Hey guys.
I just got off of MapleStory. That thing takes grinding to a whole new level... You'd have to work your arse off just to gain a level! Sheesh! confused But I'm not throwing in the towel!

I hear that they're making a Maplestory DS. But, anything said in the Spam Can is either BS or conversation.
So yeah.

... The sad thing is it may be Korea only. They did originally make MS, y'know... and being a PIRATE for your job is exclusive to them.

OK, I give up. I need help with my Earthbound ROM... (it's probably something obvious that I am missing) OK, so I download my ROM and my Emulator (it's for the right system), then load up Earthbound without a hitch. I frolic around bashing in gang members with a bat, and everything is hunky-dory. Eventually, real life calls and I go to save. I save and return to the game's menu. My saved file is right there. So I am happy. I close the emulator. When I go back to play again, I open the emulator, load Earthbound and go to load my saved game. But wait, all the files are empty! Crap. I notice on my desktop a new file popped up, called Earthbound.srm. I assume that this must be the game I saved. Only problem is that I can't seem to open it. When I click it it says that I need to select the program to open it with, but the emulator isn't on the list. Any sage advice?

Or better yet, Put the srm file in the same folder with the emulator and ROM! I should know. I keep all my games on flash drives.

Well with some tinkering, I got it so that I could open the SRM with the emulator. But apparently when that happens the emulator encounters a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience...

Obvoisly, you're using ZSNES as the emulator, yes?
When you play a ROM, you have a couple files to pay attention to.
SMC =the ROM itself (if you extracted it from the zip.)
SRM = the file for the in-game save data
ZST = the emulator's save state file
As long as all these are with each other in the same folder, you'll have nothing to worry about! Just to e on the safe side, save the state, after you save in game. It helps back up your progress for sure!
