looking closer, though, they would see other paths going in other directions. Looking to the right, one particularly long halls door was still open, and as the two got closer, the signal began to get stronger in beeping tone. "She's in there.." He had pulled her out of sight, but not clearly well enough. As both Rinoa and Rikku turned that corner, they would see Yuna and that same teenage boy, by the looks of it, pointing his blade at her..... "Stop!!" She yelled, would they be to late, or just in time to scare him away. Three against one wasn't very good for him.
"I don't want the future.. I just want the present to stand still.. So I can stay here with you." ((ooc: ))

Xero"I need... to become whole again..." When Xero had managed to get one of her two pistols away from her, he wasted no time to grab her other arm, a dark aura radiating around his arm that would paralyze the arm as long as he held onto it. Shoving her against the wall now, holding her against it by her arm, he put his keyblade against her chest. "I don't think you're the one who should be worried about hurting me, lady," he said, gritting his teeth. "Now, just... stay still!" He grunted. "I'm just... I'll give this back, you won't be asleep for long, I just... I need to borrow this...!" He sounded almost desperate. He wasn't happy with what he was doing, but for him, it was the only way to fix his situation. He needed to gather the seven hearts again... it only made sense.
He hesitated, though, once again, and due to this he was interrupted. Once again. "Gah!" He jumped, backing off of Yuna at the shouting. "Damn you!" He shouted. "Why can't you just leave well enough alone?!" He slashed his keyblade at Rinoa and Rikku, sending a massive fireball towards them that would split into two, attempting to hit both of them and hopefully incapacitate them. This was the same girl as before, too. Of course it would be! It mattered not. He had an objective, and he didn't intend for anyone to stop him. (( OOC: ))

As Xero made his move, the Al Bhed engineer broke a tiny egg in the palm of her hand. Billowing grey smoke appeared in the space the Rikku used to occupied previously. The smoke wasn't just to obscure her as a target, but to hide her movement. The swift blonde cut right past thick foliage. Within the blink of an eye, Rikku was at Yuna's side covering her mouth. Yanking her cousin back away from Xero, Rikku dropped a figure on the ground where Yuna once stood. That figure suddenly inflated to the appearance of Rikku's beloved cousin. "L'suh Luic, mad'c kad dra ralg uid uv rana.," Rikku whispered in Yuna's ear.

   Yuna felt a strange sensation over-take her as her arm suddenly wouldn't respond, as if it had been paralyzed. Whatever the darkness coming from his own arm was the obvious cause, and hopefully would only last a short time. She didn't realize yet that it would only last so long as he had held onto hers. Gasping as her body made a rough contact of the wall behind her, Yuna's uniquely colored eyes bore into his own, and that was when she realized something in his own. They were lost? Scared? There was a lot of hesitance from him, the more she came to realize. Surly he didn't want to do this, which got her to thinking, someone might of been putting him up to it. That or he had reasons so dire, they had lead him to this cruel fate of attacking innocent people. 'Wait....Just...Wait..! " But, before she could say anything further, Rinoa voice caught both their attention, and seconds after, a greyish smoke appeared where her cousin was, and before Yuna knew it, She was grabbed from behind again, her mouth covered. Probably a good thing, because in all this confusion and growing mess, she would have likely screamed!
It was no later though, that she realized her kidnapper was her cousin, who pulled her away from Xero. "...." Nodding, Yuna took one last glance to Xero's direction, concerned. Yes, he was about to send her into a blissful sleep seconds ago, and still she couldn't help but worry, knowing something was clearly bothering him. An evil force, possibly. So in that regard, she hoped to help him in some way when things were a little calmer. "Right..Let's go.." She whispered back to her cousin, now wasn't the time for thanking her and Rinoa's perfect timing as they were still not quite out of the woods until they were gone from his sight.

Xero"I need... to become whole again..."Raising his keyblade, Xero cast Aero, sending forth a gust of wind, intending to dispel the smoke as quickly as it arrived. "Uh, I'm still right here. Big, threatening evil guy, yeah? Y'all aren't going to just waltz off. Jerks." Clearly they were the jerks in this situation. "Um, what the hell is that? Did you really put down a fake... person... thing?" He kind of stared blankly at the three. "..." It wasn't that the figure wasn't convincing per se, but... "..." He sighed. "Maybe you people should take this more seriously?!??! I'M THREATENING! Seriously!!" Somehow, shouting that the way he did made him seem less so. "And I can sense light and darkness in people. Inflatable doll... things... aren't going to work on me!" Where did this conversation go anyway? Why was he even conversing? Stabbing his keyblade into the ground suddenly, he cast Quake to strike all three of his enemies and possibly disorient them, if he was lucky.
Though he didn't know the skills of the people he was facing, he surmised Rikku to be the biggest threat. If nothing else, she was clearly the most resourceful, which made her dangerous. He knew not how strong or skilled she was, but she should be targeted first. He expected Rinoa to be next, then Yuna to be the weakest, since he had already almost succeeded in taking her.
Taking this all into account, he attempted to cast Silent on Rinoa and Slow on Yuna. He DID at least know that Rinoa was a Sorceress, he had heard as much during his stay here. Giving his magic power time to recharge then, he bolted towards Rikku, engaging her first. He immediately slashed his keyblade towards her horizontally, before attempting to kick her in the shin, to try to put her down on one knee. Had that succeeded, he would use his free hand to grab her by the throat, and begin to slowly drain her energy. Had all gone according to plan, she would hopefully be unable to free herself from his hold, and he would be able to eliminate her from the battle early. Had it not gone as planned, though, he would be left open to counterattack because he expected it to work flawlessly.(( OOC: ))

Gin Ichimaru Gin sighed as the teenage boy keep fighting "You know you really need to settle down" he said. Sighing he walked toward them only stopping when he was out of striking distance from the boys blade. "Carriage of thunder, bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six" he said pointing his index finger at Xero watching the beams immobilize him. "Don't worry this spell will not harm you just keep you in place. Be grateful I did not resort to another method" he said. (To understand how this stops movment read this)
