Hello all, excuse my leave. I was traveling for a relatives wedding, so I have been quite busy for the past few weeks.

I just got SCIV and I must say, I'm not impressed. I like SCIII much better so far, aside from the characxter creation aspect...

Allrighty. Well, you know how in SCIII story mode was huge and you could switch characters and weapons and outfits really easily? not true in SCIV. Instead, STory mode is more like a mini-Arcade mode, where you just choose one person and do 7 or so fights. Of course, the intro and end are character specific, but that's how it should be anyway. Also, while the character customization is very cool, it's also very very detailed, to the point where each article of clothing gives it's own stats. The problem with this is that sometimes the only way to have halfway decent stats is to look like a complete joke, where very few, if any, of the objects you happen to be wearing match. And, vitrually every article of clothing that you would want to wear requires gold. So the days of buying a new outfit for a character for only a few thousand gold are long gone. For example, if you want to buy the full Ninja set of armoure, it costs about 45,000 gold. that's like beating the enitre game four times. Here's the upside: once you buy a piece of clothing for one person, it's usuable for everyone else, as long as it at least partially fits them. You can't however try to equip Ivy's bra for example, on any of the male characters, although that didn't stop me from trying to attach it to Darth Vader. Which brings me to another point. You're restricted from using most of the Star Wars characters Force powers. ugh. But, being able to create a fully customized personal charcater is pretty awesome. I've made 2 cgaracters so far( that can, and have, easily cleared Hard Mode of the game with an S Rank (PM me if ya want the items and objects I used). That aside, the graphics are pretty cool. and the complet outfits are kick a**, if you dont mind settling for 50% Max Health, 100% attack strength, and 114% Defensive ability.
