The one I'm looking at was originally listed at $169,900 but I think I can get the sellers down to $120,00-140,000 cause it's been on the market for 3 years. It comes with 8 acres and is a two story old farm house, 2.5 bath, 3 bedroom, large kitchen, and several buildings outside, including an old barn.
The other one I'm interested in is like $32,000 but it has 2 acres which is to small for my horse...

Are you kidding me? That cheap for a house, and included is a farm? eek I'm in shock Sam. Because over here for something with that description would be somewhere from 2 million and over.
Wow, I swear I'd need to travel over there one day and buy myself an investment property. Either that or use it like a holiday house, so that if I visit again, I'll have somewhere to stay.
That is extremely cheap for that price. As far as I'm aware, Australia has the most expensive property from anywhere else in the world.

Whopsie I was thinking of the wrong house, it's listed for 92,000 not 32,000 the 32,000 one was a 1 story. Here if it worksI don't like it cause it's to small property wise.

That's a beautiful house Sam, and it looks like it's in a nice location too. See something like that over here would be around 4 million. if not more, because it's not how big the house it, what they look for is the block size. The bigger the block the more expensive the house is.
So for 92k, that's extremely cheap.

I'm still in shock with the prices that you guys have.
Here's a real estate agency, which has some houses and stuff for sale, take a lookie and you'll see what I mean about the difference in price..
