I HATE YOU WITH A PASSION As Kira addressed him about why wasn't he in heaven with the other group. Negi would give a simple reply, and this was the truth, "The spirits came to me about Oni, and I am oath bound to look after Oni and his former companions, and he was to do the same for me and my spirits. Plus my brother needed me in his time of need." He would be looking dead into Kira's eyes at this time, "Would you not go to your companions if a force said they were in danger, or would you sit helplessly while darkness eats away at them?" Negi knew the answer to the question, and he hardly even knew Kira.
When Roy would start to talk to him the summoner couldn't help but think of all of the other people he knew that could use chaos energy. It was not a very big list, but something kept making him think about Arc. He was his friend and even one of his major rivals. However, Negi had no time to be thinking about any past battles, training methods, or even conversations with his old friend. He had to concentrate on protecting earth. "Well lets hope Oni gets here soon so we can get all of the details without explaining them over again."
((Its not much but it is enough to get back to where we were.))

Negi-Ukia I HATE YOU WITH A PASSION [!] ~”The winds of freedom blows for those can't hope for it”~[!] Kira would just listen to the words of Negi, the fact he even answered if he would go to his friends or not, was a silly one, without even thinking he would do such a thing, he'd leave behind hell without even considering what's at stake, his friends were that important to him, the fact that Kira himself has friends, was shocking. "That's a stupid question, i'd not go there to help them." he would take a few steps back as he takes his right fist and slams it into his left hand, as flames flew from the impact. "i'd go there to crush whatever was the danger first, you didn't tell me if they were in danger or not." Kira's gaze was on Negi, the azure iris' not leaving Negi's forehead, Kira wasn't one for sitting back and waiting, heaven and hell could vouch for that at this rate. For now he would have to wait, he can't do anything besides hope for the answer's and await what may come their way. [!] ~”And the flames of defiance burns bright within those that desire it ”~[!]

Aaron's attack was coming fast and Lucas wasn't entirely sure he could protect everyone. The flames raced for everyone as Lucas began to muster up the will to fight off a Seraph's fire. Although Lucas held full dominance over the light, there were others more skilled than he was at pyromancy. So as Lucas was about to counter Aaron's, the Imperfect One would be surprised when a barrier manifest itself around everyone.
Looking over to see that Cynthia had been subdued, it appeared that she had one last trick up her sleeve. The barrier stayed up long enough for Lucas to grab hold of the flash Sabriel had tossed at him and drink it. It seemed that Lucas was in better shape than his Vanguards but his energy was dreadfully low. Escaping from the Abyss took a mighty toll on the Imperfect Celestial but now he would remedy himself with Sabriel's potion.
"Thanks! I always liked your pick-me-ups."
It wouldn't take long for Lucas to recover as he drank the potion. He could feel his power steadily return to him like a spring of water welling up from a dark pit. His energy would flow around him, manifesting into a powerful, vibrant aura of light. Another wave of heat would wash over everyone but this was a significantly more comforting feeling. All this time, Lucas' vanguards were fighting for him and had payed a hefty price to emerge victorious over Cynthia. Now it was time for Lucas to return the favor.
Lucas' abilities would bend the surrounding light and envelop everyone in a layer of dim but potent light. Their bodies would glow as Lucas activated his [Second Skin] around himself and his comrades. The lustrous coating would cut Aaron's fire and light based damage in half! Everyone would now acquire an additional sense as the [Second Skin] acted as a radar. Raven and Wyndom would be most familiar with this ability as they had practiced with it in the past. This extra sense would allow everyone to perceive their surroundings on a heightened level.
Of course, the Imperfect Celestial would also strike back at Aaron for endangering his comrades. Lucas was focused, he was angry, and he wasn't about to hold back. "Absolute...."
The ground would start to rumble and the lake would begin to tremble. A mighty gust of wind would swirl around Lucas as he drew in the surrounding light and heat to one point. He'd hold his hands around a brightly glowing sphere as he channeled as much energy into it as he could. Lucas rarely needed to display his full mastery of his element but he was intolerant to Aaron's treachery. Shifting the waves of light towards gamma, Lucas would focus an incredibly powerful force of energy between his hands.
"Spark!"
Discharging his attack, the sphere of energy would shoot at Aaron before splitting into several dozen bands of energy. These bands of energy would whip wildly, lashing out at Aaron to ensnare him in a flurry of strikes. Each whip would lash at the waters and the cavern ceiling, wicked hot steam bellowing from the impact from below as molten chunks of rock were thrown away from their foundation. Truly, Lucas' fury was manifesting into a waltz of death as he focused on crushing Aaron. If impact were made to the Seraph, each whip would explode with their stored up energy for a devastating follow up which would leave the cavern illuminated with an aura of harmless, visible light.

"Meddlesome roaches!"
Upset that Cynthia managed to protect everyone in time, Aaron now had to deal with Lucas' attack. The streaks of energy would lash out at him and snap at the walls and the lake. Surely these bands of energy would destroy a lesser being but Aaron had a natural advantage!
"Gyaah!!!"
Each band of energy whipped at his body, pelting him around like a ragdoll as he was lashed at by Lucas' assault. Might tremors could be felt throughout the cavern as thunderous claps of energy shook Aaron's body to the core. However when the smoke had cleared, Aaron's silhouette would be standing about 300 feet away from everyone. His body looked singed but it appeared that he took minimal damage.
"Did you really think you had what it takes to fell a Seraph?! One who can harness the same abilities as you? Let me show you why you're unfit to be Heaven's King as well as my opponent! It's the fate of all roaches to be crushed!!"
Snapping his fingers, Aaron summoned a giant sphere of fire above everyone. Streaks and waves of fire would flare away from the sphere as the Seraph essentially created a miniature sun! Without much warning, Aaron would drop the attack down upon everyone. An blast of heat and fire would explode upon impact, threatening to turn everyone into dark, charred corpses. Although Aaron's attack was simple it was powerful! Heaven's party wouldn't have long to react.

Inferno stared at the chamber, yet again he was amazed with Takehitsu's potential. Even after their fight, he still manage to not only learn about Inferno but take something from it and preserve it all these years. It was simply incredible. Inferno walked towards the chamber, the energy around him pushing away the robotic bodies. He stopped to look over at his friend to explain chaos energy.
"Chaos energy is an incredible source of destructive power, an energy that rips into molecules and other energies. An unconvertible power that can't be control, only bended to one's will. For awhile I had discovered a way to contain it using my Legendary weapon, Carnage. The Trident in which I have carried for so long was my way of harnessing it. But.... but that is no longer the case. I need something that I can infuse my will to, that is indestructible, and very dense. Something that can't be burned and withstand my intense temperatures but at the same time can be melted down to take the shape of another. Such metal is hard to come by...."
He noticed that a lot of this base was melt to deal with Inferno's heat energies and most of everything around them seem to handle Inferno's presence well. "I have an idea though old friend, what is this metal around us?" he asked looking back at Takehitsu around analyzing both the room and the chamber. After Inferno's question would be answered, he would step into the chamber to have his power fully restored again.

Roy allowed Kal to explain the situation in full detail knowing he himself had not done a good job. A lot of events had taken place and it was getting to Roy. He want to get to the bottom of the topic and find out who this mystery character was but there is only one who knew the answer and Oni wasn't there. He was hoping that things would come together with the current Leader being there. Roy then noticed Janus walking towards Sam when he also heard what would seem to be a couple of explosions. Here? Now? Roy quickly jumped to his feet and looked over at Kal. "Now what?" he asked.

I HATE YOU WITH A PASSION [!] ~”The winds of freedom blows for those can't hope for it”~[!] Kira would look around to see Kal enter the party, it was weird from meeting him before, from way back when Kira first entered hell, compared to now, if anything it was a joy that he was in good health, but it still begged the question, where was Oni. Before Kira could even get to the point that he could ask Kal, something was in the air, the smell of burning or smoke was increasing, within the room its self, that and the loud screams from outside would be a dead give away, did Kira's worse fears come to pass? No time for question's action had to be taken. Azu his sword would hum within it's sheath, battle calls. Without saying a word, he would quickly leap over and use every thing in his path as a steping stone, rather it was his allies or local demons, till he landed at the door and opened it. The sky was in smoke and the screams were louder, as well as different scents, what were they? Kira could only bare his fangs as he would glare towards the crowd. "Tsk..."Clicking his tongue he would race towards where the trouble was, he didn't know what may be there, muchless whom, but if anything he was gonna find out, if he could figure anything out, it may help his allies, he'd have to wait and see. The puddle of blood beneath Wyndom grew slowly bigger as the gash in his eye bled unchecked. His face was completely numb and it tingled all over...it felt bloated, swollen, unfamiliar. His electricity alerted him of the crimson stain upon which he sat, but before he could do anything about it Aaron's voice boomed inside the cavern. An immense heat formed above Wyndom's head, and he knew something was coming.
Fire..fire needs air to live.
Doing what he could, Wyndom harnessed all of the air beneath, above, and beside the sphere and pushed it away, he made it into walls, he allowed no air inside of the box that housed the flaming nova. He would suffocate it.
It dropped.
Still Wyndom focused, keeping the box around it as it fell. If it didn't die before it hit the ground then the walls of air would at least contain some of the blast. However something burning so hot would use up the small amount of oxygen in a moment and with nothing to fuel it, it would simply extinguish.

David listened quietly to the chatter going on about him, absorbing the information like a sponge. He had much to catch up on, and far more to remember. He looked at Negi a moment, remembering the warrior's name from the past. The two of them had never met before, but Negi's name had come up several times--he was, perhaps, one of the few people in this room that could even deduce David's true identity. But David sincerely doubted that anyone would recognize his true identity; he'd been gone for a long time, and during that time, everyone had thought him dead.
It was depressing, really, coming back to a world that had moved on. Still, David hadn't offered his assistance to Arc just so he could be coddled by old friends. There was much work to be done, and this was just the beginning of it. They would find out who he truly was, sooner or later, but for now, the angel preferred to keep the rest of them in the dark.
His thoughts were rudely interrupted by the cacophonous sound of explosions; two distinct blasts, if he heard correctly. "Hm. Seems this place isn't as peaceful as I thought. Glad to see everything is as usual, then..." He muttered quietly to himself. He stood from his bar stool swiftly, striding towards the door, before stopping a moment. "Well, so much for waiting for Oni." David joked, grinning widely at the rest of his companions. Stepping out the door shortly after Kira, he leaped high into the air, white wings now made visible, unfurling into great, white arms.
Surveying the city, he verified that there had, indeed, been two separate explosions. Looking down, he saw that Kira was already headed towards the closest location. Decision already made, he nose dived, greatly picking up speed. In moments, he was already behind Kira, his flight path completely devoid of obstacles and panicking citizens. Extending an arm as he passed above his former opponent, he called out to Kira. "Care for a lift? Might be faster, what with all these people."
