Behavior: Velox rarely ever does things when he is alone or show emotion, but when Velox is with some one he is very outgoing and just goes with the flow. When Velox is in a battle he rarely thinks things through. He is stubborn and easily angered.
Backstory: Ever since Velox could remember he has always been alone. This is what makes him so outgoing. Unlike most people, who would be shy after a childhood of loneliness, Velox is quick to make friends so he'll never be alone again. Velox vaguely remembers a life in Konoha. He remembers a long journey to the Mist and living in the streets there. He made a friend on the streets. His friend was brutally beaten and murder. Personality:
[Analytical] - Sōsuke became very actively aware to his surroundings. He tends to process and calculate values. This also has to do with his memorization of nearly everything that occurs, as through a picture-perfect memory.
[Empathetic] - He is known to have an advanced sensory of how people truly feel. Sōsuke is able to read lips, and tell if someone is really speaking how they truly think. When others feel sad or angry, it's as if the energy transfers to him.
[Dogmatic] - Despite his age, Sōsuke displays a level of authoritarian understands and a taste for control. He seeks to make sure that balance is met, and only his opinion of perfect balance. People ought to play by his rules, and those rules alone. He has memorized ninja rulebooks, as well as his own village's key rules. He can recite them vividly.
[Calm] - Sōsuke does not act out rash, nor strangely. He is merely neutral. He believes this allows him to dominate what goes around him, thus having him prepared for what is to come. It also allows him better mastery over composure.

Behavior: When Sōsuke meets people, he tries his best to get to know them, and make friends. He is very cheerful, and can be found with a smile on his face almost all the time. When he's alone, he can be found writing in his personal journal, training at a training ground, or simply relaxing against a tree. When faced in a hostile situation, his body switches to an alert form, and the adrenaline pumps. His heart races, and he prays no one will get hurt real bad. His goal is to keep everyone alive on his side. If worst comes to worst, he kicks into a combatant mode and is willing to fight for survival.
Backstory: Sōsuke was born one simple Christmas evening, during a cold and cruel blizzard. His father was out performing some form of a firewood mission. His mother tried her best to bundle her little boy up. Little did he know, one day he'd end up training to become a ninja. As the years passed, he grew older, and with age, came the need to take up the title. His father pressured him. Slowly, his mental state began to change drastically into being hell-bent upon becoming the best he could ever be. At age ten he entered the Academy in Otogakure. From there, he would eventually be granted the rank of Genin. Aaron never really knew what lay ahead for him, but he always wanted to help others and be like his father. He wanted to make the family name legendary.

1. I can't really approve your character fully until you apply for a bloodline and are accepted, since I'm not in the habit of accepting bloodlines to a character after they've already been used in an RP. I'm also the approval VC in that thread though, so when I see it there, I will know.
2. Your elemental Vulnerability has to be (wind) as it is the opposite of your primary ability.
3. Check out the link that Lilly provided to learn the Chakra System we have here.
4. Your shinobi skills need to be filled out. they are a function of the 'Extras' of your Ninja Class and any special abilities granted by your bloodline.
5. You don't gain access to your second element until you are a Chuunin, and then your third element when you are a Jounin. I'll make the notes in there for you.

Personality: Quiet and humble, but not shy or stupid. He can be playful at times, but knows when to be serious. Very studious and involved in his training. Behavior: Luo is a calm person by nature. There isn't really much that upsets him. He's pretty laid back and enjoys good conversation, though at times it can be told from his face that he hates stupidity. Backstory: Luo's father an ex member of the mist seven, and his mother a retired sand shinobi, they met initially during a joint mission between both countries, and immediately retired from their duties as ninja. Four years after they met and married, Luo was born in Suna hospital. He spent most of his early childhood traveling back and forth from Kiri to Suna to visit family, but once he entered the academy, he began to travel less and less. Luo soon came to learn about his bloodline which came from Kirigakure and his father, although his father decided not to tell him until he graduated the academy. Behavior: Vale often pretends to be neutral in all sides, but she chooses more harshly than some people. She is truthfully, very shy and will become unwilling to fight in combat, though she will fight.
Backstory: Azura, or Vale as she likes to be called, lead a sheltered life for most of her life. Her family had lived, and in the world of shinobi, that is quite the a feat. She lefft from her own home to see what the world really had to offer. When she came back, she expected her parents to be furious, but to her surprise, they were amazed she'd made it back. She wasn't anything very special, so she came back. She'd done the one thing that would make her seem like something, she'd joined the academy. It was her hope and dream to do something like this. She'd felt like she'd amount to something, the reults of training always stayed in her sight.
