Granted, but now your bd has so much confidence in you, s/he enters you into a contest against the best in the world, and bets a hundred thousand dollars on you. If you lose, you have to pay him/her back twice that.

Granted, but it's because you're stuck in Limbo, endlessly waiting for your turn to play, but never getting to play... with all the pre-performance anxiety.

Granted, you now have something to do. However, it involves killing the president of Paraguy with a fork, and going to jail for life, and being tortured in some other country.
I wish that I had socks.

Granted but the socks are infected with MRSA and you have a cut in your foot. The MRSA virus gets into the cut and makes its way through your body. Eventually you die from the infection.

(You really like giving people MRSA, dont you?) Granted, but the moment you show up, you find out it has been cancelled, and as you walk away, you get hit by a car.
I wish that I would stop getting MRSA.

Granted but the food is filled with MRSA and AIDS. You eat the food and thus the viruses. You die a few days later.

(Seriously, dude. What is it with you and MRSA?) Granted, but as you go to turn in the money, you get mugged. And, you had to borrow it from a bank who's interest rates are incredibly high, and within a year, they have repossessed your house, and car, and sold your family into slavery in India.
I wish I was getting better grades in school.

Granted, but then you start getting better grades in all subjects at school and some older kids hunt you down one day after school and beat you down
