*Just across the room from Satomi, the small-statured Tonepian fox demon is resting on the floor against the opposite couch, his legs crossed and his arms folded along his chest as his tail thumps against the black carpet. His back is hunched forward while his neck curves up just slightly enough that his eye could be seen, if it were not for his red feathered hat. All that can be seen of his afce is his mouth, ears, and the long crimson strands falling down.
His one blue eye is closed as he meditates, his mind focusing solely on his battle style, and the style of others. He goes over many fights - matchess he has had in his distant past, more recent battles, and fights he believes he will have in the not too distant future.*

It took a few moments, but Satomi looked with surprise at Tali. She'd been lost in thought for the time she'd been sitting there, body not having moved besides the occational shift. She gazed curiously up at Tali, not speaking a word. The sight of him stirred up the feeligns in her, from pain to mild confusion. Still, she managed a smile though he probably wouldn't see. Gaze dropping once more, the young woman refrained from speaking.
Hands sliding down her thighs from her knees, they moved in to link together in the middle of her lap. Shifting her body, her legs came to rest on her left side, curling. After a moment, her ahnd unclasped, right hadn lifitng to run through her hair and push the strands back from her blank emerald orbs. Her whole aura was calm, Satomi very carefully keeping it that way.

Things on your mind?
*The words come out rather sternly, but with the usual calm voice of Tali. His arms tightly folded around his chest still, Wes lifts his head to see the young girl across from him. He raises his right eyebrow slightly at her appearance, even though he's been watching her for some time now, in a way.
His tail cruls and uncurls at his side, shifting around behind him to the other side and continuing to thump along the floor like an annoyed cat. His eye is focused on the girl, his pupil rather large in the dim light, or lack thereof, inside the lounge.*

"You can say that." A cuckled escaped past her lips, strands falling in her eyes as she shook her head. She didn't bother brushing 5the strands from her face, head bowed so they weren't bothering her by getting in her eyes. Leaning bak against the couch, silence feel between them again. A common thing, and right now she was greatful. Her mood was not one where she felt like conversing.
Satomi sighed darkly, a rather out of normal thing for her. Her mind kept telling her that was only doing what he was for gr benefit. Her heart believed otherwise, not liking the idea of people she cred about sinking claws deep into it. "Seems people don't exactly approve."
