  Front Gate
The Front Gate is the Garden's main entrance. Upon entering the gate's outer part, visitors travel up a set of stairs and through a landscaped area before proceeding to a security checkpoint at the inner gate. SeeD, students, and visitors must present their IDs for inspection in order to pass and enter the inside of the Garden.
First Floor Lobby
The Front Gate entrance leads directly to the Lobby. The Lobby is the Garden's unofficial center and a gathering point for students. Its main features are a Garden directory and an elevator which allows students to access other floors. The Lobby itself is shaped like a ring, which the main first-floor sections of the Garden branching off of it like spokes on a wheel. Before the Garden becomes mobile, the directory can be used to quick-move between different sections in the Garden.
Library
 
Following the Lobby to the right, the southeastern corridor branching off from the ring leads to the Balamb Garden Library. Open from 9am until curfew, all of its materials are available to students.
Training Center
Continuing up the Lobby ring counter-clockwise, the eastern corridor leads to the Training Center. Known by students as the "Monsters' Lair," it is open 24 hours a day, even after curfew. Real monsters inhabit it, mainly Grats and T-Rexaurs, to challenge students' fighting skills. The Training Center contains a hidden section called the "Secret Area," where students go to socialize or otherwise meet in private after curfew to avoid being caught by the Garden Faculty.
Parking Lot
The northeastern corridor leads to The Parking Lot. The Parking Lot is an underground complex that houses most of Balamb Garden's road vehicles including the SeeD Personal Carrier Vehicles for student transportation. The Parking Lot is accessed via a road that travels past the Balamb Garden Front Gate.
Dormitory
The northern corridor leads to the Dormitories. The dorms are split in half; one side for women, the other for men. Cadets share dorms with each other, with two single bedrooms connected to a shared living space. SeeD members, however, are given their own dormitory rooms. During curfew, students can only leave their dorms for the Training Center.
Cafeteria
The northwest corridor leads to the Cafeteria. The Cafeteria is open from 9am till 9pm, and students can order meals for the night and pick them up before curfew. The most popular dish in Balamb are the Balamb Garden Hot Dogs. The Cafeteria is a popular hang-out spot for Balamb cadets to meet and exchange gossip. The Garden's Disciplinary Committee can also often be found here.
Quad
The western corridor leads to the Quad. The Quad is an open-air garden, and a place for students to relax. It also has a stage where students can watch performances or films. The annual Garden Festival takes place in the Quad.
Infirmary
The southwest corridor leads to the Infirmary. Here, Doctor Kadowaki takes care of the students who are sick or injured in battle. No items can be taken from the infirmary without the doctor's permission.
---------------Second Floor---------------
Classrooms
The classrooms are located on the second floor, circling around the main elevator in a ring. Students are obliged to be present in classes five minutes before the bell rings. There are 36 shared computers in every class. Each student has a log-on screen, in which they may store school-related and personal information. Students may also store Guardian Forces in their computers. SeeDs don't have to go to classes, as they have completed their training.
Balcony and Emergency Exit
The balcony at the second floor's end is used to enter Fisherman's Horizon while stationed there, and net to it is the emergency exit that, when used, opens a yellow inflatable slide.
Ballroom
 
The Ballroom is only used for special occasions, such as the SeeD graduation ball and other formal events. It is a large, two-story room with a glass dome ceiling and a stone balcony.
Headmaster's Office
The Headmaster's Office is located on the third floor, accessible by the main elevator. Students may only visit the Headmaster's Office when summoned by Headmaster Cid.
Bridge
The Bridge replaces the Headmaster's Office once the Garden transforms to become mobile. Navigation and piloting controls are accessible from the Bridge.

Rinoa gave small bow in return, stepping away for a moment as she reached down to pet Nanaki's head. "Honored to meet you, Vincent. I'm Rinoa Heartilly.I'm glad to see you guys are alright. I heard about what's going on outside, but we are keeping the doors open for those to find shelter in. We've taken in quite a few. I'm sorry for that..sudden scare. We have a traning facility here, and well, one of the monsters inside escaped. It managed to avoid us but well, not anymore!" Grinning, she motioned for the two to follow. "Don't worry, though. If those things start heading this way, we will seal it off. You're friends, Cloud and Aerith are here too."

Vincent looked back at the creature, then started following Rinoa as he looked around, both taking in the scenery, but also memorizing the layout, just in case.

Nanaki padded along side of Vincent, the cub also following along, bounceing along happyly and sniffing down at the floor, soon enough picking up Cloud's scent and following ahead of the others. He was in for a treat when he was found by the hyper active cub.. "Clouuuud!! Cloud Cloud Clooud!" She yelled out, running along.
Nanaki sighed, laughing softly normally he would tell her to stay close but he knew these people were very safe and well trusted.He had no worries, unless Xeno's started showing up..
Rinoa lead the two to the area where the ball room was once held, Cloud and Aerith were seated in chairs, seeming to be talking. Most likely about the situation. "Hey you two. Look who I found!"

Vincent stayed close to the two, keepign an easy pace with them as they entered the ball room area, or at least, what had once been the ballroom area. He went in with them, noting cloud and aerith immediatly. He hadnt been expecting when he had showed up to Talk to nanaki to talk to cloud and aerith as well, he hadnt seen them in several years.

Aerith glanced up from Cloud, looking to the women in blue, then the fiery red fur of Nanaki, and...A ever so familiar man with his trade mark tattered crimson red cape. Aerith's seat nearly fell back to the floor when she jumped up, running over to Vincent and embracing the man into a tight, yet gentle hug. "Vincent!! I'm so happy to see you!!" She hadn't seen him yet, since her return from the planet, which would explain her excitement.
Cloud stood calmly, his worried face soon turning into that of the faintest bit of a smile. "Nice to see you Vincent." The blond stood up, walking over to him. "It's been a long time, where have you been? How have you been all this time?"

(Oh... oops)
Vincent soon put his arms around aerith for a moment, returning her show of affection. Nanaki had told him that she was back, and he had seen her once, but it didn't really compare with the reality that she had come back. After all, he had seen her there, smiling some at cloud with Sephiroth's sword sticking out of her chest. Thank God the man was dead, and woudnt be bothering them again. "It's good to see you again as well Aerith." He said quietly to her, then looked towards Cloud. "Iv'e moved around a lot, But iv'e been fine." Vincent said. And a little lonely... He thought, but didnt add to his words.

Aerith released her embrace on Vincent, stepping away from him as to give him space and allow him to talk to Cloud, she had missed him greatly just as she had hoped to see Cid and Barret again.
Cloud nodded to him, though he seemed to notice something in his eyes, something he was hideing from them. "Vincent..You should stay with us. Everyone missed you, And..I think we all do much better as a team, don't you think?" He had hopped he would stay with them, and most of all he hoped he wasn't sleeping in that darned coffen again.It made him want to destroy it so he had no reason to go back to that terrible place..
"And a family. " Aerith added with a faint smile, she knew Vincent held many things from them, it botherd her to the core.
(( *Twitch* That took two times to post as a evil kitty kept jumping on the keyboard and making page go away..*cries* ))

"Why would we need to be a team anymore?" Vincent asked. As far as he knew, JENOVA was gone, Hojo was dead, sephiroth was dead, and all was well within the world for organised enemy's, just the usual roaming monster's. Him and Nanaki hadnt talked since last year, and they hadnt been able to talk long before coming here, so, honestly, he was seriously out of the loop. He looked at Aerith, and her offer of, well, a family. But he coudnt do that. It just wasn't in him, especially not with Chaos acting up again. He coudnt afford to let Chaos loose on them.

"Well...." He thought about it, and looked down at Nanaki. It seemed, he didn't fill him in on what was going on around them lately. Knowing him, he was leaving it to Cloud as he was still the leader in the fuzzy lion-like beast. "Things haven't been so well out here. We have even more problems then we ever had before..I'll start from the beginning. Apparently, Sephiroth is alive, only it's the Sephiroth I once remembered, the good Sephiroth, from what Aerith tells me. I haven't seen him yet...I'm still not sure I want to..Jenova is back as well..and..Hojo..But not just one Hojo, he created countless clones that are hiddon in secret labs he built around the contenant..." Cloud sighed, he hoped Vincent could take all this information in. "And there has been a infestation of strange creatures, very deady that from what I understood were released from Hojo, he captured them..But there not from this world, now they are everywhere.."

Vincent listened as cloud talked, face not changing, but that was because it rarely did. Honestly, he was surprised, and a little irritated. After all the effort they had gone through, JENOVA was back, Sephiroth was back, and Hojo... He had come back, and there were clones of him too... And some kind of infestation of creature's that didnt even belong here... Perfect. "Well..." Is about all he says. "Do we have any plan's to get rid of them?" He asks finally, throwing in the we to show he was joining back in. Honestly, ever since they had killed JENOVA, it had been peaceful around the world. That was what many wanted, and so did he, but... it had seemed to peaceful. It was just something that had become ingrained in him. At least now he would have something more to do, that sense of purpose once again, besides fighting chaos until eventually the creature won. He harbored no false illusion's, one day, maybe in five minute's, maybe after all the other's were dead from age, one day, Chaos would win, and win so decicivly he wouldnt be able to stop him anymore, even with the protomateria. But, if he had his own way, that day would be long in coming.

"We are working on a plan, but so far it's not so easy. They're digging tunnels through the earth, and it will be pretty hard to destroy them all. They have a Queen, and we need to find her and destroy it. Then perhaps, the others will be easier to find and kill. " Cloud paused for a moment, as to be sure he had told everything that needed to be told. Thankfully, for now that seemed to be it.

"When did you learn of all this?" Vincent ask's, leaning against one of the pillar's, looking at the flowing water out in the Garden. He looked like he may not have been paying attention, but Cloud and them would know this was just what he did as he thought, still paying attention.

"Not very long ago, actually. I only discoverd about Hojo when...." He paused, catching himself before he said anything more to that. Then quickly coverd it up. "...I was told about it..The creatures are the most resent threat, only just started to show up. At least, we don't have to worry about Sephiroth..Aerith says he is...nice.." Cloud seemed to have a hard time getting that out. He still would probably end up in some sort of heated arguement with him the first time he saw him again. But he wasn't about to let Aerith know that.
